The restaurant on the 18th floor was amazing and with great views! The restaurant rotates as you dine in and you can see the entire city. The only thing I didn’t like was there are wall ac units it’s not a unit and the room was hot. They did say the ac was broken and they nicely upgraded us which was very nice of them. The staff was nice.

The Hotel needs updating and upkeeps, the staff was nice, a list of things needed to be done in the suite where we stayed was e mailed to the Hotel Administration. The suit was huge, with great potential for a better sell, the view from the suite was beautiful except for the buildings around under construction. The hotel and food are a little pricey, one of the elevators didn’t work properly etc. etc.

Durante el transcurso de la madrugada entraron a robar al parqueo del hotel en el cual nos hospedamos por motivos de seguridad y calidad en el servicio, sin embargo, durante el hurto realizado los trabajadores del hotel nunca se apersonaron, avisaron sobre lo ocurrido o tomaron alguna acción. Fue hasta alrededor de las 7 am que nos percatamos de los sucedido cuando nos disponíamos a retirarnos. Motivo por el cual buscamos auxilio con los administradores del hotel y hasta el momento no teneos respuesta alguna. Estamos incurriendo gastos para reparar el vehículo, honorarios de abogados para resguardarnos e interponer las denuncias que correspondían y las pérdidas materiales por lo hurtado. Se solicita dar seguimiento a este reclamo y que se reintegre el pago del hospedaje y los daños y perjuicios ocasionados por no cumplir con el servicio ofrecido en tema de seguridad.

The floors were obviously dirty. The floors looked like they had been mopped with very dirty water. There were obvious spots that were dirty old water stains on the floor. The shower drain was slow. The water backed up right away. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The hotel is very beautiful. I left very early so we didn't have breakfast there.

What a beautiful hotel! It is in the perfect location in zone 15 and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had breakfast in the gourgeous restaurant that has the best view of the city I have ever seen, panoramic! Love this place. We will be back!

All the staff was very helpful with all of questions since we came from the US on a trip . They were more than willing to assist with any transportation that we needed. Rooms were very clean. Asked if we wanted our room cleaned after the first night , had no problem getting more clean towels. Would definitely stay here again.

Scam on a shuttle ordered, paid full fare for a van to another hotel and they send me on an old car without a/c with a crazy driver. I book it with time ahead. Then they scam me with one room without a/c and without amenities, then they scammed me with $160.00 USD for one wash, like if they washed 20 dryclean suites. Totally not recommended, while they honor near to nothing towards my complains of their service which i paid ahead to get it.

Staff were very accommodating and helped us through every step, which was a little more involved with 3 younger kids! They even helped us retrieve one of our kids swimsuits that flew off the balcony rail while it was drying. They coordinated a comfortable, on-time ride to the airport at a reasonable fee too.

Nuestro vuelo se retrasó varias horas y Llegamos tarde, el check in muy bien.el personal es muy amable. La habitación no tenia jabón, tuvimos que bañarnos con shampoo. la cama estaba hecha a medias, la cortina caída (habitación algo descuidada). Al final nos resolverían cambiándonos de habitación, la chica se esforzó, pero nos dijo ya revisé y hay jabón (y no había, suerte que me llevé los que nos llevó después). En la mañana pedimos desayuno a la habitación (exageradamente caro para mi gusto y para lo que llevaba), se demoró mas de 1.5hrs en llegar, para ser un hotel de esta categoría esperaba algo que no pareciera de comedor de calle, super grasoso, jugo de envase, y el precio es lo que hubiese pagado en un buffet de mejor calidad de productos. Olvidaron el pan (decía tostado y llevaron de rodaja) No parecía un lugar con muchos huéspedes, así que el lugar me decepcionó. Ah, y quería ver tv y el cuarto no tenia , había que ir a la sala, cosa que no iba a hacer. Espero que mejoren, está ubicado en una buena zona.

La habitación incluye el desayuno, los días tuve que irme sin desayunar. Llegaba a pedir el desayuno a las 7:10 y tardaron más de 40 minutos, tuve que irme porque tenia que llegar al trabajo a las 8. Los dos días fue imposible desayunar, más de 40 minutos para entregar un desayuno es una falta de respeto a los que tenemos horarios laboral.
