Not a good hotel for the price. The stench in the lobby is eye-watering, smells like rotten meat which lingers in every nook and cranny of the first and second floors. We needed to hold our breath to avoid gagging when running to and from the lifts. Room was small, but that's to be expected. The bed however, was as hard as the floor! It was so uncomfortable, we woke up multiple times during the night due to the hard beds. Good thing the hotel was able to provide more pillows when we asked for it though. One thing to note, housekeeping did not vacuum the carpets in the room (or if they did, it was a bad job) for the 6 nights we stayed. "Rooftop Pool" was closed, so we couldnt even enjoy that view...which was a bummer. Location is OK, about a 10 min walk to the MTR station. Wouldn't be staying here again (or by extension, any other related properties) that's for sure.

The staff didn’t seem to care. The pool was closed. The hotel was close to a bunch of butchers and fishmongers so there was a bad smell outside. The pillows were very thin. The twin room had two single beds rather than two doubles. I hung up the do not disturb sign so I could have a lie in but housekeeping phoned my room and woke me up.

Dust string hanging down in the exhaust van very dirty tuber stand for bathing so I took it off and never used it again. Worst of all, I woke up in 0235 and found SIX bed buds in the blanket and I killed them all, all of them is full of blood,must be mine! I went downstairs ask for change of room from1904 to 2302. When I went back to take my belongings,I find out that the manager himself stripped the bedding cover and the blanket s tout to his office. When I try to use the new room’s safe to keep my passport and money I don’t need for short 3 days trip to China, It cannot open and the manager has to ask the mechanic to use the master key to open the safe and change the battery’s. I had a a horrible and sleepless night 。 THE. HOTEL IS SO OUT OF SHAPE and YOU still rate a 3 STAR what a shame

Do not let Expedia rating deceive you. This hotel is dirty, old, crappy and it’s right at the wet market. It’s convenient to the train and bus however it is not worth it at all. I had a non smoking room but the room itself was so dirty and the bathroom was all rusty and whole room smells like mold.

The hotel is old. Stain in the sink bowl and dirt in the bathroom. No face towel, be prepared to have your own towels. There was a stinky smell on the first day of the stay. The location is good, which is close to the MTR and 7-11. The cleaning staff was friendly. Never used their kettle or mugs. The hotel needs upgrade. If not, I will not recommend.

1. Did not like the fact that the hotel was near a Wet-Market. 2. Room has musty odor. 3. Rest room caulking around toilet, bath tub and wall tiles were severely moulded. 4. Draperies were moldy and dirty. 5. Beds were super hard.

This is not a 4 star hotel anymore, the fixtures and furniture are extremely old and require refurbishment. Visible mold/black spores grows in gaps and corners around the whole bathroom. Toilet also has a slight smell that doesn't go away. The positives: somewhat reasonable price, with good helpful staff, nice looking foyer, clean sheets and towels.

The room is not clean with outdated furniture and decoration. TV screen has been broken with spots when watching program and not even able to use casting service for Netflix or Disney+. We have found small roaches crawling around in the room during our stay. The carpet on the floor is pretty dirty. The bathroom is not clean, especially the toilet and bathtub. We see lots of dirty stained spots. And the room rate is pretty pricey during our stay for more than 200 USD a night. However, the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall quality of this hotel need renovation.

I booked Family Suite and it was spacious for 3 people so at a place like Hong Kong where Space matters this was a good choice. Hotel staff is always very courteous and ready to help. I enjoyed my stay.

The location is excellent, convenient to shopping dining and walking distance. Unfortunately the bathroom towels were not good, too thin. Only the small bath towel and no hand towel, I had to request the hand towel. Hotel lobby was very noisy and my room was across three elevators, early morning and late evening I could hear people talking. In general the hotel was very noisy.

my room was half of the connecting room. i could hear everything of what the other connected room was doing and speaking. i was there for 4 nights and everyday the other room had new guests and the last night was like a disco. i was there for business. i wish i had silent nights. my co-worker had usual room and she said it did not have much trouble. also there were no taxi out side waiting. when we asked for a taxi to convention center, the front desk said the taxi would not come unless we pay double of what we pay usually same distance 50HK. because it is too close. otherwise go outside and get own taxi yourself…. we have paid 150USD a night for 4 nights 2 rooms. we thought we could get happier experience. it was too much to ask.. i guess.

The room service staff is ok. They kept asking us cleaning the room even though we don’t want sometimes. The room hygiene is bad. My daughter was bitten by something. I complained to the hotel but they have no response. The room service staff helped us to put more bed sheets to the bed. The front desk staff and back office staff are very unprofessional. One early morning, the front desk called our room. He should have called the wrong room. He didn’t even say sorry but I was awakened. I felt so bad. Overall, I won’t stay in the hotel again.

I was exhausted after 16 hours of flights, with U.S. flights arriving indecently at 4 a.m. After 3 hours to get there, I found no room available. I said I would pay for an extra night, but it was a disaster. They ended up giving me a horrible room with a hard bed and cold shower. Their restaurant served the worst breakfast of my life, and when I complained, they said, "It's not the same company, and we don't recommend it," imagine that coming from employees. The blankets and sheets were dirty, and there was an unusual amount of dust. The location, inside a street vegetable market, smelled awful. Great location for markets and busy North Point Restaurants. Staff are all friendly and helpful. However, Hotel is showing a lack of love and maintenance. Dripping taps & W/C fill. Bath seals old and discoloured.

The location is right in the middle of a street market district so it\'s pretty smelly when you leave the premises. The decor is like 20-30 years old, toilet handle was half broken, the A/C noisy, etc. On the otherhand, it was cheap cheap cheap. You can\'t even get a Motel 6 for this price. Sometimes the hotel room is just a place to to sleep in. There\'s 2 lines at the closest metro station 2 blocks away. The "ding ding" street cars run right through the street downstairs. And there is a ferry terminal 3 blocks away that go to Kowloon City (the new cruise terminal area) but the ships there run on a limited schedule.

It was a good stay. The location may not at first look appealing as it is located in a public market area, but this disadvantage is easily turned around by the convenience the very same situation offers, with basic everyday things made easily available, with 7/11 outlets around it. The hotel is near the MTR, the Ding Ding Tram Station, the Bus Stations and retail outlets. So, very cool.

En general estuvo bien, solo debes tomar en cuenta que la ubicación frente a un mercado emana un olor muy poco agradable por los mariscos y la venta de alimentos, en recepción tardaron mucho en atender y entregar algunos insumos necesarios para el baño. De todo lo demás fue muy agradable la estancia y relativamente cerca de una estación del metro o supermercados, comidas etcétera.

Property in an older neighborhood! It’s on a market st staff members are helpful and knowledgeable of their work functions! Hotel is in good condition but too much second hand smoke ! Buffet is all traditional Chinese food no western options ! Beautiful views from bedroom windows ! I was in the 25th floor ! Affordable hotel though! Location is great for visiting Macao !
