The property itself was great. The lifts were not working properly and caused many delays trying to get into the property.

The apartment is decent and functional. As it is part of the Hilton hotel you get access to Hilton facilities like pool, sauna, bbq area. Free parking is a real bonus as most hotels in that area charge ridiculous fees for parking. Self check-in and check-out is also very convenient as you don't need to queue up. Will stay again.

This is a separate owned property within the same hotel as the Hilton. So you don’t have any association with the Hilton staff, no room service or cleaning or anything, this made parking a bit confusing because you have to park across the street in the parkade then walk to the office outside the hotel and pick up your key card which gives you access to the underground parking. The underground parking acccess is crucial because there is basically nowhere else to park. The check in process was easy you get your key from a lock box. The apartment had really nice views from the bedroom with the panorama window, less nice view from balcony because you’re blocked by another hotel. You might get scared of heights and feel a bit woozy the first night you stay there because we were on the 43rd floor and could feel the building moving just a little bit which throws you off. Had laundry in the apartment which was really great. Kitchen had your basics. It’s more like staying in an air bnb because you have to take out the trash when you leave and things like that. Location was really close to the beach so that was nice, right in the busy area so lots of shopping and lots of people so had a busy vibe on the street which you have to be in the mood for. Fun night life.

We stayed at the H Luxury Residence Apartments – a fantastic spot right in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Being part of the Hilton Residences, we had access to the pools and gym, which was great. However, be aware that Hilton staff aren’t particularly friendly or helpful if you’re not a Hilton guest – we found them quite rude when we had questions. The Panorama Apartment itself was wonderful, with beautiful views and everything you’d need for a week-long stay. Netflix was a great bonus for the kids when they needed some downtime. Wifi was not always available. The only downside was the second bedroom, which had both a double and a single bed – the room was small, hence the door couldn’t close properly. It might be better if the layout of the beds was rethought. Despite that, we’d definitely stay again – hopefully at a slightly more affordable rate next time, as it was on the pricier side.

The property is beautiful. Amazing views.. the only thing we had not so good comment about Hilton Hotel in Surfers is just because the property we have booked was not owned or managed by Hilton anymore. On our check out, my husband tried to borrow a baggage trolley so we didn’t need to do many travel to load our bags in our car that was parked in B3. Concierge did not give my husband a trolley and they refused to let us use the hotel’s trolley. We felt like we were just peasants. From how we understood it, we we’re still Hilton’s customers since we were able to use the rest of the amenities in the hotel. Absolutely absurd. Apart from that, we loved every bit of the hotel except the rules of the management. Thanks.

Awesome experience, great location. Apartment is getting tired, really needs upgrade especially beds and bathrooms. Furniture is old and no access to swimming pools towels. Overall its a ok Apartment nothing too flash. Not worth the amount we paid

Great variety of different pools to swim or lounge around by them. Lots of shaded seating also available. Enjoyed meandering around the many pathways to all the different outdoor spots. Very private and secluded oasis options on the pool, spa, gym level.

This apartment has excellent views facing Cavill Ave and towards Broadbeach with good sea view too. Having to pick up keys prior to entering was easy as the office is right next door to the Hilton. Car parking was good, a little bit to work out but easy once figured out. For an apartment in this calibre, it does need some attention to maintenance and the beds are very cheap models as very firm and can feel the springs. Surprising that not many cooking utensils, pots and pans for cooking. But had lots of plates and cups. Apart from a few coffee capsules, there was no other coffee or tea. Not even salt and pepper. Sometimes the lifts took awhile but is a big hotel so expect this. Overall we felt this apartment was good value, great views and great walking distance to grocery store, Cavill mall, tram and of course the beach. So many cool and different restaurants all around the hotel. Enjoyed our stay!!

the whole unit was super dirty, lots of cockroaches, flies and even crickets throughout the whole apartment, dining room hallway, bedrooms and bathrooms. One of the windows in bedroom couldn’t even shut, made it unsleepable for the first night when it had thunderstorm, never ever recommend it!!!! don’t ever think about booking this or it will be a disaster and money wasted like we did!! ZERO STAR

The room was a 2 1/2 bed apartment. It was spacious with a great view and location. Beds were comfy and clean The problem was the room had a stale smell and the place was grubby, hairs and bits on the sofa, marks on the wall, the bath was full of mold and didnt look lime it had been cleaned. We could have got much better for the money we paid. Over all disappointed.

Room was very dusty! . The walls were all thick dust and we had to clean the walls from some dust . The blinds were full of dust as well and carpets as well. Washing machine has mould inside and couldn’t be cleaned to use.

The location and the property facilities were amazing. The view was great from our panoramic view of the beach and river. Some nights were noisy from the nightclubs along Orchard avenue. Easy free parking. there were 4 of us and only 3 lounge seats. Would've been good to have 2 sofas. The cleanliness of the room was not that great. I would get wheezy and sneezy every time we were in the room. Visible dust and mold around air con vents. Toilet was sprayed with poo so clearly the toilets were not cleaned properly by cleaners before we arrived. walls need a bit of a touch up.

The property was unsafe due to broken fixtures, the soft furnishings were unsanitary, and bedding had blood and urine stains on it. We have provided photographic evidence of all the issues relating to the apartment and the booking team at Holiday Paradise fail to respond to phone calls or emails. I am currently looking into how such a residence can be leased for public use in such disrepair and squalid conditions. please read the genuine reviews prior to booking, and notice that when the company respond to reviews they become defensive and place blame on the holiday makers. When we provided photographic evidence of the blood and urine-stained quilts, they responded in their review by stating that we had taken the quilt from the cupboard in the kitchen and put it on the bed and it had been placed in a kitchen cupboard for disposal at the next housekeeping.

The staff were really helpful during both my check-in and check-out, especially as my times were a bit unusual. I really appreciated their assistance. However, when we visited H Luxury Residence Apartments seven years ago, we got a very similar room — right down to the same couches, which still had the same covers. Unfortunately, the couches were extremely dirty, the carpet had dirt and strange stains all over, and even the mirror near the entrance hadn’t been cleaned. The toilets and bathrooms were covered in black mould, which is definitely not ideal when you’re planning to use the shower. One of the shower doors wouldn’t even close properly, so whoever used it ended up freezing. We also had a bit of trouble with the stove — it worked one day, didn’t work the next, and then started working again. This might have been user error, but it was still frustrating. The main reason I didn’t contact staff about these issues straight away is that we were only using the room to sleep in and didn’t spend any more time there than necessary. The parking was excellent, but the rooms are in serious need of attention — the couch covers, carpets, bathrooms, and toilets need a deep clean, and worn-out fixtures should be replaced. The little communication I had with staff was fantastic, but unfortunately the condition of the room was disappointing. Room was not clean unfortunately a nicecroom but cutlery and glasses quite dirty and toliet in ensuite had a number 2 in it and was clearly not cleaned yuk actually carpet in main bedroom stained socks under bed and class on balcony was really dirty sorry feeling disappointed

Great location! Walkable to tons of dining options and the beach is right there! I was hoping it was more of an ocean view but it’s obstructed by a huge building in front. The kitchenette is small but has everything you need! Beds are super comfortable! Pillows not so much. It’s also super loud when it’s windy and not really ideal to be on the balcony when the weather isn’t great. The master bedroom balcony door is locked and unable to open yet the balcony door in the spare room where our kids slept, was able to open. We did not like that. Overall good location and would stay again!

Place was nice enough. We booked for 6 guests and only received 5 towels. The sofa bed in the living space didn’t have adequate linen or any pillows for it and wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on. Spacious and good views and location. No tea or coffee condiments.

The location and the view were luxury. But despite the names the apartment certainly was NOT luxery. Common areas stains all over the carpet, old mismatched lounge, mismatched and incomplete crockery/cutlery. Missing basic things like toilet paper, bin bags, dishwashing liquid, conditioner. Check in/out office dirty dingy space that has only stairs to reach it. Disabled people can't check in. Cramped bedrooms, could hardly walk between the two beds, only really space for one bed per room. Location and view were great though. Team stop about 100m away. Woolies and Coles both only half a block away.

I assumed that 2 doubles and 1 king meant the master room would have the king. But quite the opposite. The double beds were side by side in the master room with ensuite. And the king bed was down the other end with the main bathroom. The whole unit needs a deep clean. It was grubby and I felt like I needed to rinse any dish prior to using. The air con vents dripped consistently, the oven dial was broken, coffee machine didn’t work, and the door slams so hard it’s actually cracked around the supports. The king bed had massive spring holes in the mattress. I had to roll up to meet my partner in the middle but also had to hold myself onto the bed for sleep or I’d have rolled off onto the floor.

Spacious room and beautiful view. I arrived early and they checked me in which I was very grateful for, thanks to the people at reception.

Clean and convenient. One of the rooms might be a bit simple, but the main room is perfect.

The property was in a great location walking distance to everything and the hotel facilities were great. The beds were average very springy and soft and there were no fry pans that actually worked on the electric cooktop. Some of the basics like salt & pepper, tea, sugar and coffee would have been nice. Overall we had a nice stay only some minor issues but no deal breakers. The view on the balcony and the bedrooms were fantastic. I would stay again

Terrible experience. No one is there to listen. Property was old and untidy. It was stincky. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Never recommend.

Didn't realise that we had to pay the $300 deposit upfront. Took me a while to find the small side office.

The apartment was decent enough, mostly clean and in a good location but definitely not worth the price. Inconvenient having the reception down the road and up a flight of stairs from the entrance of the apartments, especially when carrying luggage. Was difficult to contact reception on any of the phone numbers even during office hours. Staff were unfriendly and didn't even speak to us upon check out. Would not stay again.

No hot water coming from the shower during our entire stay and the water pressure was appalling. I called management which went unanswered and was diverted to a recorded message that advised to send an SMS. I sent three which also went unanswered. I also sent multiple messages via Expedia which didn't get answered until close to check-out. The bath itself was also stained. When checking out, reception advised that the booking team would be in contact in regards to a refund. No one has contacted me. Expedia have also tried to contact them to get approval for the refund but that has also gone unanswered.

The apartment was good value however the property is difficult to check in and out of with limited parking in surfers paradise and no temporary visitor parking. It’s also been 2 weeks since my stay and my security deposit has yet to be returned despite not experiencing any issues during the stay. Communication with the company that arranged the hotel is challenging.

Was a little frustrating not being able to deal directly with the hotel. Our key stopped working at one stage and the number to call wouldn’t answer and the hotel couldn’t provide assistance

The staff were really nice and attentive during check in and check out, the unit was spotless and central to all amneeties definitely will be back

Apartment is awesome and the ocean view is breathtaking. Very convenient in the middle of surfers paradise shopping/dining precinct plus walking distance to the beach. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay here. The view was amazing and we felt safe in the apartment. Easy access to the many restaurants and shops around Cavill Street and beyond, all in walking distance. Easy access to transport. Spacious rooms and lounge area with plenty of room for families

Property lovely - view great! If bringing a car - just a heads up that this is a one way street right in the middle of many bars and clubs. Can be very busy on a Friday and Saturday night !
