The house was perfect for our visit with family for graduation. It was a good size, clean and well stocked. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Only one issue with the kitchen faucet but it didn't detract from our visit. We really enjoyed our time there.

We were in town for 5 days for a family event. The house was clean, roomy, close to central Midlothian. We could walk to Sycamore Square and another shopping center with restaurants. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was a large dining room table. We had plenty of room with our two adult children. James was prompt to respond to all of our questions. Great place to stay!

We stayed here for my daughter's graduation from the law school. Furnishings were nice and just as pictured. We had 4 people and house felt spacious. Bedrooms are a nice size. Kitchen has full-size appliances in good condition. Pots and pans are very basic but we made things work. Love the large kitchen table. Soap and shampoo dispensers in the showers were nice touch but we brought our own so I can't speak to the quality. Towels nice and white and soft. Beds comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and safe but not very walkable (I like to walk for exercise). Nearby neighborhoods and parks were good for walking though. Not a great outdoor space but we didn't need to use it so it was not an issue.

We stayed at The Greenhouse for two weeks, and can say it's a lovely place to stay. The location is great, being close to several major retail places. The home is clean and beds are comfortable. Having a full kitchen and laundry room was a bonus. Would definitely revisit!

Loved our stay… nicely decorated and comfortable home, close to town. Loved the big-screen TVs. Only suggestion we might have relates to kitchen amenities… a few more pots/pans, etc would be helpful. Other than that, everything was great!

Home was just what we needed for our family’s stay for a wedding. Stylish and comfortable beds and furniture. Even though we didn’t cook, kitchen was well appointed. Front porch was nice for coffee in the morning, shady and quiet. Convenient to both restaurants and our wedding venues we could have pick a better location.

The house was just as pictured. The linens were fresh and the furnishings were comfortable. There were a lot of nice touches, such as the luggage racks in the closets, and extra fans. The basics such as coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, etc were supplied along with a bowl of snacks. The code lock on the door was easy to use and the security cameras were nice to have, although the neighborhood was so nice that we felt very safe. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac and close to a shopping center with a variety of shops and restaurants. James was very responsive and easy to communicate with. If I return to Midlothian, I will definitely book this house again.

We were in the area for a family wedding and this house was the perfect place to stay! It had everything we needed for space and a well stocked kitchen. Although, we ate out for every meal as the restaurants were outstanding! Nice neighborhood too. Thank you to James our host, who was very accessible and attentive. We also appreciated the suggestions for restaurants. Very helpful!

This property was one of the prettiest and most comfortable homes we have rented. It is beautifully decorated and well-equipped with all the amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible. Many grocery stores and box stores were nearby as well. Our property manager did an outstanding job of communicating with us and we truly enjoyed the entire experience.

Our adult son moved to Virginia for work. Because of his busy work load he could not come home for Christmas. We were looking for a home centrally located for us all to stay and recreate our Christmas celebration. This accommodation worked well for us. There were a couple disappointments, we arrived very late at night and in the morning we were in the kitchen making coffee and breakfast and the kitchen was not clean to our standards. The utensil drawers were dusty and we found a bug and ant. I immediately washed every dish, silverware, utensil, pot and pan. I then cleaned all drawers and utensil trays so we could cook and eat comfortably. We wished the kitchen had a drying rack for hand washing dishes and dish towels. There was one dish towel but it did not look clean. Additionally, the thermostat had either a default setting or was controlled remotely. The house setting would read 60 and we had to continuously turn the heat up to stay warm. Unexceptionable when we’re paying well for our accommodations. We planned to use the grill on Christmas Eve but the gas tank was empty. As difficult as this sounds, it was simply inconvenient, and we loved our time together we enjoyed a special holiday with our son.

We are already planning to stay here again!The owner was very helpful and kept in touch before, during, and after our stay to make sure that everything was good. From the moment we stepped into the home we were impressed with the cleanliness and appearance of everything. The beds are comfortable and because of the location on a small cul-de-sac it was quiet too.

Wonderful stay at the “Greenhouse” in Midlothian. House was spotless and had everything we could need. Super close to shopping and to the fields we needed to get to daily for a sports tournament our child was involved in. Will definitely stay again.

Overall, the stay was great! The house was in a safe neighborhood, close to my brother's house. The layout of the house offered the perfect amount of space for everyone. We had an issue with the kitchen faucet not flowing with enough pressure, but the response was quick from the manager. We will definitely rent again next time we are in town visiting.

Although, we ate out for every meal as the restaurants were outstanding! Nice neighborhood too. Thank you to James our host, who was very accessible and attentive. This property was one of the prettiest and most comfortable homes we have rented. It is beautifully decorated and well-equipped with all the amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible. Many grocery stores and box stores were nearby as well. Our property manager did an outstanding job of communicating with us and we truly enjoyed the entire experience.

Thank you. Your accommodations were perfect for our 12 day stay while visiting family. The home was very clean, very well stocked, and had plenty of fresh towels. It was the perfect size and very convenient with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We would love to rent this home again in the future!

We were in town for 5 days for a family event. The house was clean, roomy, close to central Midlothian. We could walk to Sycamore Square and another shopping center with restaurants. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was a large dining room table. We had plenty of room with our two adult children. James was prompt to respond to all of our questions. Great place to stay!

Loved the layout of this house and the decor. It was perfect for 6 of us and close to everything. We especially liked that we could walk to Wong's Tacos and the Brewery! Would love to go back!

Wonderful stay at the “Greenhouse” in Midlothian. House was spotless and had everything we could need. Super close to shopping and to the fields we needed to get to daily for a sports tournament our child was involved in. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed here for my daughter's graduation from the law school. Furnishings were nice and just as pictured. We had 4 people and house felt spacious. Bedrooms are a nice size. Kitchen has full-size appliances in good condition. Pots and pans are very basic but we made things work. Love the large kitchen table. Soap and shampoo dispensers in the showers were nice touch but we brought our own so I can't speak to the quality. Towels nice and white and soft. Beds comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and safe but not very walkable (I like to walk for exercise). Nearby neighborhoods and parks were good for walking though. Not a great outdoor space but we didn't need to use it so it was not an issue.

Loved our stay… nicely decorated and comfortable home, close to town. Loved the big-screen TVs. Only suggestion we might have relates to kitchen amenities… a few more pots/pans, etc would be helpful. Other than that, everything was great!

This was a great find for my family. The home was clean, bright, comfortable and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Our host, was very welcoming, maintained good communication and made himself available if we had questions or needed anything. The property location was convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc. We definitely want to stay at this property on our next trip to Richmond.
