Wiggins Pass Chalet

Exceptional service and the chalet is located on a road without much through traffic while close to many restaurants and shopping.

Very comfortable set up with fully equipped kitchen. Clean and quiet. Helpful staff. Would be great with more parking spaces and shower power very low. Maybe specify times laundry is available for guests and seperate designated time for staff to do laundry maybe daytime when most guest are out. Enjoyed the stay.

Arrived at 1am, there is no staff on-site. You have to text the owner to get code for room door. Go insde to find very dirty bedding and floors. The chair in the living space should be thrown out its so nasty literally black from dirt. I text owner pictures and explained this dirty room was unacceptable. He never text back about the horrible condition of the place. We brought with us our 5 pound maltese dog. When the front desk/ housekeeper seen my dog she asked for a credit card i told her i paid through expedia and do not have a card with me. Then out of the blue the owner text me about the dog but failed to address the room situation. We were upset with the entire ordeal we asked for our money back for the remaining nights and left. I would not recommend this place because of the poor communication and the unclean room.

Great stay. Everything was perfect. Rooms very spacious. Where do you stay and get a walk in closet for your clothes and suitcases. Definitely would stay again.

Very comfortable place. Nice physical layout. All new. Was lacking small things expected at typical stays with kitchen- no paper towels or napkins no salt n pepper etc
