We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, we enjoyed the outdoor firepit, and the breakfast was good. The only negative was the coffee tasted like water. I would stay there again.

The property was new and clean. Gym well equipped. Breakfast mediocre. All staff pleasant. Our stay was almost 2 weeks and we never were clear what housekeeping services were. Hotel booklet said one thing, bathroom mirror sign said only on request. We usually had to flag a housekeeper down in the hallway to empty the trash and resupply towels and washcloths. I extended our stay by one night and when doing so the hotel clerk did not tell me my rate would almost double for the extra night. I discovered the overcharge of about $87 upon checkout and was told there wasn’t anything she could do about it. I have emailed Hilton twice and never received any response. Guest beware-ASK about a change in the room charge for the same room if you stay a night or more beyond your original plans.

We reserved a king bed and picked our room on the 2nd floor through the Hilton app. When we arrived we were given a room with two queen beds on the 3rd floor. We were told that the earlier check in staff had changed our reservation to two queens and given our room to someone else. We were then told that the hotel was full and that room was all that was available. We made do with the queen bed but the floors really need to be cleaned better. Our feet were black from walking barefoot in the room. The location is convenient to shopping and dining which is nice but I believe I would book somewhere else the next time we are in the area.

Great area. Near Mall of Georgia with lots of restaurant choices. Overall room was clean. Small amount of mold around shower. Roaches (about 3-4) found around the sofa. To be fair, maybe they hitchhiked into room with our bags from Lake Lanier because we didn’t see them till the second day. Surprised to see roaches in a hotel that was otherwise well maintained and clean. Breakfast was terrible.

Hotel and staff were nice. The bed was the hardest bed I’ve slept on. Me and my wife couldn’t sleep, because of the bed. I’ve stayed at lot of hotels, this was the worse experience we’ve ever had. We had two nights booked almost left in the middle of the night, because of the bed. It was like sleeping on cement.

The room was spacious and had lots of useful upgrades. I enjoyed all the shelving space available to put your belongings. Having dishes and silverware along with a dishwasher also made it very helpful and convenient.

The stay was fine except for one major design flaw. The bathroom had no locking door. Instead it had a slidding door. Which is fine maybe for couples or singles but for a family with a toddler it was a living hell. Imagine anytime you need to use it the pitter patter of tiny feet running and sliding it open for the rest of the family to see.

First of all the room was incredibly large and well equipped than I could’ve ever imagined for that price… Location is great. The front desk was wonderful. The staff everybody that worked here had a great attitude and seemed very happy and that makes me wanna come back.

The room air conditioner did not work. It did not cool. It would only heat and run a fan. The beds were not comfortable and we struggled most of the night with noise coming from the room above us. The air conditioning issue was the biggest thing. None of us slept because it was 71 degrees in the room. I cut the ac down to 64 degrees and it never changed. That told me the Freon or something was wrong with the unit. Ridiculous for a Hilton property

Other than hearing slamming doors and yelling of “room service” in the morning the stay was good. Walls are extremely thin apparently. I was woke up by others slamming doors and the staff yelling room service on several different occasions.

Mechelle was amazing and so helpful! She was training someone during my check in and she was wonderful and very thorough with the new employee. It was great to see her leadership and the gentleman who was being trained did amazing. Great rooms, great location.book it!

The receptionist, Michelle, was very helpful, cheerful, friendly and very professional. I arrived a little early and she did everything she could to accommodate me with a room. As an employer I know how difficult it is to find good employees, Michelle is one of those. She represents your business very nicely. She’s a keeper for sure.

We booked a stay at this hotel for two nights but had a medical emergency on the way there and could not make it for the first night. We tried to check in for the 2nd night and was told that we did not have a room because we did not call to cancel the first night even though we pre paid for both nights. This caused us a a lot of stress due to most hotels in the area were fully booked. Expedia was very helpful and was able to get a refund for the 2nd night. Front desk was very rude.

They charged double!!! I reserved for my friend couple to stay. According to lobby front worker, she will cancel my reservation and give me a credit. Then she charged to my friend’s credit card.We just realized there are double charges, one to my Amex credit card and the other one to my friend’ credit card. We’re very upset about this and strongly asking for refund.

The food was not "Hilton" food. The eggs were Microwaved and rubbery. The assortment was limited. The mattress we had was worn and needed to be flipped. The staff was wonderful they are all very helpful.
