Remarkable stay. Staff is attentive, remembers details and seems happy. The location was great- safe, quiet, a short walk to NYSE, Trinity Church, Battery Park, ferries/Seaport, etc. About 30 min by subway to Times Square for a show. The area had great independent places to eat as well as well-known chains (think Whole Foods, not McD’s). Wonderful amenities, great gym and the shower and Le Labo bath products were amazing. I would love to stay here again- it was a delightful place.

We had a fantastic vacation at the Wall Street Hotel. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of downtown NYC, with a subway station just steps away. We enjoyed a true 5-star atmosphere, a well-equipped gym, and a stylish hotel bar. The staff—both at the reception and in the bar—were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. A minor downside: getting uptown to Central Park or Times Square takes a bit of time. All in all, a clear recommendation for anyone staying in NYC!

Lovely room. There mini bar is a trolly cart with everything accessible. The price for the items was not over expensive. The bathroom was spacious Large bath sheets for towels. Plenty of towels. They provide robes. the hotel lounge has a great bar. The pigs in the blanket are exceptional. Le Marchand restaurant is lovely. Had the restaurant week dinner. It was delicious

We had such an amazing stay! The entire and I mean the entire hotel was breathtaking . From the moment you walk through the front door to the elevator ride to your room it will leave you feeling like money well spent. This hotel is like something you only see in movies. The service was excellent they make you feel like royalty. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and funny. Akeem was hilarious and nice to talk to. He gave us plenty of info on the place and what to expect which eased our nerves a bit for our first stay. Parking is right across the street which was so convenient. The room is gorgous and regal, and the bathroom also gorgous has heated floors. It’s easy to walk to a lot of places form there as well but everything you need is right there at the Wall Street hotel! This is for sure our new favorite place to stay and we will be sure to be back and I suggest everyone check this place out! I wanna gate keep lol but everyone should experience this place and it’s luxury once in their life. Not a bot I promise ;p

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at The Wall Street Hotel. The location was perfect; away from the hustle and bustle of Midtown but with fantastic subway links to get you around Manhattan, as well as to and from JFK. It is also a few minutes walk to Pier 11, where you can pick up the East River ferry to Dumbo and Williamsburg, both of which are a must. Around 10 minutes by foot will get you to the free Staten Island Ferry, which is perfect for seeing The Statue of Liberty. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and quiet. The rooms are decorated to a high standard and the large en-suite bathrooms contain huge walk-in power showers (truly powerful!), with an abudance of fluffy, white, towels and bath sheets. All toiletries and amenities are either provided in the room or available from reception, meaning you can pack light. The hotel is also great at providing complimentary bottled water, with stocks in your room replished at least twice daily. All of the staff we encountered were polite, friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar is stunning, with a great selection of drinks and cocktails, and increible views of the city. The lobby bar is also a lovely place to relax with a glass of wine or a coffee. Overall, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here!

Despite a couple of hiccups this stay was truly phenomenal and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The rooms are spacious for NY, the hotel is very conveniently located- and for someone like me who is health conscious the fully equipped gym with barbells and squat racks plus a nice in room dining menu was a huge huge win! The rooms were very quiet and there was so much pleasant attention to detail. I would hands down go out of my way to stay again and even had my packages waiting in my room for me upon check in!

The quality of the room was superb - well furnished and equipped with lovely Le Labo bath products and a very well-stocked and reasonable (for NYC) bar and snacks. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is quiet considering how central it is. Great for ferry to Brooklyn, exploring Downtown, and connections uptown. I'd definitely stay again.

We had a fabulous stay at the Wall Street Hotel. It was just as great as all the reviews said it would be. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful - honestly, post-Covid - you kinda forget what great service is like. They have not forgotten here. Everything is new and clean and beautiful. We also really enjoyed staying downtown for a change. Highly recommend!

First, staff isn’t friendly, welcoming and we had a few issues with the receptionist misinformation us. One of them told us that the restaurant was closed during lunch but we clearly saw people eating. After having asked the waiter, there was no closing whatsoever. Very annoying as we lost one hour of waiting for nothing and looked like she didn’t want us there, we told her earlier in the morning (7am) that we wanted to eat for lunch just before our flight. When asking for a cab to the airport, the same women, told us not to stress about timing, mentioning no traffic and so on, while having and international flight we actually almost missed it due to her carelessness to order a cab when we asked for it. Even the bellman told her to hurry. Secondly, issue with the hot water 2 times in a row very early in the morning. And then I saw a disturbing “booger” on my bathrobe when I came back in to my room late in the evening. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant stay, breakfast in bed was ok nothing crazy.. mocktails at the bar too.. too bad.

The hotel itself is super charming & beautiful. I love small boutique hotels and the decor was great and the rooms are very pretty. Where I feel it fell short was in the communication between staff & restaurant and perhaps having the room serviced. We arrived late to the bar, ordered food & within 10 minutes were asked to leave the bar area, due to an in coming private party. None of us were notified prior to sitting down that they would need the space by a certain time. Needless to say, we left and didn’t eat our food or have a drink. The other hiccup was twice in my 5 day stay, I arrived back to the hotel after a long day out and my room had not been serviced. No clean towels, amenities replaced etc. It was an easy call down to the front desk, but timing was off & they wanted to clean my room earlier than I was ready to depart for dinner. All in all, I would return to the hotel because I loved the location, decor and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Rooms are fairly small but clean and well appointed. HVAC doesnt work well so room gets very hot at night with heavy duvet. Room service is terrible as they seem to always be to busy to answer and then take 20min plus to call back despite several workers not.lookimg to be that busy in the actual restaurant around the same time. Shower takes very long time to heat up.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and surprisingly quiet for a place that's right in the middle of Wall Street. The bed is amazingly comfortable and the rooms are spacious and bright. The bathrooms are beautiful and the Acqua di Parma toiletries are a nice touch. The bar is beautiful, cozy, and not too loud. The front desk staff were attentive and helpful. The hotel smells amazing, has fresh flowers all around and everything is in great shape in terms of facilities and tasteful decoration. I would definitely stay here again.

Accommodation was fine. There was a yappy dog barking all day and night which disrupted us. The rooftop didn't seem to be in use. Comfortable bed. Being on such a low floor for the week meant some street noise.

The staff is what set this place apart. Comfy beds but cramped room. Heated floor in the bathroom was very nice, in room dining was very good, with pricing not entirely unreasonable given the area. But again, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff is what stood out to all of us most. Had the feeling the staff was actively looking for ways to make our stay more enjoyable, all the time.

The Wall Street Hotel was a delightfully luxe hotel. Everything was perfect and better than anticipated. The staff was friendly and attentive- ready to accommodate any request very quickly. Our deluxe king room was sizable and very tastefully decorated. The bathroom shower had great water pressure and heated marble floors. The slippers, robes, and nightly turndown service was a welcome treat after a long day exploring. We took advantage of the onsite bicycles to ride across the Brooklyn Bridge and explore DUMBO. The hotel lounge was swank. I enjoyed a classic Manhattan. The location was exactly what we were looking for. For John Wick fans, the WSH is right across the street from “The Intercontinental”, which was the main hotel in the movie. The neighborhood was quiet yet near many bars/restaurants and points of interest. We enjoyed Stone Street for breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The Wall Street Station subway stop is a few blocks away. And, there are many historic places within a few blocks. If you wish to visit NYC but want to stay away from the chaos of some of the other neighborhoods, this is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommended!!!

Lovely discreet hotel, with good front of house and concierge services. Good location for Downtown Manhattan. The room was a tad small with no view to speak of (1102). It also did not have any table or chair from which to do any work. Slightly surprising for a hotel in a business area. Overall we had an enjoyable stay, as staff made us very welcome. The in-room dining was good as was the lounge and rooftop bar.

Awesome visit and we will stay here again. We took a red eye into NYC and the nightshift front des person, Darren, really took care of us and treated us like VIPs. He was the best! Eddie, the doorman, was amazing and just made us feel at home. Despite the property being down at Wall Street, it was very close to the subway stations. So no complaints, plus, we were away from all the loud tourists at Times Square. The hotel room was luxurious and felt indulgent. So happy we stayed here!

We travel constantly and love staying in the city. This turned out to be the best hotel experience we have had in 15 years of travel to NYC. The service was exceptional. We would like to call out Eddie who runs the front door and valet. Couldn’t have been more helpful and caring’s. But here’s where they went next level- we were attending a black tie fundraiser at Ciprianis and I couldn’t find my cufflinks. Hotel provided me with a pair and saved what turned out to be an amazing evening. We will return and this is our go to from now on.

A wonderful property with wonderful attention to detail. The turndown service in the evening is filled with special touches. The location is spectacular. Every requested modification that I had was perfectly attended to. Being an Expedia platinum member I was able to get $65 in resort spending credited to my account and a free room upgrade.

Great hotel. Great staff. The room was amazing but the area around the hotel was questionable. Our room was overlooking a construction area with homeless people around; not the type of view one would expect from a five star hotel. In addition, I am not sure what was VIP about our stay: i wasn't able to get the room upgrade i requested; we did get any additional amenities: it would be great to know what we were supposed to get as VIP because we are very curious.

I travel to NYC every month just because I like the city. The Wall Street Hotel has a great vibe. You are right in the middle of the Financial hub of NYC, the history of NYC, and the resurgence of the Fi-Di neighborhood in general. Such a great place to spend the weekend exploring bars, the glass carousel, federal hall, 9/11 Memorial, Mercer Labs--just to name a few.

We loved everything about the property. We would highly recommend it and are planning to stay there again. The only complaint was in a room service order for one of our rooms where repeated calls had to be made about bringing syrup for an order of French toast. It never arrived so was not consumed. Thank you to The Wall Street Hotel.

Nice hotel, very good location (for Downtown). Mixed in terms of the friendliness of the staff but think that’s a New York thing.. Good quality room service food, however some small annoyances like having to call back and wait 20 mins for cutlery!

Incredible stay. The staff (shout out to Lisa in the lounge, exceptional), the hotel and room design (absolutely wow) and La Marchande restaurant downstairs - one of our favorite stays in a long time. Will definitely be back. Book this place!
