SureStay Studio by Best Western Conroe Downtown

Very comfortable.

The first week that I stayed was okay. The lady at night had a hard time understanding what I was saying. She also came from with her baby on her shoulder. The lady in the afternoon was more pleasant and helpful. The second week that I stayed the would be super loud even when the was at 5. My son and I didn't receive clean towels or any room and we asked twice. The smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag. There was a nice size water stain on the ceiling. The room from the first week was better. It's not the best and I've seen worse. Personally I don't plan on staying at this property again.

We had issues from the start. I'm not sure if it was the hotels fault or Expedia/hotels.com. I prepaid THANK GOODNESS. I added a day 2 weeks before my trip. The hotel was booked and didn't have my info. I had proof I prepaid. Took almost a hour to get into a room. I could hear beeping in the hall way.. the smoke detector. It took them two tries to change the batteries. There were others beeping too as we could hear them IN OUR ROOM. Towels were damp and thread bare.. like see through! The floor was icky with a weird film on it. I could have been a part of the neighbors conversation as we heard every word through the walls. There was a kitchenette, but nothing to use the stove with... The microwave barely worked and the turn table in it didn't fit. The water was hot and the bed decent. Live and learn.

The water pressure was the best i have ever felt. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, no hot breakfast provided but daily grab bags.

It was a great experience. We had to climb the stairs to get to our room, but it was great!! The staff was very friendly and helpful.
