Beautiful facility, wonderful breakfast, free water and coffee all day, suite was perfect. Cleanliness of the pool was questionable. No wine glasses provided and TVs are not smart so no Netflix, etc.

The hotel was very functional having the amenities of the kitchen within the room. The gym space was nice, but lacked any cleaning material within the room for the equipment after use. The pool was nice to use the beginning of the week, but the water quality seemed to change as the week went on making it appear questionable to swim in for small kids. Additionally, it was not communicated at check-in that house keeping needed to be requested. We only had one visit after request during our 5 night stay. I would have appreciated every other day service as stated within the rooms, or known at check-in that this had to be requested. Overall - the experience was good. The breakfast in the morning was very helpful with small children and there were many options. The staff was all exceptionally pleasant and accommodating.

All of the staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff were very nice and helpful. The property was very clean and the rooms are nice and spacious. The indoor pool was very nice and clean. We visited for my daughter’s birthday and really enjoyed it. I definitely recommend and will return if needing another room in the area.

This hotel is lovely. The rooms were spacious and had everything we could need. Every detail was considered including multiple trash cans throughout the room and building. The pool is lovely, and the workout room is nice. The breakfast is full of hot foods. The staff was kind, courteous, and friendly. I will definitely return.

The staff were amazing! Anything you need they were right on it! They had amazong attitudes and always greeted with a smile and said hello. It was clean and peaceful and the kids got to swim in winter in the indoor pool. Definitely recommend!

For a one night stay near the interstate, this was a great choice. We had a beautiful suite with a full kitchen for a great price. Everything was spotlessly clean and we were able to eat breakfast at our own table instead of the crowded common room. Awesome.

People in our hallway were very rude. Yelling, slamming doors at all hours, dogs barking in hallway, food spilled outside of doors and not cleaned up. Heavy smoking in room opposite ours spilling out into the hallway because door was propped open. Breakfast bar not clean. Food spilled and not cleaned up. Dirty dishes piled up at stations and tables. We were there for three nights and it didn't improve. A positive-the room itself was spacious.

It was okay. The place is showing signs of wear and tear. They ran out of forks at the breakfast. The fridge was making super loud and annoying sounds. The walls were thinner than expected. Heard what sounded like a small kid running around through the room throughout the night, with above us or next door.

The shower door was broken and replaced partially by a curtain placed directly on the door rails and wouldn’t move. The door to the bathroom which is just a sliding door, wouldn’t open and close properly. I don’t know if it was off track or what but nothing we did fixed it. We had to have my husband come over and open and close the door every time we had to go because he was the only one with enough strength to get the door. The old shampoo and body wash things were still on the wall with the ones that were full sitting around various places in the shower. The walls were banged up and missing chunks in places. I told the front desk and she just said oh we tried to fix the door but we can’t. Sorry.

This property is set beautifully in the trees. It is so very quiet and our hotel was full of people and kids that weekend. Never heard a thing. THIS IS THE MOST CLEAN PROPERTY I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO! KUDOS TO THE CLEANING STAFF. THEY TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS FROM DISENFECTING TO OTHER. Best property ever!

Sleep is tough here b/c you can hear every step the people above you takes, guest services are unavailable at 3am when you are constantly being woken up by the apparent body slamming going on above you, and the water pressure is poor. Breakfast terrible.

Nice newer hotel with trendy furnishings. Great work space for my laptop. Larger than usual television. Comfortable bed and linens. Only negative was the refrigerator in room 416 was very noisy and woke me up a few times. It was a cheap brand and big, so noise can be expected, but i would have preferred no refrigerator or a smaller one that wasnt so annoying.

The first night loud music from 2:00am until 8:30am (Friday). Monday morning the guest above us was running, stomping back and forth starting around 5, it was soooo loud. We complained but nothing happened we just got dressed and checked out.

The property was very modern, many conveniences. We loved our room, and wish we could have stayed longer. We arrived at 2:30 pm and had to head out to a volleyball tournament. The lady at the front desk was RUDE...sitting in the chair with her feet up, eating Bugles, and did not offer to find our reservation. Only said, I haven't received any clean room list yet, and I'm not going to ask them. I informed her that we would be coming back very late due to our tournament...not helpful at all. I called the hotel later, and was informed that we were given a king sized room, whereas, I had reserved 2 queens. The gentleman at the front desk corrected the room assignment and when we arrived, everything was correct. He was very helpful, and apologized for the other staff's rudeness and unhelpfulness.

This hotel was extremely loud, there were kids running up and down the hall screaming, you can hear everything and sadly management did nothing. Also, the cleaning staff were banging and clanging all morning. I work overnight and got zero rest. They knocked at my door and woke me 3 times despite my son not disturb. Cleaners talking loudly outside of my door. Never will I stay here again.

The staff, cleaners were very loud, VERY LOUD. I stayed for 2 weeks, prebooked or I would have left after first day. I worked nights, from the room, and couldn't sleep because the cleaning staff would let doors slam into the latch repeatedly, over and over and over. Instead of propping the door open , they would let the door bounce into the latch, over and over and over. When I brought it up to the manager at the front desk, her first statement was, ' It was probably people leaving/checking out. That angered me more than the noise. But I told her, that I observed it from my room, popped my head out and watched 2 of the cleaning staff so it multiple times. I told her, Unpaid for a room with comfort, it was not cheap, and regardless of what time of day, someone that works there should never be noisy...EVER!! It was almost like there was construction going on in the room next door. If you want a comfortable stay, it's comfortable until 8-9 am when the cleaners start banging. I have stayed at MANY hotels, slept in late, and never dealt with this. They have lost my Company Business.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They treated us like we were honored family. They were so helpful. Their customer service was top-notch. (Which doesn’t happen often in our traveling experience these days. The sales manager was amazing, while helping us to rent their conference room. She sent pictures of the room and set up chair/table arrangements. They had the chairs and tables already out when we arrived. I highly recommend this great hotel.

The room was very clean and the atmosphere was happy. However, the sole reason we came to this hotel was because they had a 1 bedroom suite where we could shut the door, so we didn't have to go to bed with our toddler. However, not only did they give us the wrong room, but they CHARGED us for the more expensive room. When we talked to the front desk, they said it wasn't their fault, they probably overbooked and there was nothing they could do because we already paid. What?!? Minimally they should have at least give us the rate of the lower room. Ideally they would have adjusted a rate and given us a discount. Had we known, we would have spent the extra $20 and stayed at the Drury instead of dealing with these shenanigans.

The property was very convenient for where I needed to go around Fort Mill, there is a shopping center nearby . Places to eat are very close by as well . The staff was very accommodating and helpful . Nice gym with working equipment . Cleanliness of the hotel was very well kept indoors and outdoors . I would stay here again for sure.

The hotel is only 4 years old so it still looks clean and presents well. The room was clean and spacious with good kitchen amenities. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was awful. There were limited options and the "hot" meal items were quite gross--they were obviously sitting too long in the heating tray which made the food seriously overcooked and inedible. There wasn't even a muffin or fruit as an option. Plus, the hot water dispenser was always luke warm.

I’m so glad I chose this hotel! First time ever booking and I will look for this hotel from now on. I am so picky with hotels and this met all my requirements. Plenty of space for a family of 5. Rooms in great condition, comfy beds, friendly staff, secured building, free parking, free breakfast. And the breakfast was the best! Complimentary hot drink bar with actually good options. I was so impressed. I would have done the check-in with the app but I forgot to download it. However check in was probably 1-2 minutes, my husband was surprised when I came back out so fast. Plenty of food around also. Book them!

Stayed 5 nights and only cleaned our room once when we asked. It is supposed to be every other day. Breakfasts were pretty bad. On our 2nd day they had no food to serve due to not getting their delivery.
