The hotel was great. Breakfast was amazing everyday. A lot of choices and fresh options available. Stafff were really attentive and friendly. Always cleaning. Rooms were very nice and well kept. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor lounge area. Has an attached mall for some shopping and restaurant options. Getting ride shares was no problem. It was an excellent stay here.

De har egen inngang fra hotellet så Det er helt perfekt. Mye traffik fra Soekarno Hatta flyplass til hotellet. Vi brukte 35 minutter når vi kom til hotellet fra flyplassen men brukte 20 minutter når vi skulle tilbake til flyplassen på en lørdag morgen.

Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and the beddings are comfortable for good night sleep. Near airport. Link to mall. The downside is room is not soundproof. So can hear guests from next room talking. So do not talk too loud when staying there. The room I stayed the "gas detector" not functionally well, so audible soft beeping sound on despite the technicians came in to room to rectify. Unless I totally off the main before sleeping, the beep sound off too. Have already informed to the front desk during checking out and that they should look into it. Overall still pleasant stay.

This hotel was total luxury for us, we got connecting rooms for us and our two kids. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is lovely. The breakfast really is amazing, so much choice and quality. We used the onsite restaurant for dinner which was also very good. We asked for a late checkout as we were going to the airport and they gave us a couple of hours extra for free which was so useful, it meant we could use the pool for one final time. The onsite mall is also very useful which a great supermarket and restaurants. It's close to the airport at around 20 mins and there's no issue with traffic, but the centre is also accessible. All in all highly recommended.

Everything else was good except the check in. During the check in, I was informed by the receptionist that breakfast was only for one person and asked to pay for my son’s breakfast if he were to eat breakfast with me despite of my booking statement indicating that breakfast was included. Over the night, I went back and forth with the front desk/3 different persons at the reception about honoring my booking statement to which I was informed that the travel agent was the one to blame and no resolution was provided. They refused to honor my booking statement and refused to refund my payment for my son’s breakfast. If there is a discrepancy between the hotel and the partnered travel agent, it should be between them not me as the customer. However, in the A.M, Mr. Hadi, the staff from the restaurant asked about my experience and shared the concerns with him. He understood my concern and informed me that he will have the issue resolved once management arrived. Unlike the receptionists, Mr. Hadi was the first staff that understood my concerns and provided resolution to which the payment made for my son’s breakfast refunded.

Very disappointing experience with Hilton. We arrived at 9:00 AM and, despite rooms being available, we were told we could not check in until 1:00 PM unless we paid an additional 50% early check-in fee. We had informed the hotel beforehand that we had a flight at 5:00 AM the next day and would check out at 3:00 AM, meaning we only needed the room for a few hours of rest. Still, there was no flexibility or willingness to show empathy, not even to let us in at 10:00 AM. We accepted the policy and paid the extra fee, but it was very disappointing service—especially from Hilton. Situations like this are easy chances to show care for the guest, and instead they leave you with no desire to return.

The hospitality and genuine kindness of every staff that we have come across, are simply amazing. My wife and I unanimously agreed that everyone and all departments are just extremely helpful. I feel that everybody that we engaged with are so happy to go above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one. We absolutely will stay again in such hotel if we are in Jakarta next. Kudos to all the staff on Hilton Jakarta!

Lovely, clean, modern hotel with a great breakfast. Wonderful staff. No time to eat any other meals there but the restaurant area seems very hip and modern. We needed this location for proximity to friend's. Jakarta traffic a beast. The airport not too far away, but be prepared for possible slow downs. The hotel is part of a large mall, handy for us as we needed some minor things.

The hotel is located in the shopping mall area, but all shops were closed at 10p.m. when I arrived there. The room service is available before 9:30p.m. If you arrive the hotel in late evening, it will be difficult to find dining place.
