Golf hotel. Not up to resort standards. Day golfers crowding the parking areas. No late chk. outs when we were there. Tub only partially drains. Toilet seat loose. Needed a little touch up maintenance. Nice personnel. Good food at the restaurant, great vegetation and surrounds.

Beautiful resort. Service across the board was outstanding. Corner king room was exceptional - large, clean, comfy and great wrap around balcony with gorgeous views. Restaurant and bar had amazing food drinks and service. Pool and hot tub clean and fun. Casino shuttle a nice plus. Would definitely recommend and stay again at this amazing hotel!

We stayed on a Thursday night. Had a very good night's sleep- the curtains darkened room well and the area was peacefully quiet. Only disappointment was no elevator to get my elderly mom upstairs.

The property is conveniently located off the 15 freeway and only a 10-minute drive to oldtown Temecula. Across from the parking is a lovely little park area with patio furniture where you can relax and read a book, walk your dog or stretch on the grass with your yoga mat. Walking distance there's a lovely restaurant overlooking the golf course that serves delicious breakfast and lattes. The gym was enough for cardio and light weightlifting in the form of dumbbells. Our room was spacious on the 1st floor by the pool; however, the shower/bathroom area was very small and dated. Overall, the hotel was nice & had everything we needed for a short 2 day stay.

My sisters and I planned a wine-tasting trip in Temecula and chose to stay at Temecula Creek Inn. The property itself is beautiful, with a welcoming entrance and scenic golf course views. Check-in was easy, and the front desk staff provided excellent customer service. Our room was spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the course. Unfortunately, the condition of the facilities did not live up to the price point. The room showed noticeable wear—the furniture was dated, the bathtub appeared to have mold, and part of the ceiling was peeling. The pool was especially disappointing. It looked dirty, with an underwater light floating loose, and the jacuzzi felt unclean, which made it unusable. Even the shower water pressure was very poor. Place was beautiful, staff friendly, and amenities great. I golfed and took a morning yoga class which was great. My only issue was that I was gone all day one day and when I got back my door was open. The housekeepers had been there and had left my door open. I called the front desk to let them know and they didn't seem to care at all. Basically, what do you want me to do about it. I said maybe you want to let the head of housekeeping to have their staff be more careful in the future. I'm lucky I didn't have anything stolen.

Spur of the moment one night getaway to the wineries and decided to stay in Temecula. TEMECULA CREEK INN was beyond our expectations for a one night stay. The room's view was spectacular!. King bed was comfy. The grounds were beautiful and the shuttle Pechanga a plus!

The rooms looked dirty and old. I had no fitted sheet on the bed. The pool was freezing. The service at restaurant was very slow. When we had dinner we arrived at 5pm. Didn't get served until 6:15. I had the lamb and it wasn't what i expected. The bartenders at bar was excellent. We had breakfast on the 25th, they sat us by the window which had tons of flies. The floor had water. I let the waitress know, she said they have a leak. Should not sit people there.

Ok, so this is the deal. The setting this hotel is on, is absolutely gorgeous. To pay 340 a night i suggest whoever stays here, get the top floor. Unfortunately, i was not aware, that i would have a family of stompers, partiers, and yellers until 330 in the morning. Super bummed, it was supposed to be a nice 1 night getaway, and it was ruined by the asshols above us. Oh yeah, and the room smelled of urine. Too bad, absolutely gorgeous property

Check in was super fast & easy. Room looked nice, no chair inside to sit, just a couch,. No booklets, pamphlets or any information in the room about their amenities or restaurants. Ordered room service and placed the empty tray outside the door, per instructions, and it didn't get picked up for over 30 hrs, even after the maid came by to see if we needed towels. Water pressure was sub par and there were no shower caps or tissue. Called for a shower cap and they said they didn't have any but sent a box of tissues. Giant birds nest in the light fixture above the front door. The inside was updated and nice but the outside was dirty and covered in spider webs and such. Outside felt like an old cabin. The occasional power wash would do it justice. My wife & I went for our anniversary & it was frustrating that there were no chairs inside the room for us to sit and talk. Cork Fire Grill was a cool place, but the food & drinks were over priced. The burger they served me could have come from a bad fast food place. In-n-Out burger would have been better. It was nice to sit on the balcony watching the golfers. All the scenery is fantastic, but not impressed with the entire experience.

The property is nice, relaxing. Staff was super nice and very helpful. But the room wasn't that clean. I always do a walk around and disinfect before settling in and for a good reason... the room was kept nice but once i walked in the restroom there was poop stains in the toilet, nasty! I mean check-in is not till 4pm and check-out is at 11am.. you would think the place would be completely clean and disinfected.

Beautiful spot but rooms need a revamp. Our carpet was soiled & stained in so many spots. Bathroom had cracks in paint, door hinges were rusty and old. This didn't completely ruin our stay vut visually the room didnt match the beauty of the property

The carpet in the hotel set the tone immediately. Rm 510: Had they put flooring throughout I would not have rated cleanliness so low. The carpets were very dirty and stains everywhere. The floor towel although clean also had dark stains. The light bulb in the bathroom had issues. Curtains looked old and had some holes. The good parts were- The bed was very clean and comfortable. The roominess of the room was great.

It was in fair condition. The hotel is showing its age and ripe for renovation. That being said, the rooms were large and the beds very comfortable. The tub is the most worn and the valves were a bit sticky. Great location.

The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The walls are thin and we had a group upstairs playing loud music and can hear their voices even through the walls well after midnight so it was hard to sleep. Eventually, either a staff told them to be quiet or they fell asleep but the noise stopped. Otherwise, a great location and facility.

Beautiful grounds, but rooms are outdated and we had old room service trays left from previous guests outside our room for almost a whole day. Restaurant is good Pool is small and mostly shaded Lobby very basic More like a motel than a “resort”

I loved my stay here. The hotel room was beautiful with view of the golf course. I stayed on the second floor. My only interaction with staff was check in and check out, and that was marvelous. Quick in and out, no issues.

Quiet setting on a golf course, comfortable beds with soft bedding, convenient shuttle to nearby casino, short drivable distance to downtown. Pool was heated to a perfect temperature. Staff was friendly at check-in/check-out and informative about nearby attractions. We took advantage of their in-room breakfast where you fill out a card the night before with your selections, hang it on the outside of your door, and they deliver the food to your room. A slight downside to this as there was no table to eat at and we had to improvise with a desk and an ottoman. Would stay here again.

While the location of Temecula Creek Inn is beautiful, with lovely views of the golf course, the actual room was disappointing and far from what I’d expect from a 4-star hotel. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, feeling like the springs had lost their tension, and the mattress just sucked you in. The sheets were rough and definitely not the quality you’d expect from a place like this. The bathroom felt outdated, and the shower had barely any water pressure. To top it off, the AC was extremely old and noisy—every time it turned on or off, it made such a loud noise that it felt like someone was breaking into the room! Overall, I was quite let down by the experience

We loved our stay here. The location is amazing, nestled between a beautiful golf course and beautiful green hills, with a pleasant walk to the restaurant which is part of the golf course premises. This hotel was not built yesterday, so don’t expect modern perfection, but our room and the surrounding facilities were very clean and well kept. We had guests on both sides of our room and we never heard them while in our room. We also needed at very late check out and we’re able to stay until 3 pm for a $75 charge. I had the lamb and it wasn't what i expected. The bartenders at bar was excellent. We had breakfast on the 25th, they sat us by the window which had tons of flies. The floor had water. I let the waitress know, she said they have a leak. Should not sit people there.

The staff was great. Good check in experience. The room although large was poorly furnished. No desk. No comfortable chair. Old, uncomfortable couch with poor support. Small outdated TV. The hot tub was not clean and could not be used. Room service very slow (eg. 1.5 hour delay to order breakfast on Sunday). Menu very expensive. Food was just OK. We ended up using Uber Eats. Less expensive and faster. Definitely would NOT recommend. This place badly needs an upgrade!

Great room, overlooking the golf course and just love to relaxing in a nice clean room with comfortable bed after our winery hopping to celebrate my niece's 46th birthday. Place was beautiful, staff friendly, and amenities great. I golfed and took a morning yoga class which was great. My only issue was that I was gone all day one day and when I got back my door was open. The housekeepers had been there and had left my door open. I called the front desk to let them know and they didn't seem to care at all. Basically, what do you want me to do about it. I said maybe you want to let the head of housekeeping to have their staff be more careful in the future. I'm lucky I didn't have anything stolen.

This was my second stay at the TCI and I really enjoyed it! I stayed in their newly renovated rooms, which are great. I had 0 complaints regarding their older rooms, in fact I enjoy the old charm of their previous style- but I understand the need for hardwood floors (versus the old carpet). Nevertheless, check in + out is always a breeze- the cleaning staff respects the DND sign which I appreciate! I did happen to leave an item behind in the safe which I noticed nearly a day after I returned home, I called the Inn directly and spoke with Randi (whom is the direct contact I had prior to my check in) and she was extremely helpful! She located my lost item and I received it via USPS a week later. I really appreciate the experiences I’ve had while staying here & I certainly will again in the future when I visit Temecula for work- working with Randi on my lost item was just the cherry on top. It was in fair condition. The hotel is showing its age and ripe for renovation. That being said, the rooms were large and the beds very comfortable. The tub is the most worn and the valves were a bit sticky. Great location.

The property is conveniently located off the 15 freeway and only a 10-minute drive to oldtown Temecula. Across from the parking is a lovely little park area with patio furniture where you can relax and read a book, walk your dog or stretch on the grass with your yoga mat. Walking distance there's a lovely restaurant overlooking the golf course that serves delicious breakfast and lattes. The gym was enough for cardio and light weightlifting in the form of dumbbells. Our room was spacious on the 1st floor by the pool; however, the shower/bathroom area was very small and dated. Overall, the hotel was nice & had everything we needed for a short 2 day stay.

Beautiful resort. Service across the board was outstanding. Corner king room was exceptional - large, clean, comfy and great wrap around balcony with gorgeous views. Restaurant and bar had amazing food drinks and service. Pool and hot tub clean and fun. Casino shuttle a nice plus. Would definitely recommend and stay again at this amazing hotel!

Our room was clean but the bathroom seemed a little run down. Paint was chipping off the door. We were also disappointed happy hour in the restaurant ended so early. They did not have a very big dinner menu and no soup options. The happy hour menu better suited our tastes.

The resort is somewhat dated. The one redeeming thing about my stay and my room was the bed. It was one of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on. The view from the balcony was a golf course, and I suppose that is nice, but That’s pretty much the only view you get. The restaurant which is the only one on property, didn’t really have a lot of variations for vegetarian Or vegan appetite. The only real vegetarian offering they Had available, was a really good hummus, but was served with deep fried pita chips that were pretty greasy.

We had good time spending there but the room was almost empty of any thing! No toothpaste no toothbrush no shaving kit not enough water bottles no teas no something to eat and many more NOs… But my main complaint was about the pillows that were extremely soft and I couldn’t sleep whole night and I contacted front desk and their answer was we don’t have other pillows! It was definitely my last visit to this hotel
