Very clean and quiet property. This hotel was top-notch with updated amenities. The hotel staff was very kind and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was good and the hotel has a very nice lobby and bar area. The fitness facility is up to date with the latest equipment. There is a strip mall and supermarket in walking distance. This was my first time staying at this hotel and I would stay here again. I visit the area several times per year

The elevator broke and the hotel did not let us be aware. We had to take our luggage down 5 floors. Clearly they had no plan either to inform guests, assist guests, or anything.

So sad the weather was terrible because their outside patio is so cute and pool area looked nice too. Decent size gym too. Great, spacious rooms and nice bathrooms were a treat. Beds were comfortable too. Breakfast was one of the nicest ones we have seen in a while, warm food tasted pretty decent, milk, chocolate milk, an assortment of yoghurts and fruits in the fridge. Fresh fruit as well. Different waffles daily, a toaster that actually works and a pretty and comfortable seating area. Friendly front desk staff that were always eager to help you. We will definitely stay here again.

Two night stay for a graduation. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Good room, clean and comfortable, convenient location and nice to have mall across the street. Booked in part for the EV chargers which did not work and have been out for months we learned (not Hampton owned). Wish breakfast involved less wasted plastic.

Fantastic stay. We stayed for one night to see a show .9 miles away at a venue. Beautiful hotel, bar as you come in is fully stocked. Rooms were clean and did not smell at all, surprised us because most hotels have at least some kind of smell, but not this one. Stag was very nice and responsive, someone was always present for any need one may have had. Great hotel you cannot beat the price for this kind of clean, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.

Property was nice. Room was spacious and nice. Housekeeping came at 6pm on only one of the days we were there, but we had already come back and didn't want to leave for them to clean. They never came back. No fresh towels or cleaning the whole time we were there. Breakfast was terrible.

Overall, I love this hotel. It's clean, comfortable and so quiet. Housekeeping should pay a little more attention to detail when servicing rooms... there were nail clippings on my floor. Luckily it was a short stay.

WELL, THIS IS A 1ST. I ALWAYS STAY @ HAMPTION INN WHENEVER POSSIBLE. I WAS IN TOWN FOR 3 DAYS. THE CLEANING LADY NEVER CAME BY? THOSE TOWELS ARE CRAP & THE BED WAS OUT OF SHAPE. THE TOILET NEEDS TO BE RAISED, ALSO. JUST THOUGHT I WOULD TELL Y'ALL. THANKS FOR READING THIS. I STILL WILL ALWAYS STAY @ THE HAMPTON INN.

We had a lovely stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh Midtown. The staff was lovely & very accommodating. The property was clean & quiet. Good continental breakfast options. Huge shower. We only had a couple issues during our entire stay. The first was the sink in the bathroom drained very slow. We brought this up at the front desk and they had a maintenance man in our bathroom within a couple hours. Unfortunately, he didn’t actually fix the issue, so we ended up just putting up with it. The second issue we had, was that in the bigger rooms (we booked one of the corner rooms with the couch), the AC unit is under the window beside the couch, and the bed is on the other side of the room. So at night, it simply does not get cool on the bed side of the room. The thermostat locks at 64 degrees and doesn’t allow you to adjust it any lower. We ended up going to a target nearby and purchasing a fan so we could sleep comfortably. The bigger rooms really need an additional unit beside the bed in order to get them cool. However the beds were very comfortable. Lastly, I loved that the bathrooms had full sized toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) in the shower, but we didn’t have any hand soap in the bathroom or the sink near the door. Which I found to be quite odd. Also there is no fan in the room with the toilet & shower. Overall it was a good stay, just a little pricey considering we had to buy a fan just to sleep comfortably.

The hotel was clean and the service was good. The elevators were very slow, even for a 6 floor or more building they were extremely slow. The internet and WiFiwas the worst. Had no good clear internet connection and it was very ineffective as I was working from my room late in the afternoon and connection continued to drop.

Upon arrival, the front desk did not disclose the $75 pet fee and instead silently charged my card without my approval. When asked about this undisclosed fee on my credit card statement, I was told by the manager that the employee working the front desk "always discloses this fee" which was a lie. Furthermore, the manager did not offer any solutions to right this wrong which is incredibly frustratging, as I booked through a third-party and no pet fee was disclosed on that website either. My stay was equally as bad, as the walls were paper thin and extremely loud music was playing throughout the halls until 3 AM. The room was clean enough for a 1 night stay; however, due to this customer service and what feels like deceitful behaviour, I will never stay at another Hampton Inn nor recommend this brand to any friends or family.

Upon arrival to check in I had to wait about 3-5 minutes to check in due to there only being one worker at the front desk and he was on the phone assisting another customer I assumed. He didn’t address me at all or state he would be right with me, I kinda just stood there. A manager came from an office looking for the other employees with no luck. However after he got off the phone with the other customer my check in process was swift. The overall experience was nice and the night shift front desk assistant Keonte was very pleasant and helpful.! This location was very convenient for the event I was attending at the Ritz.! (Literally 2 minutes away). Breakfast was good, I loved the red velvet waffles.! It was overall a great stay minus the check in incident.

Hreat hotel, great location. Front desk attendants were friendly and professional. Unfortunately the luggage carts were all taken and no where to be found which was inconvenient. Breakfast was excellent, the staff was friendly, helpful and very attentive. The bartender however was rude and inattentive. My wife asked for some lemon for her water, the bartender didn't speak, threw them on the bar then upon being thanked just ignored us both. So rude and unprofessional. Otherwise, though, a great experience, will definitely stay here again.

The Service was great and the rooms were very clean. There is a nice bar. The only problem that I had was that the bartender used her hands to handle a lot of the ingredients for the drinks instead of using the tongs or gloves. Other than that I will always used this place when staying in Raleigh

Likes: Hotel was pretty clean and comfortable, staff friendly and accomodating. Dislikes: Breakfast was cold both days; no non-alcoholic beverages available, pool not serviced and ready for use, guest let their dog sit on a table in the outside lounge area.

The folks who run the breakfast in the morning are great. Not only free, but they stay open longer than most hotels and the selection of food is great. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.
