Very nice experience. Very quick check in. Really great accommodations and the pool area was very nice. Location was perfect as it only took minutes to walk to the center of town. Just what I was looking for. Parking was plentiful too. All in all it was a very pleasurable stay.

The employees made the stay. The hotel was very clean. The bar was good the food was amazing. The room was very nice and comfortable and very clean. Wish the bar stayed open later than 9. The outside patio was nice and comfortable with a nice fire pit. Nice to be able to walk places.

There are issues with cleanliness at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was greeted with pubic hairs and dried fluids on the toilet seat. The staff sent out an inquiry about my stay and I replied with this information. No further attempts were made to contact me. Too gross. Uncaring staff. I'll never go back.

I think it could be cleaner. I have stayed here twice and I have stayed in many other hotels in town. It’s not the best when it comes to cleaning and that is high on my list.

The property was a great property overall. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was really nice good sized and the bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. I also love that in a room with two queen beds you each get two queen pillows and a body pillow. It was a really great place to stay. I highly recommend it

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Nice restaurant and bar on the property. Good location just a short walk to Whiskey Row. Word of caution: don’t take any room that ends in 1,2 or 3. Lot of road noise .

Close to downtown - walkable. Newer property with a nice design and amenities. The property is a bit noisy and sound insulation is a little lacking. So much so that they supply complimentary earplugs in the bathroom amenity package. The bed linens are also on the cheaper side and don’t match the room rate.

Hotel is nice and new. The bed however was terrible. Felt like I was sleeping on a 30 year old mattress. Extremely soft. And the pillows were not any better. Very disappointing.

Lovely hotel with great amenities. Has restaurant and bar on main floor, snacks and drinks including various coffees for sale near the main desk. Staff was friendly and communicative and went out of the way to help. I had Shawn help throughout my stay and was wonderful. Had the other Sean check us in and he was very welcoming and friendly. There is a lovely bridge connecting from the second floor of the hotel that is a must see and the pool and spa outside are both heated. We did get in them in January. You are two blocks from whiskey row and incredible site and just 10 minutes or so from the front door of the hotel From the spot most things are 15 minutes or less from you in the area. It’s a wonderful place to be.

The check in was disastrous. The doors were locked due to the time I was checking in (2am). I had to stand outside for 15 minutes banging and ringing the bell until the front desk guy came out from the back.

Everyone at this property from the front desk to the custodial staff, bartenders and waiter/waitresses were exorbitantly helpful, courteous, helpful and above all friendly! It appears that everyone who works at this property loves working there, that is a tribute to the management! This is one of the best experiences we have ever had at a hotel, and we travel very frequently, across many states. Centrally located, very clean and nicely appointed. My only complaint is that you can hear a lot of road/traffic noise. They do provide ear plugs in room but its still loud. Maybe they will consider replacing windows with something that will keep out the noise.

The hotel was very clean and nice. Free laundry room and heated pool (only 80 F though so too cold for January). The internet did not work on the TV, so we could not watch movies. But all in all, would recommend staying there if you need a simple place to stay while exploring the area. However, the restaurant was a complete disaster. My water glass had a full red lipstick mark on it. The cutlery were wrapped in a dirty napkin full of hairs. The plates were greasy on the sides. The salmon smelled and was completely dry (30 usd for the salmon). Moreover, the waiter had her finger with long nails digged deep into the mayonnaise when she handed me a cup of mayo for my fries. In short, I lost my appetite and will not recommend eating there if you prioritise a hygienic restaurant

Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Prescott was a great find for me. The room was perfect the restaurant food is delicious and very convenient. I will be coming back to this jewel of Prescott.

My doctor and I both got sick with the salmon we ate at night, overall, the quality of the food is poor. I 0wn restaurants and Phoenix and can evaluate food very well. their rooms are the best and spacious in Prescott and so are their parking spaces
