Very nice mid-century 1floor outside entrances, Young people just purchased it, and they are updating it , but still keeping the ambiance. Very clean, and just at edge of town.

On line breakfast was advertised, but not offered during my stay. Individual room was clean but grounds appeared run down.

This is a clean, well-maintained motel. The outside doesn't look that great, but the staff is great, and the room was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this motel. It's located on the north end of Concordia and unless you had to drive north you wouldn't know it's there. Drive over the viaduct and have a nice, quiet rest. The outside looks shabby but it's clean and well-kept inside. Downside? No breakfast is served there but there are several donut shops and fast-food places over the viaduct and south.

the lady checking us in was good about changing us to a non-smoking room upon request!!! she should have told me how to use the room entry card. i had to go ask. someone had a yappy dog outside in the middle of the night. likes that there was no carpet. air conditioner fan needs some work.

Older property but room was clean, had cold air, and plenty of tv channels.

Very nice basic hotel. Parking for car was extremely safe and right outside of room. Regulator on bath/shower was very confusing. There was hot water, but I couldn't find it. Perhaps check it out before it's too late to ask for instructions at office.

I stay at this motel every June on business. It’s a nice stay for the price - clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. It’s an older motel, but the staff keep it in reasonable condition. While I was there, the staff repainted the parking lines. It looked very nice when they finished.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean every time I stay here. I have stayed here 2-3 times a year for the past 5 years or so, and I’ve never had a bad experience.

We went to the front desk & told them we had no cold water to drink, brush teeth, wash hands,etc. 2 days later I gave a printed a sheet with 10 items( most of which cud have been corrected) to front desk. No one ever came& we never had cold water to wash our hands…. In fact it was scalding hot, so we had to use the bathtub to drink, or wash hands & brush teeth; so no matter what else was right, this ruined our time. But there was a long list of other issues. 2. Old timey AC window unit that roared so loud that we had to turn it off at night. 3. Shower curtain so long that it covered 6-7” of the tub making it a slipping fall hazard 4. Black Stachybactra mold under the lip of the shower wall panel (about 25” from bottom of tub & 30” long @eye level if sitting in tub). No one ever came to scrub it with Comet or a brush even though it was not “stains”. It was crumbly & would have come out of crack easily. I had poured a large cup of water on it to check). 5. Both me & spouse had the water turn cold while showering so the hot water was not consistent 6. Toilet seat was extremely loose when we checked in & my husband had to hand tighten it. The next day it popped out of its hinge & I nearly fell in the floor. We told the front desk & all they did was pop it back rather than replace the toilet lid. (& it’s impt. to note that my husband & I are average size people, neither over 185 lbs). 7. We killed a couple of beetles in the room , including a 1 1/2”long centipede on the sink

Pleasant, surprisingly quiet for its proximity to the highway. Clean and unfussy, which is what I expect from a room that I am only using to sleep and shower in. Oh, and affordable! The other places in town are twice as expensive, and for what? A fancy shampoo, a better cable selection, stale pastries for breakfast? No thanks.

Coyotes right outside the door. Woke up to a rat chewing on something. Wash clothes were stained black. Shower would not come on. I called front sesk and complained about all and got nothing, absolutely nothing. Will not be back there.

The bedding was clean but there were dead bugs on the floor. They must’ve come in from under the door.

Small and perhaps a bit dated, the Regency was clean and dcomfortable. I's stay there again.

If you’re looking for a basic clean place to sleep this is it. First motel I’ve stayed at in a while where the bed did not hurt my back. It was also surprisingly quiet. Pretty good budget motel

The staff was so friendly- seems like there are some positive improvements happening- my room was great!

I would recommend anyone to stay here there was no continental breakfast had a big sign that read no breakfast served I question it and got u people from Nebraska are very problematic but I'm from Kansas I replied and the owner said well even Kansas people are the same problematic but aren't we the ones keeping you in business I said . But it seems like customer care is not part of this hotel I'm very disappointed. I ask for an extra sheet they told there were none.three different type of taxes were added to my stay it went from 69 to 80 plus just unreal, Ill make a different choice of hotel next time.

It was close to the downtown. Only issue since you can a gap under the doors, the one night we had these black little bugs in the room. They came right away and sprayed.

We stayed overnight to do sight-seeing in Concordia. The room was as advertised - clean and comfortable. The property overall was clean and well maintained although a bit older. Our room was clean and the beds comfy. Location was excellent. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

The room was clean but the amenities were lacking. No shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. The body wash on the bathroom dispenser was very hard to use and only gave out a small amount. No breakfast and no carpeting or rugs. The price was good, so I can't complain too much. The front desk staff was welcoming.

I booked a smoking room, but they gave it away. I checked in around 6:30 p.m., which isn't that late. Other than that, the room clean and nice enough. Quiet area. I just wish The room I reserved and paid for, was the room I got.

We chose the hotel thinking it served breakfast, but when we got here the breakfast area was ‘temporarily closed’.
