All the staff were very friendly. We were happy to get a nice quiet room. The only downsides were the sauna was closed and there were signs all over the pool area about upgrading so it was confusing to know what was open and what was closed. The fireplace in our room didn't work at first but a tech came quickly to fix it. The fan in the ceiling made a loud ticking noise and woke us up frequently through the night. One of the robes had a stain on it. No other issues. Location is great.

Amazing location!!! Five minute walk to city village centurm. There was a under ground parking structure. Maximum height 6'10, it fit our 2500 hd truck however getting out was pretty tricky. Had to go in the opposite lane to get out of the structure. Very tight on the out lane for a full size truck. I would recommend talk to the valet for parking with a full size truck. Would definitely go back to the Westin Resort.

Very convenient location if you’re visiting for skiing/snowboarding. There’s Can-Ski in the hotel and ski valet is complimentary for hotel guests and the Whistler village gondola is literally a minute walk from the hotel. Hotel was a bit outdated and two jacuzzis were too small to fit enough people. Had to wait to get a space to squeeze in the outdoor jacuzzi every day.

Good spot for those who wants to be near Blackcomb Ski Gondola and Whistler Village. Spa at the resort was quite good as well. We will definitely visit there again 😊

We booked two rooms at same price , one was definitely smaller and sub par then other. Electric outlet in bathroom didn’t work. Front desk was so busy I couldn’t get through by phone. Steam room was broken in women’s shower bathroom. Pool floor was covered in dirty hair.

We recently stayed at the Westin Hotel in Whistler and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The location is outstanding—right in the heart of the village, close to everything. Our room was spacious and well laid out, and the breakfast buffet continues to be one of the best we've had at any hotel—excellent quality and variety. That said, the rooms are in need of a refresh. The furniture, especially the beds, are clearly worn out. The headboard in our room was so scuffed and tired-looking that it left a poor impression. Unfortunately, housekeeping was also not up to standard during this stay. Over the course of our three-day visit, our room was not properly cleaned—beds were not made, floors were not vacuumed, and no toiletries were replenished. The only service we received was the replacement of towels. Despite these issues, we do like this hotel very much and hope to see improvements in room maintenance and housekeeping service on our next visit. The location, amenities, and breakfast offerings still make it a standout option in Whistler.

I recently stayed at The Westin Resort in Whistler and had a mixed experience. While the resort itself is conceptually complete and the amenities were overall reasonable, there were a few disappointments during my stay. The room I stayed in was matted with dog hair, which made it feel less than clean and not up to the standard I expected. Additionally, there was a broken socket in the room that should have been addressed before check-in. One day of our stay, housekeeping services were skipped entirely, which was frustrating. On a more positive note, the complimentary services we received were a nice touch and very much appreciated. Ka-Ze Sushi, located on site, was excellent and definitely a highlight of the stay. The overall ambiance of the resort is relaxing and well thought-out. With some improvements in room cleanliness and maintenance, this could easily be a top-tier experience.

Clean, quiet, great views, pool and hot tub was great. Spa and shopping built right into the hotel. Definitely higher end hotel, valet parking, bus boys to haul your stuff up to the room. Pet friendly, kid friendly, lots of couples with children here but maybe that was due to time of year ( end of Aug ). The only thing we didn’t like was our room temperature. AC wouldn’t cool the room down to where we like it. The AC struggled to cool the room to 23.5. We had it set at 18 because we like it cold. Other then the room being hot, we enjoyed our stay. The restaurant on LVL 1 was amazing. I didn’t want to order the buffet breakfast because it was $50 bucks. I just ordered some eggs and bacon with hashbrowns and sour dough toast. I got like a full pound of bacon, a heaping load of hashbrowns, 4 slices of sour dough. Huge portion, but I ate it all. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Super slow check-in (which is really not anyone’s fault) but once we got to the room, there was a cleaning rag left on the ground, dirty sheets in the fold out bed, and there were hair ties left on the ground in the shower. Obviously the room was not cleaned attentively, and for what we paid, that’s unacceptable. When we called down to the desk several times to provide this feedback, no one bothered picking up

Overall an average stay. Was accidentally charged for valet parking which I caught and was thankfully reversed. Swimming was a bit cooler than other heated pools in Whistler. On our second night we decided to go to the hotel restaurant but it was blocked for a party. It would have been nice to be told about this at check in so we could plan accordingly. The full kitchen in the regular king room was a fantastic perk. Overall I would return.

Everywhere in the Westin was lovely except the room. We were in a studio two queens room in the West Tower and were really disappointed on how worn the furnishing were. There were huge scratches in the faux leather headboards, the vent in the ceiling was bent / warped, the bathroom door needed a lot of force to close, there was a huge chip out of the mirror in the bathroom and the list goes on. If we hadn’t paid $600/night in the off season, it would be less disappointing, but for the cost I expected more (especially at a Westin). The complimentary breakfast buffet was the standout of the experience at the Westin. We loved it.

The only problem is air condition at Rm670 it won’t turn off the fan it’s on AUTO should be air condition and not comfortable sleeping at night we all get sweaty warm in the room instead cooling it down. We put in a ticket for maintenance but, it’s Labor Day Holiday weekend no maintenance show up to fix the issues. The Customer Service said they’re going to send someone to reset the thermostat but no one shows up. We been waiting for 2 hours to resolve the problem. I get frustrated and said forget it. We all sleep warmed in the room.

I stayed here for a quickly long weekend getaway and the staff were so lovely. My room was clean and very large, which was nice. It was a short walk from th village, where you had food and happing options. I used their valet parking, which was a breeze getting my vehicle when needed. I would for sure stay here again!

Nice location on the edge of the village. We had a king loft suite. Perfect for two people, tight for more The loft bedroom is small — no bedside table on one side of the bed — and quite warm in the peak of summer. AC was set max low but the loft stayed at 23-24°. We asked for a small fan to help cool us down. Loft has a small TV, dresser and closet. Stairs are steep, and it is fully open to the living space below, so privacy is zero if anyone is staying on the pullout couch below. The living space is large and cozy. 20+ foot windows almost make up for not having a balcony. There is a 4-seat dining table and another dresser and closet. The bathroom is well appointed with a full tub as a bonus. The shower is quite tiny and housekeeping very sparing in refilling amenities. Where these suites fail is the “kitchen”. We wanted a functional kitchen. This is not it. Mini fridge. 2-burner cooktop. Inexplicably, a full sized oven & dishwasher. But what are you cooking in that oven with only 2 pots and 1 frying pan? You have exactly 4 plates, and 4 bowls to serve in. The full-sized dishwasher had to run daily — and it wasn’t even a quarter full. Worst of all is the single serving coffeemaker. It takes ages to cool between cups, and generates huge plastic waste per serving. We had to chase refills for coffee and tea every day as housekeeping was stingy. Hotel amenities are great. Big gym, and pool has lots of seating. Friendly staff. Restaurants are good. Overall: decent.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet location at the edge of Whistler Village. Our double queen room was small, but it had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. The walls are pretty thin, and we could hear our neighbors, but fortunately I brought earplugs. Overall would recommend.

Great property, and superb customer service from all staff (front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and concierge). We had to extend our stay by two nights, and Richard at the front desk went out of his way to make sure we could stay in the same room. The Westin felt like a home away from home, from the amenities, up-keep of the property, location, and attention to detail. Thank you to everyone, and we can't wait to be back next year!

Was only an overnight stay but was definitely great experience! Check-in was fast and easy and we were even given a complimentary room upgrade so thanks to the front desk crew! Parking was also super easy since it was right around the corner. Rooms were clean and cozy. Rest of the staff was super friendly and eager to help! Will come back for sure.

Upon arrival, our room was not ready as we were early, we were given access to the pool. The pool area was very messy with used towels everywhere and generally unattended - the change rooms were covered with water, dirty towels everywhere. It was actually gross. They said they would prioritize our room check in and we did not receive a call until 357pm from an unknown number (check in is 4pm usually) so they obviously did not prioritize our check in. Staff were generally disengaged

Great location and generally great staff. However on Saturday night/ Sunday AM the neighboring room decided to throw a party and woke me up at 3 AM. Front desk wouldn't answer the phone so went to the desk they told me there really isn't anything they can do and I would just walk around until the neighbors fall asleep. SMH

I thought the bus to Vancouver was departing from the entrance at the Westin’s driveway, and I even asked the doorman to confirm it. But in fact, the bus stop was actually across the street. Luckily, the bus driver came all the way to the front desk to find me, though he said he had already passed by three times. I really wish the doorman had known something as simple as this after all, I’m a tourist and that’s exactly why I’m asking.

Overall, the stay was not up to my standard for the price that we paid for room. It was one of their obviously get rid of rooms. Bottom corner, weird entrance didn’t match the photos in the description online. Also, the room is ready for a long period of time and the staff never contacted me to tell me that I was ready to move into it. Overall, the experience was lackluster. I wouldn’t recommend the Westin or staff anytime soon.

Very friendly staff overall. Make sure you rent ski equipment in hotel’s sport shop. These guys know what it is all about and are super cheerful and friendly. I hardly left the hotel in the evening. In the bar they mix the best drinks ever, even the ones that are not on the menu. The place is super cozy and nice. Easy to relax and chill in this ambiente. They serve excellent food in the bar or you can visit the hotel’s sushi restaurant just next to the bar. Again, super food and super friendly staff. In short: after two days it feels like home. I travelled alone, which can be awkward. But definitely not at the Westin. Thumbs up👍

Check in staff and room alocation - friendly, welcoming and excellent. The headboard of the bed was a little beat up and needs attention. Pillows were not comfortable but the rest of the bedding and mattress was. Breakfast buffet was good, coffee was very weak. Eggs Benny were the worst I have ever had. Presentation of the eggs bennidict was terrible. When you pay $31.00 for a breakfast plate it shouldn;t look like the food was thrown on the plate. The breakfast server was excellent.

Pros: Staffs were professional and friendly. Walkable On site parking Quiet Indoor and outdoor Pool and hot tub Cons: Food at Grill & Vine in our experience was only average. Bathroom mirror, and shower have signs of molds. The pool needs an upgrade. There were cracks around the pool.

Your buffet needs improvement. No way it’s worth $50 per adult. The waffles are hard. I’d suggest trying the one at the fairmont as a comparison for the price. Really yours shouldn’t be more than $30
