We waited over 1 hour before getting a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. Called 5 times before finally getting ahold of someone very poor service we have another reservation for this hotel but we are going to cancel and go somewhere else

This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at in the US. Everything was easy. The parking, room access, well equipped gym, delicious and healthy breakfast and the most comfortable bed. Highly recommend!

Easy check in, and staff super friendly specially the front desk. In one occasion we were running a little late for breakfast and they were willing to hold for couple more minutes. Swimming pool was a plus for the kids. Clean place and shampoo and body wash included! I would definitely go back!

The goods- Great location Nice parking options Nice pool and gym area The bad- 2nd night we had terrible noise coming from upstairs throughout whole night. Called front desk, but they said they had no one to check out that moment. So try to avoid getting rooms in the ground floor. Breakfast option is limited. Hot breakfast, but with limited options.

My family booked this hotel last minute after a day of driving from Southern California. The hotel felt modern, clean, and welcoming. Check in was easy and our room was clean and welcoming, as well. The second faucet with filtered water was a game changer, in my opinion! We always spend a fortune while traveling purchasing water bottles when hotels don’t have a place for us to refill our water bottles with filtered water. It was definitely a nice touch! The beds and bedding were comfortable and even the pull out couch was comfortable! They had a multitude of option for breakfast, especially for folks who are looking for healthier options or alternatives. They offered soy and oat milk, plain yogurt with the options for add ins, and plenty of fruit. They also had espresso machines. Parking was no problem for us. Great one night stay overall!

Always enjoy our stay at the Element, comfy beds, yummy fresh breakfast. Unfortunately the pool was not open, and the internet went down but only for an hour or so, and our bathroom sink was clogged but other than that we had a nice stay. It is in a good location between downtown and the airport.

Overall a great stay. We usually stay there 3-4 times a year. This stay everything was great except for the room service. During our 3-night stay they never serviced our room. They didn’t take out the trash or provide fresh towels. When I asked one of the room attendance, I saw outside if they can clean our room, she rolled her eyes and sighed. That was disappointing, but everything else was great, including the front desk and food staff.

Very nice room. My room has two queen beds. We were there 2 nights 3 days. Never received room service. Knocked off two stars as we needed room service. We were gone all day each day, only to come in for bed time and room wasn’t serviced. For $200 a night you would think it would be a priority. Hmm 🤔

Even though I asked for housekeeping service, it never happened. There weren't enough towels, washcloths, and there was no spare toilet paper. I "slept" on the sofabed, which was terribly uncomfortable. There was also no sheet or blanket for the sofabed, and I had to ask for that as well. The sofabed was hard and it was impossible to sleep around the springs digging into my back. Do better, Element!

The photos do not do this place justice! This is hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! VERY clean, full kitchen with everything you’d need to cook. Staff is very friendly and parking is not overcrowded. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a room in Sacramento!!!!!

The area felt safe - next to the freeway and a shopping center with a Target, etc. The hotel room was cute, tastefully decorated. It was nice and clean with a comfortable bed. Loved that there was filtered water & coffee in the room. I didn't love the pillows but I'm picky about that issue! My hotel room faced the freeway, if you're sensitive to noise bring earplugs, which I always do if you have a freeway facing room. There are good double paned windows though. I love that there was free readily available parking. There is a nice desk for working that I'm sitting at writing and a big tv. Overall a great hotel and I'd stay here again!

Breakfast was nice! The day we had breakfast, the pancakes were pretty dry/bland. Not much of a variety to choose from. But that’s ok, as there was lots of great food amenities nearby. A lot of walkable stores to go to as well. The room itself was comfy, cozy & quiet. They had a little table furniture for eating on, the one in the living room area was broken/ sitting sideways, so when my daughter went to place her food on top to use, it completely fell over! So that was unfortunate. The beds were super comfy! It felt like being wrappped in a cloud. We had a lot of trash being a big family, so I wish there was extra trash bags in the room to use. Staff was friendly & very helpful! Letting us have a late checkout as my husband was having a work meeting inside the hotel until 4pm. it is very much appreciated! Over all, the hotel is very clean, cozy, & nice! Home away from home. We would very much stay here again in the future when we are in the area.

Liked that it was close to I-80 and I-5, family, shopping, restaurants and well, everything and everywhere we wanted to be. And the frittata the day we were there was delicious. Nice options for breakfast. Loved the self serve espresso machine too. Can’t forget to mention the room was very nice and comfortable. Our favorite hotel for Sacramento right now!

Our stay was excellent and very comfortable. We enjoyed the room and over atmosphere of the hotel. The only critique would be at breakfast time. The food choices were great except that the friendly lady cooking our food was a bit overwhelmed with the many people that were waiting in line. It would seem that she needed someone else to lend her a hand in cooking or bringing the items she needed to keep the line moving.

The room was very big and had more than we needed for our overnight stay. The beds were very comfortable. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly. However, we were very disappointed in the breakfast. The "hot" choices were eggs or avocado toast. We didn't feel like this was adequate. Also, the Cheerios were stale and only one of the toasters was working correctly.
