The receptionist was very problematic and rude guy he made me wait for 30 minutes for no reason. He was greedy person. But the owner lady was very nice

This was the worst experience I had in Istanbul, they offer something very different from what they deliver on site, I couldn't even use the bathroom.

I booked one room for one night at Zirkon Suit Otel in Istanbul. I booked and paid in advance one room for two people throught Hotels.com. I arrived to Zirkon Suit Otel on 24th of December at around 10 pm. When I showed my booking number and the confirmation of the booking to the man at the desk he asked me to speak with the owner of the hotel. The owner was very unpolite and bad more over he asked me to pay addictional 1600 turkish lira because he said that I booked for a room with a single bed. I tried to show to them that I received the confirmation of my booking but the owner of the hotel told me that I could leave and loose the money I paid throught "Hotels.com" if I wouldn't give to him those 1600 Turkish lira. It was too late for finding another hotel on 24 th of December so I decided to pay that unfair amount of money. Terribile experience. I do not suggest to stay at Zirkon Suit Hotel.
