Fantastic hotel. Competent and friendly staff. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the entire facility. Bonus that rooms have vinyl plank flooring. I feel carpet is disgusting in hotel rooms. I didn’t have to question any cleanliness here. I constantly saw staff providing upkeep to common areas. Lobby offered games, like Uno, for my youngest and a billiard table for the older folks. Complimentary breakfast was great. Every morning there was automatic made pancakes, 4 varieties of cold cereal, egg and meat selection, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, bagels, toast, and english muffins. Safety and security seemed excellent. Elevators require key cards to reach rooms on upper floors. Stay was quiet. We slept well. My only complaint was the room soap dispensers are squeeze activated, which were a little difficult for my children to use. Ultimately they got better at it, I would still definitely stay here again when in the area.

The TRU staff was very friendly and helpful, the facility was very clean and had some unusual amenities such as: pool table, fire pit, and checkers. The facility felt safe with the lock down feature to gain entry to the facility or to use the elevators. We’ll stay there again in the future.

Me and my family have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the pas 3 months my son goes to school in Louisburg and this hotel Is not far and is pet friendly. My only complaint is that only one elevator was working and that can be a problem because I am handicap and can’t take much steps.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast was really good and had a variety of choices. The power went out at some point during the day and we didn't have tv until we checked out. The pool looked nice but was closed. But overall was a nice stay.

Looks like it’s a new hotel -very clean. Lots of level 2 Tesla chargers for electric vehicles. They have the adapters at the reception desk so if you have an ev that needs a universal charger you can still use the Tesla one. Free breakfast was sufficient -nice fire pit out back. Small indoor pool.

We had a dead cockroach in the bathtub and when we mentioned it we were told it was a water bug and given a can of raid to use on any others we see. Very disappointing.

The hotel uses dispensable bottles for soap, shampoo, etc but they're not kept updated, so within our single night stay there wasn't any shampoo and the hand soap ran out nearly immediately. There are no issues in the room, so you have to use toilet paper to blow your nose. No coffee maker means heading down to the lobby for anything hot to drink.

Clean modern hotel, but some of the fixtures of the bath were loose or hanging off, water pressure is not very good. The walls are incredibly thin. The guests above us were stomping until midnight keeping my kids awake, so not a very restful sleep. The pool was nice, and breakfast was decent.

I liked everything Except a day or two in I noticed a urine smell anytime the A/C blew. Like a dog pee on it. When I checked out I reported it. Hopefully it gets cleaned since this location accepts dogs which I think is great

The only thing that I think was horrible was that there was a lot of noise from our neighbors upstairs. I’m not sure if there was insulation in the ceiling or not, but it was very disturbing and we could not sleep. We called the front desk several times and it didn’t seem like anything was done. They just said that the people upstairs would be leaving the next day. Other than that, the hotel was really very clean. We were happy about that.

Staff was nice and responsive. Parking lot felt cramped. Mattresses were very uncomfortable and provided pillows weren’t much. Rooms were fairly clean and felt updated but it was SO LOUD. The room was literally shaking as the family of presumed elephants upstairs walked around.

Staff were very friendly, welcoming, helpful. Hotel provided a welcoming gift and good variety daily breakfast. Clean hotel. Room had a mini fridge but no microwave. There is one microwave in the lobby area to use. Noise easily heard from nearby stairwell and room doors opening/closing and what sounded like housekeeping cleaning the room above ours one morning.

While this hotel was beautiful, super clean, quiet, staff was very nice and helpful, the AC installation was not thought through. The AC clicks on and off all night, is loud, the rooms are small and i only slept when I turned the AC off which only happened at 4 am when the heat died down.

Everything from the start, the host was very welcoming. You could tell it wasnt just a job for her. Then the courtesy check periodically. We had a softball tournament and was hadly at the hotel but we could enjoy its atmosphere. Not easy accessible to everyone made it safe and overall one of the best hotels my family and I have stayed in. Thank you all!

New and clean! Security very important to them! But main thing I can say is the people were the kindest and most generous of any place I ever stayed. I had a flat tire and AAA was taking a long time. I drove in for a funeral and was trying to change the tire myself. The front desk woman saw me and got another worker and the maintenance guy to change it for me! She also brought us water and snacks while we were waiting!! Amazing people!

I wonder if they can start considering that some people have traveled for 24 hours are beyond exhausted and cannot get up at 6 AM to have breakfast especially when 6 AM is really 3 AM to them. So we did not have any breakfast and that’s fine.

All the staff we met during our stay were friendly and helpful. Our room was bare bones, but the bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and everything worked well. Only furnishings beside the bed were a low rolling desk chair that couldn’t be adjusted, and a wobbly table, so it wasn’t a good place to work on a laptop. The pool table was a nice amenity, and in good condition, and the breakfast was decent. Good 24/7 hot beverage selection, too.
