Veldig hyggelig personal. Imøtekommende og service innstilt. Rommet; støv på en av putene sengen. Dusjen hadde lite trykk i slangen, men funket greit. Inngangen til hotellet er å gå inn på en slags bar. Dette kunne kanskje vært mer presisert ved beskrivelse av hotellet på nettet.

1. Receptionen är en sunkig bar 2. De kan inte förvara väskor. 3. Första rummet jag fick var inte städat. 4. Personalen var blasé. 5. Trångt vid hissarna. 6. Gången utanför rummet var belamrat med trasiga möbler. 7. Ingen brandsläckare fanns på plats. 8. Rummet kändes inte fräscht och mattan på golvet var fläckig och äcklig. 9. Duschdörren gick bara att öppna och stänga om badrumsdörren var öppen. 10. Inget lock på toaletten. 11. Otroligt lyhört för ljud från baren och gatan.

Hotel fica em cima de um bar, não tem telefone pra chamar a recepção, não teve café da manhã no dia de natal pois éramos os únicos hóspedes nesse dia, mas a diária tinha sido paga,então não entendi. Pia do quarto de solteiro mal da pra escovar os dentes.

Vad som var bra: rummet, närheten till tunnelbanan och läget i stan. Dåligt: ingen reception, egentligen är det bara en inrökt bar som hyr ut rum. Många fel, dörr som inte gick att öppna, stundtals inget varmvatten, och fruktansvärt mycket ljud utanför som trängde in i rummet särkilt kvällar och nätter. Stökig omgivning med trafik och skrik och hög musik. Dåligt isolerade franska dörrar som släppte in både kyla och ljud. Urtrist frukost som måste beställas. Ibland fanns ingen juice, ibland inget bacon. Bröd utan smör och pålägg. Ingen yoghurt. Svårt att komma i kontakt med hotellmanager, barkillarna skulle sköta allt. Baren var ofräsch, den undvek man helst, finns betydligt trevligare i kvarteren intill.

Localização ótima! O quarto é bem decorado, porém o prédio tem estrutura antiga. Ótimo atendimento dos staffs e bom café da manhã. O meu único ponto de atenção é em relação as saídas de emergência, as escadas estavam com a passagem bloqueada por coisas. A única alternativa era o elevador, que só tem capacidade de 2 pessoas por vez.

Chambre correcte, mais emplacement horrible, pas de place de stationnement, enseigne peu visible, chambres au dessus d'un bar, très bruyant.

Todo perfecto, habitación muy moderna y bonita. El baño perfecto con duchas muy cómodas. Solo comentaría que la entrada es por una puerta pequeña de un Bar, da la sensación que no sabes dónde te metes, pero insisto que hemos estado genial. La ubicación es excelente. El único inconveniente es que al estar tan céntrico es bastante ruidosa la calle y el bar en fin de semana cierra a las 4am.

Excellent location for exploring Brussels. No reception area so feels more like bar with rooms than a hotel. Unable to access rooms via stairs,only small lift, so felt a little unsafe. Doors to rooms left unlocked or open after cleaning. Breakfast served in small cramped bar so we didn't use even though we'd paid, don't add breakfast to stay & go to the excellent cafe across the road. But beds were comfy, showers warm & rooms spacious. So an ok stay overall

Rummet var bra och boendet centralt, fräscht badrum och bra säng, plus var att det fanns vattenflaska på rummet vid ankomst. Entrén var via en restaurang med en liten hiss, hissen gick sönder när vi skulle checka ut och trapporna som endast var till för nödutgång var full med bord och stolar och trångt att ta sig ut. Frukosten var väldigt simpel, två stekta ägg eller en croissant samt en kall och en varm dryck. Passade bra för oss som endast skulle bo en natt.

Arrivé sur les lieux, surpris par l’hôtel. Chambre étroite tres très bruyant . raconte ascenseur très étroit entres de l’hôtel part le bar ou des jeune fume le narguilé sino bien placé à proximité de tout personnel agréable

Otelimizden çok memnun kaldık. Yeri her yere yürüme mesafesinde ve çok yakın. Odamız rahattı, yatak geniş ve konforlu, ısıtma mükemmeldi. Otel personeli çok yardımcı oldu ve güler yüzlüydü. İhtiyacı fazlasıyla karşılayan, çok temiz bir otel. Biz memnun kaldık.

Quarto limpo e ótima acomodação. Banheiro muito bom, cama confortável. O hotel fica em cima de um bar, mas não tivemos problemas com barulho. No geral, achei muito bom, especialmente pela excelente localização.

This hotel is filthy and old. We had dirty pillows and towels, rusty shower and sink, no fridge or storage. Rooms were smelly. Tis hotel has a bar and hookah lounge on the first two floors, which is obviously noisy at night. The location is right in the center walking distance from the main attractions. I would not recommend this hotel.

Odalar temiz sayılır. Brüksel merkezinde. Kahvaltı yetersiz . Dışarıdan çok gürültü geliyor. Çalışanlar hava alınını bile tarif etmekten bir haber. Konumu harici bir iyiliği yok

Hotellets läge var riktigt bra. Men standarden på rummen var sådär. Lamporna vid sängen fungerade inte, mögel i badrummet och söndrig toalettsits. Städpersonal kunde inte engelska/franska och var inte till stor hjälp. Övrig personal, allt från restaurang- och barpersonal till de som tog hand om incheckningen var superbemötande och gjorde vad de kunde för att det skulle bli en så bra vistelse för oss som möjligt.

Extrêmement bien situé. Central, à distance de marche des principales attractions. Comme plusieurs hôtels en Europe, mal insonorisé. Nous avons eu un concert de klaxon aux petites heures du matin. Petit déjeuner inclus bien. Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle. Salle de bain très petite, impossible de fermer la porte de douche et de la salle de bain en même temps. Excellent hotel si vous voulez profiter de la ville et ne pas passer trop dans la chambre

Incredible spot! Right in the city center and we had an extra living area that was perfect! I definitely recommend staying here!

Rooms do not provide much space. Bathroom door and shower door would hit each other. You needed to have the bathroom door wide open and close the shower door to use it. No lid on the toilet and no space to put anything in the bathroom. To go up the rooms you have to go through a dark bar and get to a small elevator. Bed pillows very small, hot water wasnt working the first day. Extremely loud area at night, very difficult to sleep. On the positive side hotel close to metro.

Super god beliggenhed, venligt personale og fine værelser. Der var dog en del mangler med defekt lampe, aircon virkede ikke på værelse 6, der var ikke noget varmt vand 😀

La chambre est spacieuse,bonne literie. Très bien placée pour faire le centre à pieds. Rue très bruyante : prévoir de bonnes boules quiès et un masque de nuit . Le petit déjeuner est assez restreint et le personnel pas très efficace. Un bip en continu dans les oreilles dans la salle du bar.

The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. The room smelled a bit like smoke, but it is important to note that it is located over a bar. Noisy location. Air conditioning did not work well. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This property is centrally located with beautiful views and offers convenient access to attractions, shops, and restaurants—all within walking distance, which was a definite plus. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not reflect the price paid. The property is located directly above a bar that stays open until the early hours of the morning. The windows offer little to no sound insulation, and street noise—including conversations—was clearly audible throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The room itself was extremely small, and cleanliness was an issue. The floor and rug were sticky, so we would advise against walking barefoot. The bathroom was cramped, with a broken shower head and a clogged drain that caused water to overflow onto the floor. While the location and views were nice, the condition of the room and lack of comfort made it poor value for money. We would not choose to stay here again.

La habitación muy linda y en general el staff muy amigable. El desayuno que estaba incluido en el hospedaje era básico pero muy bueno. La ubicación es excelente. El único inconveniente es que la planta baja del edificio es un bar y como estábamos en 1er piso el ruido y la música estaban hasta la 1am y pasaban hasta la habitación.

The location is amazing. Walkable distance from evrything. View from the window is great. It got little noisy during the night but it was expected. Overall good experience.

Upon arrival we recieved free drinks all that night and great service - funky hotel right in the heart of the city

Ne réservez pas un week-end en amoureux dans cet hôtel. On devait arriver par avion vendredi soir. Notre vol a été retardé, puis annulé. En appelant l’hôtel pour les prévenir que nous n’arriverons pas vendredi soir mais le lendemain matin car notre vol était annulé, le Mr au téléphone compréhensif nous dit pas de soucis ça arrive, et qu’il va nous faire un remboursement partiel et qu’il prévient ces collègues que nous n’arriverons que le le lendemain matin. Le lendemain nous arrivons à l’hôtel, et là la réception nous dit qu’ils ont donné notre chambre à quelqu’un d’autre voyant qu’on arrivais pas. Que l’hôtel est complet et qu’il va falloir trouver un autre hôtel. Ils nous ont indiqué que nous serrions intégralement remboursé au vu de leur erreur mais qu’ils ne peuvent rien faire le week-end. Donc là c’est à nous de retrouver un hôtel et de le payer une chambre pour la nuit à savoir 50€ plus chère que notre réservation de base car en dernière minute sur place c’est plus cher. Aujourd’hui je reçoit un remboursement de 155€ sur les 322€ payé et le gérant me dit qu’on aura pas le reste parce qu’on est arrivé en retard. Bref 167€ de perdu dans cet hôtel sans compter les 50€ qu’on a dû payer en plus pour l’autre. Hotel à fuir absolument, appart si vous voulez perdre de l’argent et avoir un taux de stress au élevé au maximum.

Excelente servicio del personal, muy amables. Nos esperaron para el checkin hasta tarde. El desayuno muy bueno. Ubicación muy buena, cerca de muchos puntos de interés turístico. La habitación es pequeña pero tiene todos los servicios y amenidades. Si deseas descansar pide la habitación en un piso alto porque el bar de planta baja es concurrido en fin de semana y terminan en la mañanita. Si quieres fiesta, estás en el lugar indicado.

Habitaciones limpias, muy céntrico y el servicio estupendo

Hotel La Piece was amazing! The staff are really friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome. The rooms are very stylish and modern. Even though the rooms are above a busy restaurant and bar (which does amazing cocktails), the room was really quiet - you couldn't hear what was going on below whatsoever. Breakfast was nice - pastries or eggs (with a choice of fried or scambled) - simple but done well. Really close to the centre - local ammenities and attractions. Would highly recommend! Thank you Cristhian for all your help.

Excelente hotel, atención y ubicación espectacular. Unas vistas preciosas, el Hotel es céntrico encontramos tiendas, Carrefour express, restaurantes de todo tipo. Precios buenos. El hotel cómodo, buses y tren cerca lo recomiendo.

O pessoal é muito atencioso e simpático. Quarto limpo e agradável, com exceção do tamanho da pia do banheiro. Extremamente pequena. Localização excelente. Perto de tudo. À poucos metros da Grand Place

Idéalement situé, on peut tout faire à pied, métro, Grand Place et boutiques à proximité

Staff welcome was excellent, keycard didnt work but when returned to the bar was immediately given the key. Excellently located for Grand Place and the Borse. Room was a good size with sufficient space. Breakfast was from the bar menu and there was choice.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile ma il bagno della camera era molto stretto e scomodo. Poca pulizia. Colazione e posizione ottima.

The hotel is good in two things. Friendly staff and location of the hotel. Other issues are very bad. Cleaning is not good. We stayed for 3 days. I went to room cleaning three times. Nobody comes to clean. Also the breakfast is really bad. Not enough, just bread and eggs. The one who didn't eat eggs went hungry. Never pay for breakfast
