駅から近いっていうのはもちろんスタッフが程よい距離感でいてくれるから2泊しましたが、すごく気持ちよく使わせていただきました！ サウナは予約は埋まってしまっていたのと雨が降りそうな天気だったので利用出来ませんでしたが、再チャレンジしたいです！ 次の大阪行く時も利用させて頂きたいです！！！ ありがとうございました！

The room was large and clean. A perfect space for anyone that has a work-from-home job and that loves to travel. The cafe area had plenty of space and the food offered was good. (I especially loved the mini donut holder. Very unique.) Staff were all very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

朝食は簡易的なものだけど、味も見た目も良くドリンクもサラダも美味しかったので大満足！ テラスもたりおしゃれなカフェのようでした！（これにご飯とカレー、味噌汁があれば最強になるから期待したいな） 部屋も広く、まだ新しいのでもちろん清潔！お風呂は広いし、リビングのソファも大きくゆったりできる。ユニバや海遊館も近くてこの設備価格は文句無し！ なによりスタッフの方はみなさん感じよく必ずまた来たいと思わせてくれるホテルでした。

Hotel is very new, very clean, hotel staff are friendly and polite. It is within walking distance from the aquarium. The only downside is no parking but there are few parking slots nearby. I don’t think it’s only 2.5 star hotel as it says in hotels.com, I would say it’s more like a 3.5-4 star hotel. Definitely worth staying.

I can't say enough good things about this property. We stayed here from a Sunday-Friday. The hotel seems very new or at least recently redone. I would say it is what I consider a "boutique" hotel in size and ammenities. Everything is immaculate and the house keeping is top notch. Even if you opt to not have them make up the room they will leave you a little tote with fresh towels, toiletries,trash bags, and complementary waters outside your door. The front staff were all lovely and thoughtful. It is in an excellent location right next to the Osakako rail station and is easy to access. This is the line that goes directly to the Expo. Osakako station and the hotel are a very easy walk to the Osaka aquarium and the ferris wheel as well as a shopping mall that includes a lego discovery center. So perfect if you have a rainy day. The neighborhood is very quiet and yet has a vibrant assortment of dining options to choose from as well as a grocery store. The complimentary breakfast was great and the evening access to beverages (wine card for a fee). The room was very spacious and comfortable and functional. We would absolutely stay here again. Very quitet hotel as well. We never heard other guests in their rooms nor did we hear any street noise.

Lovely hotel with nice amenities (the pajamas were a nice touch!) and lots of space, simple but tasty pastry breakfast, metro entrance is just outside the hotel (or a 10 minute taxi to Universal Studios Japan). Incredibly nice and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

非の打ち所がないほど最高に良いホテルでした！まずは部屋がキレイでお風呂もピカピカ！お掃除が行き届いていて、かなりの快適空間でした。朝食のパンもドリンクも種類豊富で良かったです。そしてスタッフの方も皆さんとても優しく感じが良かったです。お値段以上のサービスをありがとうございました！！

非常に清潔で過ごしやすいホテルでした。スタッフの皆さんの接客も素晴らしかったです。朝食のビュッフェもパン、サラダをはじめドライフルーツやドーナツなどとても充実しており、満足度の高い宿泊体験ができました。また機会があれば利用させていただきたいと思います。

トイレの床に漏水してると思います。汚水なのか清水なのか分からないのですが、スカートが床に触ったら濡れてしまいました。 修理必要と思います。506号室でした。

This is a small hotel and run well. The room was very spacious (queen bed for one person); and the best part is the large desk with a Herman Miller chair. Since it was a business trip for me, and I was doing work on the computer for many hours, the desk really made a positive difference. The subway stop was just steps away from the front door of the hotel. A very convenient location. Staff were really wonderful.

I liked the proximity to the train station. Close to restaurants and mall. The only thing I didn't prefer was the hard bed and pillows.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Free breakfast was fresh and tasty with hardworking staff. Amenities were good (wish they had hand/body lotion), but it was the staff that made staying there outstanding! We’ll definitely comeback again and recommend Hotel Sails to family and friends.

スタッフの雰囲気がとても良かったです。 部屋も価格の割に広くて清潔でした。お風呂もピカピカで広めです。 朝食もコンパクトですが野菜やヨーグルトもあり大変満足しました。パンの種類も豊富です。 万博訪問で利用しましたが駅からも近く万博までもアクセスがとても良いです。 万博の退場渋滞で帰館が遅くなってしまいましたがウェルカムドリンクの時間を大幅に延長してくださっていたので美味しい飲み物が夜遅くでも頂けて疲れが癒やされました。おすすめのホテルです。

Rooms were clean and spacious. Free breakfast was fresh and tasty with hardworking staff. Amenities were good (wish they had hand/body lotion), but it was the staff that made staying there outstanding! We’ll definitely comeback again and recommend Hotel Sails to family and friends.

I can't say enough good things about this property. We stayed here from a Sunday-Friday. The hotel seems very new or at least recently redone. I would say it is what I consider a "boutique" hotel in size and ammenities. Everything is immaculate and the house keeping is top notch. Even if you opt to not have them make up the room they will leave you a little tote with fresh towels, toiletries,trash bags, and complementary waters outside your door. The front staff were all lovely and thoughtful. It is in an excellent location right next to the Osakako rail station and is easy to access. This is the line that goes directly to the Expo. Osakako station and the hotel are a very easy walk to the Osaka aquarium and the ferris wheel as well as a shopping mall that includes a lego discovery center. So perfect if you have a rainy day. The neighborhood is very quiet and yet has a vibrant assortment of dining options to choose from as well as a grocery store. The complimentary breakfast was great and the evening access to beverages (wine card for a fee). The room was very spacious and comfortable and functional. We would absolutely stay here again. Very quitet hotel as well. We never heard other guests in their rooms nor did we hear any street noise.

Lovely hotel with nice amenities (the pajamas were a nice touch!) and lots of space, simple but tasty pastry breakfast, metro entrance is just outside the hotel (or a 10 minute taxi to Universal Studios Japan). Incredibly nice and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms are roomy and well-maintained. The staff do a good job and the hotel is in a good part of town. Breakfast is very skimpy. Salad, rolls and yogurt is all there is. No eggs, no bacon or sausage. No hot dishes. No fruit. The lobby has almost no furniture and the cafe is closed for hours during the day. I expected more.
