Everything was perfect, except for the experience at checkout requesting credits to be added to my account for future stays. They referred me to the help desk and the issue was not resolved after two calls. Do not see any value in Hilton Honors membership.

Hotel is very nice and looks like it's been remodeled or built recently. The room was spacious. There's a pool, but it's outside and sometimes it's a bit too windy to be outside. It would be nice to have a hot tub. Breakfast was very good. I highly recommend this hotel for Cottonwood and Sesdona area stay.

The breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast, but it was fresh, and the breakfast area was clean. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the pillows were awful. The entire staff was great, very helpful and friendly.
