Rooms were super dated. I was in a suite and it felt like it was renovated 20 years prior to feel like a 50s residence. Water pressure was horrid. The halls on the 12 floor was insanely dirty. Looks like no one has vacuumed it in several weeks. Staff was nice on check in but also charge a resort fee that you can use for credit towards things in the hotel but the room service didnt let you charge to the room. Had to pay with a CC. Never heard of such a thing. Not a great area of downtown LA either.

Reserved a room, arrived to check-in, no room available. Received an "upgraded room" with no bathtub. Wasn't an upgrade for me.

This was a great hotel! The gym was absolutely fabulous for a hotel gym and should get more shout outs. The room was nice but a little run down and not perfectly clean. Sheets could use an upgrade. The decor was great and the location
