The location is great. The service is so-so, my tea cups and cutlery only got renewed the first day I was there and then they just left it as is. The walls are thin so you can pretty much hear your next door's conversation. Otherwise price is good and everything else is decent. Oh and the elevators are very slow.

北角駅のA1出口からすぐなので便利。部屋は一人なら十分な広さ。ベッドはシングルベッドを２つくっつけた形でダブルベッドになっていたので、ベッドの境目が沈み込んでちょっと寝づらかった。シャワーは比較的早めに温かいお湯が出て良かった。宿泊フロアは２５階だったが、エレベータが２機しかなく、箱も小さいので、朝などは乗りきれなくて、低層フロアの場合はかなり待たされる可能性がある。ただ、コスパは良かったので、ホテル代の高い香港ではリピートあり。

It is a bit old, but super convenient with the airport bus stop right across the road from hotel and MTR entrance just a few steps away. Staff were friendly which is kind of rare for HK. There is no drinking water so need to buy, supermarket around the corner so not too bad, but it would have been nice to have something to drink on arrival. If you don't mind it being old, I higjly recommend it for the convenient location and wonderful staff.

it is about 3 minutes walk away from the city flyer bus terminal, 1 minute walk to an mtr station entrance. my room was spacious for 1 person. the elevators are tiny - only about 4 people can be accommodated at a time, and there are only 2 elevators - makes for a longer wait time.

Hotel très bas de gamme et vieux. En revanche pas très cher. Chambre très petite, douche exiguë et pdj très basique avec peu de choix sucré, ni thé en sachet! Pas de bouteille d'eau en chambre, juste une bouilloire sans café soluble ni thé. Même pas de fontaine à eau dans l'hôtel (l'autre ibis en proposait lui...). Bref, une nuit à moins de 100€ à Hong-kong, cela ne vaut pas beaucoup plus.

it's my 3rd trip for the year, and renovation is still ongoing; hopefully, when I return in August, I'll have a better harbour view room. it would help if you have a more friendly customer service. a simple smile and warm welcome would go a long way, especially for tourists like us. May I also suggest that drinking water be provided to clients, we can bring our bottle to refill at your restaurant on the 2nd level; that would even boost your customer service.

Room is ok, not super clean u see some spot or dirt mark on wall. Bathroom some rust on the equipment. mold/midew on the shower cube wall. But again u got what u pay for.

V clean though the property and the rooms are dated. Cleaners work extremely hard to maintain the area in good shape. Next to North Point MRT station, so transport is v convenient. Every time I visit HK, I will not hesitate to book this hotel again.

The location is convenient with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The bus terminus, MTR, and ferry are all one block away. The towels and bedding are clean, the room is cleaned daily. The room is small but adequate.

I enjoy staying at the Ibis North Point, and I have done so on numerous occasions. The staff are excellent and the check in and check out processes are quick and straightforward. The hotel is looking a bit worn now and could benefit from redecoration. The standard of cleanliness is high.

Right opposite to Harbour North Mall and a stone’s throw away from MTR exit. Staff at Service counter are polite and efficient. Toilet is cramped. Not sound proofing esp the housekeeping noise from the next door can be clearly heard in the morning Was bite by beg bugs a few times. But overall it is satisfactory of its price and convenience.

Heisen må du vente lenge på. Ikke bestill frokost, vi hadde 3 dager, og unnlot å spise frokost på dag 2 og 3. Veldig lite imøtekommende personale. Grei plassering, nær metro, det var egentlig alt. Ingen wow-utsikt, den blokkeres av store skyskrapere foran hotellet. Veldig høy pris i forhold til det du får. Trenger mer enn renovering...

The room was okay for the short stay we had there, although it was very dated especially the bathroom. The mattress was really firm and uncomfortable. The staff were friendly and it’s very close to North Point MTR train station.

My room is a single room with harbour view. Hong Kong just open so the price are almost half price. As a single room the space is fine. All and all, no complaints. Only one issues. Noise All single room in this hotel are linked bedroom. I could hear everything For example. Telephone ring Very clear.

Very good location, MTR station nearby. Hotel inside looks old and dilapidated, need to improve. We request harbour view, we live in high floor, suppose nice view but the window outside very dirty, quite disappointed.

Asked one staff at 19PM of 25th, Jan., 2025, of the wake up call for morning of 26th, not performed. Some of the other staff are well trained. Areas are typically downtown and many buses and tram and MTR are useful. Wifi was first enough. Staff is required to be trained but other matters are OK

Convenient, AirPort Express bus is across the street . Budget hotel with limited amenities, room is small . MRT station is on right side which is only a few steps from the hotel.We did not book with breakfast as there are so many Hong Kong style cafes in the neighborhood.

Overall a nice place to stay. Bed is rather hard and the bathroom is a bit outdated and was dirty Looked like cigarette burns on the bathroom floor and it smelled moldy. All that said it was not a bad stay and the breakfast buffet is amazing.

Det er et discounthotel, hvilket prisen også indikerer. Værelset er meget lille - hvilket vist også står i annoncen. Vi havde to alm. store kufferter med, men pladsen var så trang at vi ikke kunne have bare en kuffert stående åben. Sengen fyldte så meget at der ikke var plads til en hyggestol eller som nævnt - en åben kuffert. Ellers - lidt gammelt - men rent og et dejligt personale. Morgenmaden er som den er på et discounthotel. Vi fik hvad vi betalte for - og det er vel ok.

Good, but not up to other Ibis hotels in the region. > No teaspoons in the room > Dining room was not open Monday to Thursday for dinner. > Coffee sachets and tea bags removed from rooms during ‘’c0vid’’ and have never made a return.
