The room was small, but the price was right !! , It was a uber ride to get into town , could have walked but a bit far. They did have ham and cheese and rolls for breakfast, I wish Europe had some type of eggs so tired of lunch meat. The staff was friendly, no refrigerator that was a bummer. But right around the corner was a fantastic restaurant, walking distance, can't remember the name but we went twice !! Leave the hotel out the door make a right go to corner and make left and it's literally right on the right side of road, both times we got lucky because it was packed with reservations so go right at 7 when they open !!

Great, friendly staff. Conveniently located. Large patio\balcony off the room. The room was next to the back of the elevator and you could hear it going up and down. The shower head kept droopping down. Nice hot water. I would recommend hotel

El hotel me sorprendió para bien. Por fuera luce un poco descuidado, pero las habitaciones super limpias. El mobiliario del hotel es algo viejo, pero todo muy cuidado y limpio. La atención de los trabajadores excelente!!! Tienes la.opcion de por 2,5 euros por persona x dia desayunar en el hotel, para el precio esta bastante bien. Es como especie de bufet pero bastante modesto, pero como digo por 2,5 esta muy bien. Pienso recomendarlo, fue mucho mejor de lo esperado.

Nous étions en vacances 6 jours en couple pour visiter Porto. L'hôtel est assez bien situé, proche du métro. Mais le point négatif est l'isolation sonore. Nous entendions toute la nuit les moteurs de l'ascenseur, les klaxons, la musique, et le matin réveiller par les match ou entraînement de foot situé juste en dessous de notre fenêtre<( 6 ème étage côté cour. ).

Excellent value if you can accept the compromises. The room was old, but clean. The main issue was nois. Everything in the building was noisy. People taking a shower or flushing the toilet just resonates from other rooms. Air conditioning was also really loud. Add to that all the noises from the neighborhood. Nevertheless, I slept like a baby for 4 nights here after spending the days in and around Porto. Breakfast is very basic but included, so again you can't beat the price. Location: Don't let the distance from the center fool you. It's really fine with the metro. And all downhill if you decide to walk to the center. Of course, the way back is trickier.

I was in Porto by myself, very good hotel for the price and service. They were so kind to help with parking my rental car in the garage since it could be tricky for some people. I also forgot my toothbrush and they were so nice to help me out with that too. Close to city centre and subway!

Receptionist Annabel was so fiend and helpful. She called the tour agencies to get us booked on Douro Valley tours. The hotel provides good value for the price. It’s about half an hour walk to city center and 5 minutes walk to nearest subway station. We enjoyed staying there.

What a lovely hotel. If you are a Hilton lover this hotel is not for you but when you like a clean hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff on a convenient location from the city center for a bargain price, this is your hotel. A very special thanks to Annabel. What a lovely friendly lady. She made our stay extra special. Metro stop Marques is a 5 to 8 min walk from the hotel but best of all the hotel has tons of nice very affordable restaurants and confeitaria in the neighbourhoud. Do not miss out on Confeitaria O Pastel and if you are into Vegan food Casanova has great options. All within 5 minutes walk of the hotel.

Absolutely amazing! I recommend it 200%! Lovely staff, clean room, and great location. Everyone was so kind — my charger didn’t work at the hotel and a very nice employee even lent me her own. They also gave me great advice to discover delicious local food that wasn’t too expensive. Thank you so much for this experience! I’m sure that if I come back to Porto, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again. Obrigado, see you soon!

Det er en rigtig god pris for tre nætter men værelset kan være ret koldt når det er vinter. Nogle personale kan tale engelsk men når man henvender sig til noget, altså hvis air conditionens fjernbetjening virker, den der er nattevagt kan ikke tale engelsk… Det er en minus for hotellet. Samlet set er det acceptabelt.

部屋は清潔ですが、ライトが青白くて全体的に暗めでした。最寄り駅から徒歩5分くらいですし、ボリャン市場付近まで徒歩30分なので、予算を抑えるには、便利な立地でした。スタッフの方も良い感じでした。

In general I'm happy with my stay at Palanca Hotel. It is dated, simple but pratical. Spacious bedroom, reasonable storage space, a table and chair. The toilet has a bath with shower (No hair dryer). I could here the elevator up and down, people shutting their door. But at night it gets quiet enough to rest and have a good sleep.The breakfast was great with a selection of bread rolls, butter and jam, ham and cheese slices, yogurt , coffee, milk, cocoa powder, cereals, juice and teas selection too. The check in and check out was quick and easy. The owners and staff were friendly. So I certainly recommend it to everyone for the price it's certainly worthwhile.

Tirando a cama que é um pouco dura, o restante estava tudo ok. Destaque para a banheira para relaxar depois de um dia cansativo. Bom café da manhã. Pertinho de um café com nome de Bugatti que serve uma das melhores Francesinha e prego da cidade com excelente preços.
