Something in the bathroom was leaking onto the floor. There was a miscellaneous pill under the bed, and the sofa bed was horrendously uncomfortable, but a cheap room and friendly night staff when we arrived late!

Pet friendly. clean room, with large parking area. it’s at convenient location on M6. Acceptable price and condition, but lack of facilities and amenities. It would be better if noise reduction for doors. pillow and mattress are more comfortable one.

Staff were amazing, parking convenient. Room was dirty, oily hand prints on the walls. Water was a yellowish colour. Couldn't drink the water. We had a family room, we were upstairs but asked to move downstairs as I have disabilities. My grandson was with us. We had to sleep in the same bed as the sofa bed was not sleepable. Springs were protruding and hurt. Easy accessible to amenities. Will not be going back.

It’s a budget motel so didn’t expect a lot, which cost £45 a night, would of happily paid another £30 a night to have a decent mattress, the one provided was rock solid and all you could feel were springs digging on your back. Not asking for a complete refurb just a decent night sleep after driving 200 miles!!
