For a new property, the HVAC units in the rooms was so loud!! Reminded me of a room from the 70's with an old wall unit AC unit. If you have a family, they do have a cool area with games and an outdoor firepit, which seemed fun. Room was really small, bed was ok, TV was big.

Super disappointed they charge 10$ for parking now. Stayed here before and never charged for parking. Remote location, nothing special surrounding the area except freeway and open fields and they charge parking like you’re in downtown or Vegas. What a joke

This is a relatively new property. The electricity in the bathroom worked sporadically & the drain in the sink was extremely slow. There was no bottled water available in the hotel for purchase. $10 a night to park in a near-empty lot.

Tru considers itself an eco-friendly brand - but nothing in our room was reusable - all paper and plastic. The sheets were HORRIBLE - bottom sheet had no elastic and did not stay on the mattress. The sheets felt like plastic and prevented my husband and I from sleeping at all. The room stated there was underbed storage but there was none. They also charged $10 for parking - in the suburbs of Phoenix with nothing but space all around them! A dirt lot in front of the hotel added to the charm. This hotel was not inexpensive - we paid over $200 + tax and parking for one night.

Tru by Hilton was a very nice place to stay at. It was very clean, friendly, and lots to do in the lobby. We enjoyed getting together and playing pool and the pool table. We will definitely be staying there again.

Only stayed here for a pit stop. Nice hotel but wished the room was cleaned more thoroughly since its pet friendly. There were dog hair all over the floor. Got all over my socks. So gross. I couldnt let my baby on the floor without her shoes due to that. Other than that, it wasnt too bad of a place.

Lots of trash was present in common areas outside elevators on multiple floors and never picked up for days. I had to complain to front desk on 2 days. Breakfast was mediocre at best - rubbed scrambled eggs, tasteless sausage patties, poor bagels and English muffins, weak juice and weak coffee - for a new hotel = lousy (STAY ELSEWHERE). Also, no coffee in rooms.

I stay at Tru once a month for business. My only complaint is there is mold/ gross buildup under all of the wall soaps and shampoos! I have been staying there for 6 mos and it is consistent in all rooms. Otherwisw the staff is always great, kind, helpful and the rest of the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Terrible stay. They don't have blackout blinds like EVERY OTHER HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED AT so I had 4 street lights shining in my face and lighting up my entire room all night. Also the shower was grungy with hair on the wall.

I stay at this property once a month. I keep coming back because I feel safe and the staff is great. However, my only complaint is the soap and shampoo dispensers are always dirty with some mold. Nobody is lifting them up to clean them. This has been the same in every room. Please notify your cleaning staff!

Clean room, good bed. No microwave in room no coffee pot in room be aware if you turn one switch off you turn off all lights including bathroom and you have to figure out. Safe place to stay and park. Free breakfast was ok.

Stay was great. Really comfortable bed and pillows for someone like me with a bad back. Nice and new and well kept. My only complaint is the light switches were wired weird and the bathroom faucet hot and cold seemed mixed up in my room.

The issue with this Hilton Hotel is that it must be a micro-hotel. The room is the smallest room I have ever stayed in.... ever. Talked to the front desk, only rooms bigger were 4 rooms that were big enough to get a wheel chair beside the bed. Those stayed on reserve for someone in a wheel chair. There may have been 2 feet all the way around the bed. That is it. No microwave, no coffee maker or kettle. Did have a super small fridge. No closet. tiny desk sits right in front of the air conditioner. For a place to crash when there is no other room.... maybe. For a three day stay no. Outside of that the place was great. What you would expect from a Hilton. Just could not get over the size of the room.

The rooms are bare bones, no coffee maker (although its available if you want to get dressed to go downstairs). The breakfast buffet is adequate. Minimal wall sound insulation, you can hear alot of noise and activity in the halls and above if you happen to have noisy guests above your room. For the price, its OK but not what I would consider a "Hilton" experience.

It all comes down to the bed and bedding and both weren't hilton quality. Bed was hard, the pillows too soft and the sheets are cheap microfiber that make you hot all night. The lobby was cute and family friendly. Staff was very nice. I wouldn't stay there again though and that's a bummer cause my daughter lives near by and it is the perfect location to stay while visiting her.

Items were lost and not found. Called the same day I checked out and housekeeping denied finding anything in my room. Went directly to a new property that day with no stops in between so I'm certain items were in the room. I'm at fault for leaving them in the room but disappointing the staff wasn't truthful.

The lady (staff member) who checked me in went above and beyond. I arrived at the facility rather early for check-in. She was absolutely accommodating, and displayed professional courtesy throughout our interaction. Exceptional client-centricity. ✅ Facility was clean throughout, and the hot water was pretty much “right away” when the shower was turned on. Courteous morning staff led by Ben. And engaging lay who provided breakfast. All around wonderful staff and experience. ✅

The rooms are not very well planned out. And the floor was very uncomfortable. The person next to us played his TV so loudly all night long that our bed vibrated well until 4 o’clock in the morning. We called downstairs several times and they did nothing. We also asked for towels, that never came.

The hotel was amazing as was the location. I would say the only drawback, was my room faced the parking lot on the White Castle side. Saturday night there was a very loud, informal car show. Also I thought the bathroom was not very clean. Otherwise, I loved it. The staff was amazing. I would stay there again if they had a pool.

Right next to gas station, shopping, dining and movie theater (you could actually walk but surrounded by busy multilane roads and we had the kids). Only complaint; and its not really a complaint but rather a critique; would be the breakfast. Had limited options but did the trick!

Very clean and obviously new property. The rooms were very nice, the breakfast was great and the beds were comfortable!! I definitely recommend it! We were in town for a trail race and the location was great and the early breakfast times allowed us to grab items and take them with us on the way to the race.

Flew in from California alone. This hotel had decent ratings and is close to my sweethearts house, so I booked it. I love this place! Not sure when it was built but, it all felt brand-new. I didn’t get to check out the gym but, the breakfast was more than I expected. It was great. A nice selection and it’s FREE. I’ve booked 2 upcoming stays with a 3rd very soon. Highly recommend this Hilton.

Stayed before. Good for what we required. But nothing immediately around except gas station. They do have restaurants close but surrounded by busy streets. You could walk but would not be pleasant in the summer Phoenix heat and dangerous traffic. If you have a car its fine

Everything was great. We were slightly disappointed that the pancake machine was waiting on a belt so we couldn’t have those pancakes. That was a fun plus that we were looking forward to but hopefully next time it’ll be fixed other than that we had a great time.

The lobby and the pool table area are furnished by 2 large coolers on wheels. Not sure what happened to the AC, it was warm in the lobby. The breakfast was so so, the food are not hot, it was luke warm.

Overpaid for this place. The room looks like a dorm room and is not very fun. It was clean but I dislike its style. They even charged me for parking and they even put a tip envelope on my pillow 😂. Coffee is terrible and breakfast was nothing to get excited about. I will never stay at this place again.
