Very spacious and clean rooms (two bedroom family executive suite) with cleaners everyday along with 6 items of clothing available for washing free of charge every day. The pool was warm and spacious. The only downside was the bar which closed prior to the advertised 10pm on a number of occasions. Would recommend to any family visiting Hoi An.

Schönes Hotel, super groß! Es gibt ein paar Shops und Restaurants die günstige Sachen verkaufen. Der Pool ist schön aber maximal 1.40m tief. Das Meer ist recht sauber. Waren aber keine liegen am Strand. Das Zimmer ist groß und modern. Das Badezimmer ebenso. Im Großen und Ganzen würde ich das Hotel weiter empfehlen. Aussenrum ist aber nur Baustelle! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Das Fitnessstudio ist sehr groß und es gibt viele unterschiedliche Maschinen. Es war auch nicht so überfüllt- Sonst ist es eine sehr große Hotelanlage, wovon maximal ein Drittel noch genutzt wird - viele Räume stehen leer und es sieht ein wenig verlassen und runtergekommen aus. Pool ist auf jeden Fall schön und auch das Frühstück ist ok.

This is a resort quality lodging that is right on the beach. It is vast complex the includes a movie they're. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well appointed. Stay includes a sizeable buffet breakfast that has Asian as well as western food. The pool is huge and by the beach. The private beach is never crowded with fairly calm waters. The property is kind of off the beaten path from anything but it was a large complex and very self contained if you weren’t into exploring the actual city. There were a ton of amenities and this appeared to be a terrific hotel if you were traveling with children. It was not the vibe my trip was going for but it would be great for a family with young kids. The room was large and had a nice useable balcony. Very quiet facility and the breakfast was very diverse in its options and tasty. The beach area looked to not be super swimming friendly but we did visit while it was stormy out so that may have been why. Good price and the beds were comfy. Also the gym was incredibly well equipped. Good stay if you’re looking for a more all inclusive type feel with lots of options on site for things to do.

This is a massive resort and sadly was like a ghost town while we were there. The spa facility is amazing and reasonably priced. The pool is also large and nice to be around. However there was not many people staying for such a large resort, you can tell they are struggling to maintain the grounds. We ate dinner at the restaurant once and the only ones there. Reception staff were friendly but other staff not so much. Easy to get to Ancient Hoi An town. Door out to balcony could not be opened although I never asked either. They only issue one key, which was inconvenient. Buffet breakfast was ok.

Beautiful large grounds. Nice spacious rooms and fun pool for the kids. They also enjoyed the playground and indoor play space. It is a bit of a walk to An Bang beach along the sand (i would happily do it, but kids weren't keen)

The resort has the potential to be great, but it is huge and has hardly any guests in it - and the vast majority of the retail spaces are empty. This means it really lacks atmosphere. The staff are lovely and accommodation is clean and neat. The spa is great and provides great valu for money.

Parts of the facility were nice but parts were abandoned/run down. Pool area was nice but pool chairs were hard to come by. Not enough chairs down on the beach. Didn’t realize the resort was as big as it was and the large dining hall buffet breakfast was pretty unappealing.

We booked this resort as a fancy treat during our backpacking trip, and it did not quite live up to expectations. The hotel is fine but a little run down. Many of the shops and restaurants on the property appeared to be permanently closed or never opened. Our room had a beautiful view of the beach. It was tidy, but not spotless, and the it looked a little worn. The hallways and elevators smelled. Overall, it was a perfectly acceptable accommodation for a budget or mid-range traveler, but because we were looking for something special, we canceled and went elsewhere. The staff were very helpful and understanding.

4인가족 3박5일 기간동안 머물렀습니다 리조트도 크고 수영장도 크고 조식뷔페도 공간 여유있었어요 리셉션에 한국말 할수있는 직원이 있어서 체크인할때 너무 좋았고, 조식당에 에어컨이 없다고들 하지만.. 있습니다~ 스탠드형이라 그 공간을 충분히 채우지 못할뿐 없진 않았어요~조식도 너무 맛있다!! 는 아니어도 만족했습니다 방상태 좋았고... 개미가 조금 보이긴 했는데 그래도 다른벌레는 없었어요~ 다행히~ 호캉스하기에도 좋습니다 수영장에서 계단만 내려가면 해변이 있어서 바다와 수영장 왔다갔다 하면서 놀았어요~ 다음에 다낭 다시가면 재방문 하고싶습니다

I enjoyed a three night stay at Citadines Pearl Hotel. I chose it for the beach location and enjoyed my room with an ocean view. My room was clean, spacious and as described on the web site. I enjoyed the combination wood bathtub / shower in my bathtub. The breakfast buffet had a large selection, I think the pastries could have been a bit fresher or higher quality. I also noted trash at the hotel’s section of the beach. A great aspect of my stay was that the staff at the hotel were fantastic. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very eager to help me and ensure that I had a great stay. They provided suggestions for visiting and shopping in Hoi An and coordinated spa services for me.

What I liked The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable with good storage, a free weekly-replenished minibar, and British plug sockets with USB ports in convenient places. Beds were excellent for a good night’s sleep, and daily housekeeping was always to a high standard. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I also really appreciated the complimentary laundry service – six items per room per day – which is something I’ve not come across before on a two-week stay and it made a big difference. Transport was straightforward: Grab taxis were cheap and reliable (around £3 for a 6-seater to the old town), and the walk to An Bang beach with its restaurants and bars was easy. ATMs were everywhere, and with the right card (I used TSB and Monzo) there were no extra charges, which worked far better than bringing too much cash. ⸻ What was unique The free daily laundry allowance was a real standout – it’s rare to find that in a hotel stay of this length and it added real convenience. Having British sockets already fitted was another unexpected bonus, removing the need for adapters. The combination of free minibar, high-quality room cleaning, and consistently comfortable beds made the whole experience very easy and stress-free.

The rooms were lovely, but the whole property needs a good water blast. Breakfast seemed to never be fresh and the blasting aircon was needed but surely there is an alternative to air blowing on your table. A basic place to stay with a decent pool for young kids - excellent service at the front desk and door. The massage and facial was terrible and the lady needed training, I could have got better in Hoi an on a side street. Whole thing just needs a "face lift".

An ok hotel. It could do with a refresh as my room had dirty marks across the walls and was I desperate need of some paint. The balcony railings were rusty and were too small to sit out on. The reception staff often struggle to communicate in English, meaning that things often needed to be explained over and over again. Mall doesn’t exist as it is numerous empty units. A bit hotel but it has no soul.

Amazing resort hotel! Staff are kind and always ready to help… the rooms are clean and massive, comfortable beds and sofas, wifi is free everywhere in the resort, food is top notch! I will be coming back with my family.

A great location on the beach. Our room was spacious with a lovely sea view& double balcony. Only feedback would be to have more regular shuttle bus into Hoi An centre. There were only 3 buses a day & the bus only had 12 seats which isn’t enough for such a large hotel.

What I liked The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable with good storage, a free weekly-replenished minibar, and British plug sockets with USB ports in convenient places. Beds were excellent for a good night’s sleep, and daily housekeeping was always to a high standard. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I also really appreciated the complimentary laundry service – six items per room per day – which is something I’ve not come across before on a two-week stay and it made a big difference. Transport was straightforward: Grab taxis were cheap and reliable (around £3 for a 6-seater to the old town), and the walk to An Bang beach with its restaurants and bars was easy. ATMs were everywhere, and with the right card (I used TSB and Monzo) there were no extra charges, which worked far better than bringing too much cash. ⸻ What was unique The free daily laundry allowance was a real standout – it’s rare to find that in a hotel stay of this length and it added real convenience. Having British sockets already fitted was another unexpected bonus, removing the need for adapters. The combination of free minibar, high-quality room cleaning, and consistently comfortable beds made the whole experience very easy and stress-free.

An ok hotel. It could do with a refresh as my room had dirty marks across the walls and was I desperate need of some paint. The balcony railings were rusty and were too small to sit out on. The reception staff often struggle to communicate in English, meaning that things often needed to be explained over and over again. Mall doesn’t exist as it is numerous empty units. A bit hotel but it has no soul.

Absolutley fantastic stay for 21 nights 4 of us. We had a warm greeting on arrival and we were informed we had been upgraded to fabulous rooms. Staff were all fantastic and we felt so well looked after throughout our stay. We were given numerous complimentary items durig our stay. I must give a special thankyou to Mr Dung whom we felt made sure wehad a great stsy along with all the staff. We were also spoken to by James asking about our stay and gave us a farewell gift!! The staff at this hotel were exceptionally helpful, both before during and after our visit. We were a large group of adults and children and were given rooms close together. The rooms were spacious and clean with everything we needed. Breakfast was a large array of goodies and the other meals we ate in the hotel were all of high quality. The staff keep all public areas clean .and the reception staff are helpfu and friendly. They went above and beyond to arrange some complicated transport for our large group and when one of the children left a toy dog behind they went out of their way to find it and arranged for it to be returned. Very much hope to return for another visit. No hesitation in recommending.

まずチェックインの際にフロントスタッフの対応が悪かったのと、説明が不十分のために夕食を食べ損ねたりしました。チェックアウトで質問しても分からない、自分で調べてださいとぶっきらぼうな態度だったりとあまり良い受け方がなく残念でした。施設は学校みたいで使われていない部屋が多く夜は真っ暗で怖かったです。

Staff at reception was unfriendly and not helpful at all during check in (which was late but no real effort on the staff to let us know when we could check in after a couple of delays) and check out. A particular staff was rude when we asked if they could turn on the fans in the reception area as it was hot and we were expected to wait around for final checks of our room. Won’t be staying again at this place nor recommending it to anyone due to this.

Fab hotel with lovely pool area and right on the beach . Wonderful location. Easy to walk into An Bang where there are many bars and restaurants. Short taxi ride into wonderful Hoi An which was a delight. Our room was lovely with the best most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in . Also a great laundry service . Huge choice breakfast . We had a great stay at this very reasonably priced and very comfortable hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable with a good bathroom and shower. The wifi worked well. The problem with this place is that it is enormous in size and the place is like a ghost town. The shops are all empty and there are areas completely deserted. It is not near any town or shops or alternative dining places within walking distance. As you walk around it is a bit creepy and weird. We shortened our intended stay here as it didn't suit us.

Just close to the beach. Others just so so. But close a small village that has a lot restaurants and mini shop is good. Staff is ok except waitress in restaurant and receptionist, they are not willing to provide you the invoice after you paid the bill when you check out. Concierge will call to your room and remind your check out time 20 mins 5o due. Spa and massage is ok but Jim jil bang do not have snow room. Swimming pool is ok. Bed is ok but water pressure is quite low. I get ocean view room but brunch of houses or villas alomst 200 meters in front of your window till the beach line and they are just lower than your window. There are also 2 big buidlings on your left and right hands of the window which block your ocean view. Also the window is too blurred to see the outside scene.

Our stay at The Pearl Hoi An was a wonderful time. We loved the breakfast buffet, it was always a great start to our day, with plenty of variety to enjoy. The location was excellent with a beautiful beach and a short shuttle ride to Hoi An. The service was exceptional, and the staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The laundry service was very convenient for our long 19-night stay, and despite staying so long we never got bored. Every day was paradise. Thank you for everything, I would definitely love to come again some day!

It is a luxury resort like feel at a budget friendly price perhaps due to booking through Expedia. Reception and check in was hassle free and was able to get room early. Room was spacious with a great view of the garden, pool, and the beach catching some nice sunrises. Their complimentary breakfast buffet had a variety of food items to satisfy anyone's palate. The place is clean and well maintained. Nothing negative worth mentioning. Riding into town is only a free shuttle away or through Grab for a more expedient offer

Very spacious and clean rooms (two bedroom family executive suite) with cleaners everyday along with 6 items of clothing available for washing free of charge every day. The pool was warm and spacious. The only downside was the bar which closed prior to the advertised 10pm on a number of occasions. Would recommend to any family visiting Hoi An.

This is a resort quality lodging that is right on the beach. It is vast complex the includes a movie they're. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well appointed. Stay includes a sizeable buffet breakfast that has Asian as well as western food. The pool is huge and by the beach. The private beach is never crowded with fairly calm waters. The rooms were lovely, but the whole property needs a good water blast. Breakfast seemed to never be fresh and the blasting aircon was needed but surely there is an alternative to air blowing on your table. A basic place to stay with a decent pool for young kids - excellent service at the front desk and door. The massage and facial was terrible and the lady needed training, I could have got better in Hoi an on a side street. Whole thing just needs a "face lift".

The only thing what was 4 star was the front deck staff and security and door men the rest of the resort was tried in need of a upgrade nothing like the brochure the mall was deserted and abandoned the hotel restaurant was over priced Aussie tourists beware spent 10 days there

Parts of the facility were nice but parts were abandoned/run down. Pool area was nice but pool chairs were hard to come by. Not enough chairs down on the beach. Didn’t realize the resort was as big as it was and the large dining hall buffet breakfast was pretty unappealing.
