There was a slight mix up at check-in and we ended up having a slightly chaotic first day of vacation. But everyone was incredibly accommodating, fixed the mix up immediately, and made sure that the rest of our trip was picture perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: everything was fine except for the second bedroom, next to the stairs. I could not turn on the light or the fan because there was no pull down string on the ceiling fan. or the wall switch did not work ?

The house was great for my family! Location was good too. We normally stay farther down in Las Conchas because the sand is softer and it’s not as rocky, but we had a great time with the dogs on the beach! The house has a perfect layout and was kept clean. The doors don’t always lock easily, but it just takes extra effort to close. There are no outlets in the main bathroom and no remote for the TV in the main bedroom. The only other downside was that the property was covered in cigarette butts outside. Too many for me to pick up. Otherwise we loved the home and would be happy to stay here again!
