This is a nice hotel. The room was lovely. The hotel is well-maintained. The location is excellent. But this hotel has no parking, and no bellhop/porter. There's a public lot next door, which is unconnected to the hotel. So you are on your own to haul your luggage to and from the lot, or fetch the car - no in and out privileges. There's a loading zone at the curb to briefly park your car while loading, but that's it. This hotel is pretty pricey for a place in Sacramento with no amenities!

Property was close to all the places most tourists would hit up, so the location is extremely convenient. The hotel is a minute walk from Starbucks, and Cafe Bernardo is in the same building, just down the hall, so it’s easy to get breakfast. Good restaurants are within 10 min driving distance. There is a 24hr gym. Downsides: No free hotel parking, although it’s not too hard to find metered street parking, and there is a parking garage right next to the hotel. Also, no microwave or refrigerator, at least in my room. The AC in my room was a bit loud.

I really enjoy this hotel. The service is exceptional. However the parking garage next to it that the hotel recommended I could not use do to the gate not working. Sacramento now charges to park on the st on Sundays. If you Uber to hotel from airport it’s a great option. Parking is the only drawback… this Hilton is ALWAYS GREAT!

Wonderful overnight stay. Excellent restaurants surround. Staff super friendly and helpful. I’d take a star away if I rated the gym as the Peleton wasn’t working :( but I know not everyone is a gym rat like me. Thanks, I’ll be back!

I asked for a higher floor room due to noise coming from outdoor patio. No roooms available. Also, view of cinder block wall not appealing. Suggest painting a mural. Bed’s clean and comfy, however shower had hair in it for previous guest. Finally, we put do it disturb sign on door and the door was opened at 9am and again and 9:45sm for cleaning.

The hotel was fine. I asked the staff on Thursday to clean my room and put fresh towels. After being out all day my room wasn’t clean and I had to go downstairs to ask for towels because you only had one person working and he couldn’t answer the phone. Your staff nonchalant attitude when I said something on Thursday and Friday did not help

From the moment we walked in the door, JuVae treated us brilliantly. Our room was upgraded as part of the Hilton Honors program. The room was clean, spacious, and with great amenities. I would like to have had a small refrigerator in the room though. The fitness center was well-equipped. I can’t say enough about how warm, friendly, and professional all members of the staff were. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Sacramento.

Very beautiful building with a gorgeous bar in the lobby. Not the friendliest staff, treated me like a peasant compared to the guests before and after me. Upon checkout never asked how my stay was- just took the keys and kept working. The spot where a fridge would be was literally boarded up. Even much cheaper hotels give you a fridge… other than that internet was spotty, but the place was one of the quietest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Great gym, very clean, great location for walking around and parking was super affordable at $18/night in the parking garage next door.

Love this place, we’ve stayed here before when our sister was in the hospital across the street, it was amazing, the only thing that surprised me is that there is no microwave in the room which is a bit of an inconvenience.

We loved our stay, parking was easy and accessible and the rooms were very comfortable and clean! The only suggestion/complaint is regarding the power washing outside - it started very early in the morning and was quite loud, hard to get back to sleep. Otherwise everything else was amazing and especially the restaurant.

I had surgery, and the gentleman who worked at the restaurant was extremely rude. I ordered a pizza, but it came out incorrectly, and he never sent the correct one up. I felt like I was bothering him by asking for what I ordered.

We loved our stay here! Everything was clean, comfortable and the hotel is very modern and updated. Our only complaint is the service time for breakfast each morning. The staff were all very friendly, but they were always overwhelmed and it took forever to be served a drink much less food. We loved the food at the restaurant but it was frustrating that it took 90 mins at least every morning to order a simple breakfast. It would be helpful if more people are hired to make things run more smoothly!

The Fort Sutter in Sacramento was fantastic. My family and I were in Sacramento for the California International Marathon. The customer service was the best. There is a lady by the name of Allison who works the front desk. She was so helpful. I was going to be a super late check in because I had to drive in from Orange County, CA. She ensured I would not lose my reservation. She took the initiative and checked me in before I got to the hotel. She then reached out to me and ensured my family and I would have a smooth check in. Allison is a true professional and I thank her so much for her help. She needs to know this and hear about my gratitude. The rest of the staff were so helpful and fantastic.

OMG...can't say enough good things about the Fort Sutter, both hotel and staff (every level). Had to stay multiple nights as my husband was in CCU at Sutter Medical Center (10 days). Every person I dealt with was personable, professional, compassionate, and understanding. Did everything possible to make my stays, during a very stressful time, as pleasant as possible. Great is an understatement, they were OUTSTANDING!!!

A newly remodeled hotel/motel in a business part of town. The neighborhood was a little dicy if I'm being honest. I walked my GS dog around the block before dark. We encountered some drug paraphernalia on the sidewalk & didnt go out again after dark.

The property was very clean and the area wasn’t bad were didn’t feel unsafe walking around with our children…. The food in the restaurant was very good, staff was very polite The hotel went the extra mile and honored my request of early check-in because we were exhausted with the kids and I later asked for a different room because the one we got was accessible room. The switched us with no complaints. I will definitely stay there again… paid parking garage was convenient next to the hotel. $18/24hrs .

Property itself was great lobby bar elevators hallways room very clean parking right next to hotel was great 18 for a 24hr period. So close to many great resturants bars and stores....only thing is its right across the street from the city transportation bus garage mechanical bays and they were open 24/7 little bit of noise and light but not majoall in all agreat experience

I loved staying here! It was clean, safe, awesome employees. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels without request. The attached restaurant was excellent with vegan options and baked goods. The carrot cake was amazing! I would stay here again without a doubt!

Wonderful discovery in Sacramento for a business trip. Very clean with modern amenities. The mattress was a little firmer than I like but that is a personal preference. Lobby bar was also a great place to grab a drink and breakfast.

Had problems with ABC tv channel being taken over by TLC thus not showing the 49er/Raven game on December 25th, plus internet coverage and the electronic keys on the 6th floor of the hotel. However, the hotel, room and Bernardo’s restaurant made up for it. Would stay again.
