It's a beautiful villa on the hill with a good view of San Sebastian. But I will never go back. The location is on the top of hill and the parking area is around 3-5 mins walk from the hotel. Distance is not a problem but the location of parking place is a sketchy and right next to the abandoned house. Also, I left some cash on the TV shelf and realized it 10min after check out. Called the hotel immediately and returned back to the hotel. Of course, the money was not there and no one knows about it. The pool side was not that clean and the sun-bed was rather dirty. It's pity to see that the service and the maintenance was not well but it is still a beautiful villa.

Absolutely beautiful hotel — serene, super stylish and incredibly comfortable. The bed was so comfy, we had fantastic nights sleep! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. We also loved the thoughtful tea, coffee and water facilities — a really excellent touch. We found a parking space nearby on the road and found it easy to get around by walking or taking the bus into and out of town. Uber was also readily available and cost around €15. The pool was fantastic for cooling off after the walk back up the hill, and the views were absolutely incredible. We loved our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

We arrived at 11:00pm had a child with us, we had booked a room which stated it sleeps 3 people however the receptionist refused our stay. And said the room was only allowed to hold 2 guests. We had to walk down the mountain and walk around all evening to find somewhere to sleep .

Stayed 3 nights

We stayed here for 3 expensive nights. It was supposed to be a little piece of luxury in our holiday, it turned into a big disappointment. It's form over function all the way. It may have been nicely decorated but everything else falls apart as a hotel. In fact I would not call it a hotel as there's zero service beyond cleaning the rooms. Parking is inexistent and despite their so-called agreement, it's totally impractical and that car parks are too low for a car like ours with a roof ox and have bad security reviews with many cars being broken into. We got locked out the first night when we came back at 11.30. we couldn't get in.. no one responded at reception. We phoned and buzzed..we ended up shouting in the street until a guest woke up to rescue us. WiFi doesn't work and is unsecured. We were hardly welcomed and at no point did anyone explain anything about breakfast but considering what I have read and seen, it's not much more than toast and a yoghurt with fruits. We had to leave our car in front of the hotel on arrival as we couldn't find anywhere to park and we received a message that the car was going to be towed. There is not a restaurant or commerce in sight, you have to go down the hill 10 mins and sweat it back up with roughly 200+ very steep stairs. The pool is nice but cold even in August because it's not covered at night. Overall a nice view, a cute deco but everything else is not fit for purpose. Management is inexistent. Don't do it.
