Horrible, horrible stay. We viewed this hotel while previously visiting Ocean City and thought it looked modern and well maintained from the outside. Our stay proved us wrong. Although it seemed the property was once nice, the location now gives overall dingy and in need of a serious update. The pool was cold, dirty and surrounded by broken, and stained furniture. The carpeting in the rooms and the lobby was filthy and in need of replacement or at best a good steam cleaning. The elevators operate slowly and when they arrive smell absolutely terrible. The property has a terrible stench throughout that you just can't seem to escape. Upon check in we arrived to an unacceptable dirty bathroom and toilet. Attempted to contact the front desk, but the phone in the unit was broken. Reached the front desk by cell phone and they sent up a housekeeping 'supervisor' to tidy up the bathroom. Shower head was covered in pink mold. After one night we noticed sinus issues and looked up to see that the room vent return was covered in black mold. The bayfront location is pristine, the property is horrible. There are many nicer places to stay in Ocean City. This should not be marketed and priced similarly to those hotels. Without major renovation, updating, and/or improvements, this property belongs in the class of a Motel 6 or similar and should be priced accordingly. That way those visiting will not expect quality and are willing to sacrifice comfort and cleanliness for budget.

Nice stay, front staff did a nice job, but room cleaning, which is not every day, was subpar. For example, k-cups were not restocked. Elevator situation needs a remedy, as wait times are unacceptable.

Bed was HORRIBLE! No water from 11:pm to 5:00am which caused toilet issues . I stayed here a few years ago and loved it. I will not be returning, not worth it for the price.
