The rooms need to be redecorated as they look tired. The toilets and bathroom areas do not look that clean and look like they could do with a deep clean and replace all the toilet seats as they are dirty and damaged.

Good location with night market and cafés in walkable distance. Staff friendly and trying to help whenever feeling responsible for. Cleanliness is an issue.

Facilities at the property were excellent - infinity pool with an amazing view, well equipped gym, bar and restaurant. It is well located, close to the major night market, lots of restaurants, public transport and KL Eco Park. The room was overall good but can do with a bit of maintenance (the laminated floor was peeling off). The bay window was really great for chilling and read.
