Mercure Sighisoara Binderbubi Hotel & Spa

Not your typical Mercue level of service standard. Old building. Air condition was not working. Spa was closed. Breakfast was rather poor. Staff was not engaging. 2/5 rating

Mercure nie podobny do żadnego innego Mercure, w jakim byłem - zwykle są to nowoczesne budynki, a ten ma bardzo fajny klimat zabytkowego hotelu, dużo drewna w wykończeniu, sporo rekwizytów - wszystko to robi przyjemne wrażenie. Położony też rewelacyjnie, bo na cichej uliczce z dala od zgiełku starego miasta, ale na piechotę jest do niego tylko 5 minut. Drobny mankament: winda nie dociera na 4. piętro.

The hotel has a nice atmosphere. The room was practical and had everything we needed. No view. Easy parking onsite. The location of the Hotel was perfect, just about 200m to the old town.

Nice property from a large international hotel chain, but it fits right in to the charming character of sighasoara. Very convenient, free parking and just a few minute walk to the parts of the town any tourist is there to see.

Bel hôtel dans un joli cadre, malheureusement, lors de notre séjour, la rue est en travaux, provocant des nuisances sonores dès 7h00 du matin. Lors d’une check in, on nous a annoncé que l’air climatisé de tout l’hôtel était hors service (26,5 degrés dans la chambre) et lorsque nous avons voulu aller nous détendre au spa, on nous a indiqué que le spa était hors service ( il y avait pourtant hammam, sauna et jaccuzi), alors que nous avions choisi spécifiquement de séjourner dans ce Mercure « hôtel and spa » pour ces raisons. Service froid le premier jour. Aucune excuse de la part du staff qui listait au fur et à mesure de nos demandes les manquements de cet hôtel lors de notre séjour. Dommage pour un hôtel qui se vend comme un spa…

Parking was easy and plentiful. Breakfast was excellent! Easy walking distance to the old town. Service at check in and check out was amazing. Highly recommend!

Camera grande pulita e accogliente con arredamento molto particolare e curato. Grande posto auto. Servizi dell'hotel eccellenti (abbiamo provato sia la spa che il massaggio). Colazione un po' povera per un hotel di questo livello, quindi da migliorare. Ristorante ottima qualità prezzo.

El hotel es amplio y cerca a la citadela. Pero no fue muy buena la experiencia. Nos dieron una habitación en el cuarto piso pero solo hay ascensor hasta el 3er piso. Tuve que cargar mi maleta por la escalera. No hubo ni ofrecimiento de ayuda. El cuarto tenía mal olor. El lavatorio del baño estaba sucio, aunque lo limpiaron luego que lo reportamos. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. Demoró horas para poder enfriar un poco la habitación, mientras tanto pasamos calor. No regreso a ese hotel

Generally the hotel was good, but we chose it in the first-place because its mentioned that they provide a variety of spa services which wasn't the case, anything related to their spa was closed which was very disappointing to find out when we checked-in and we would have chosen a different hotel if we knew it prior to our booking. Besides that it was a nice experience.

Hotel bien placé a quelques minutes du centre historique. Bel hotel chaleureux, chambre agréable. Excellent petit déjeuner. Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de découvrir le spa car les horaires sont au minimum et tout le monde y va en meme temps, donc pas agreable.

The location is amazing and the rooms look nice but the bathroom had a terrible smell of sewage very strong.

Hotel molto bello vicino al centro storico di questa bellissima cittadina medievale. Buona pulizia delle stanze ,letto comodo ,colazione ottima e personale della reception cortese e disponibile.

Außen Hui, innen Pfui, Wir waren über einen längeren Zeitraum von fast 2 Woche in diesem Hotel zu Besuch. In der ganzen Zeit wurde weder unser Zimmer gereinigt noch unsere Bettwäsche/Handtücher gewechselt oder das Badezimmer geputzt - auch nicht nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung! Auch fanden wir unser Zimmer am Anreisetag bereits schmutzig vor (Staub, Dreckflecken am Fußboden, Brandlöcher in den Vorhängen obwohl Nichtraucherzimmer, schmutzige Kaffeemaschine mit eingetrockneten/benutzten Becher darunter und Schimmelflecken im Badezimmer). Von Service keine Spur. Alles in allem, Preis-Leistung ist hier Katastrophal! Die 5 Sterne Preise sind hier nicht gerechtfertigt! Das war das erste und das allerletzte Mal, das wir in diesem Hotel zu Besuch waren!

Tut mir leid ..., aber für was 5 Sterne ? Kein Zimmerservice, Bad nicht gereinigt , Betten nicht gemacht und nicht gesaugt. Den Spa , die Massagen etc. mit der man in den Anzeigen wirbt, gibt es gar nicht. Soll keiner sagen es ist der Fall so weil Corona ist. Corona Regeln waren zu diesen Zeitpunkt in Rumänien schon aufgehoben. Das Frühstück war ganz ok für die 3 x aber nichts besonderes. 1 Kellner könnte Etwas Deutsch reden . Die Küchenmutig war sehr hinterher um Wünsche soweit wie möglich zu erfüllen.

Friendly staff, good location and clean.

Horrible experience! We had 2 rooms booked, 301 and 308. I was accommodated together with my 8 y old son in room 301, Josephine. As soon as we entered the room, we were greeted by a very uncomfortable chill and a terrible noise —clearly, the ventilation system was not functioning properly. Despite my attempts to adjust the thermostat and contact the front desk for assistance, the ventilation issues remained unresolved throughout my stay. To make matters worse, the staff's attitude was incredibly rude and disappointing. When I approached them to address my concerns about the cold room, I was met with disrespect and a lack of support. It felt like my complaints were being brushed off, and I was left to fend for myself and my child in a very cold and uncomfortable environment. Bathroom ventilation, that was working like a drilling machine, could stop only when disconnecting the entire room from electricity. When electricity was back, it was starting again. When I indicated I cannot sleep in that temperature and noise, reception staff indicated I should exchange room with my parents, who were accommodated in the other room we booked, if I want to not sleep in cold. Alternatively that I should leave the hotel. It was 23.45 h and I was with a young child, in a room I paid for in advance. I was astonished. Overall, my stay was marred by poor room conditions and unhelpful staff. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and supportive hotel experience.

Bel hôtel, avec un décor traditionnel. Les chambres sont grandes, et nous étions gâtés avec la suite présidentielle, offrant une magnifique vue sur cette magnifique petite ville.

Sigisohara er en utrolig fint sted at oppleve. Koselig hotell med mye hyggelig personell! Enda minuset var aircondition som ikke fungerte.

Aircon not working, -4C outside, 19-20C in room.

The staffs were rude and unhelpful, we paid rooms with breakfast but the staffs said our rooms did not have breakfast included. We showed them our reservation form which clearly states that we have free breakfast included but they didn’t bother at all. Even the agent from hotels.com can’t get them to do anything and have to refund us for the breakfast fee after our stay.

Hotel correcto con aspectos a mejorar por ser un 4 estrellas: desayuno deben reponer lo que se acaba, recogen rápido las mesas utilizadas pero no reponen; ninguna amenitie (excepto gel -champú), se supone es un 4 estrellas. Positivo la situación con respecto al centro, se puede ir andando a la ciudadela y el parking en el alojamiento.

We chose this hotel because we know Mercures variety for breakfast. We thought that being Christmas, it would be awesome! Couldn't be more wrong!! Very little choices for breakfast, product quality very poor Room without amenities: no water, shower cap nor cream or conditioner. Overall, no relation price-value

Aunque por fuera no lo parecia tanto , por dentro es un hotel precioso, los muebles, las decoraciones en madera, las habitaciones. Un hotel 5 estrellas. El desayuno si bien era correcto, no llegaba a la categoria del hotel. Volveriamos en otra ocacion
