Great place the rooms were really lovely and well appointed. We had still and sparkling water on tap. Parking was located in a building just across the road and there was a convenience store very close. We did not go to the restaurant but enjoyed some evening gins at the bar and good coffee in the evening. We would definitely stay again.

Well located boutique hotel within walking distance of all the sights in Freo. The free mini bar and evening drink was an added plus. The only thing missing was a swimming pool to jump in to after a day walking around in the heat.

The hotel is a heritage building, which was cleverly refurbished, the premium room we had was spacious and well designed, however it looked over the large town carpark. Thanks to the secondary glazing, this was not a problem noise-wise, but not a good view. The reception is very pokey and the bar next to it even smaller, too small for breakfast, which is odd, as there’s a large restaurant on the other side, which could easily be used for that purpose and to serve a better selection and cooked breakfast, instead of just a pastry and a coffee. Breakfast is only 8-9am and the young staff often arrived late, so we had to rush to be able to grab our coffee before starting our day. It’s really too late for people going on Rottnest Island or leaving early. The reception only opens at 9am! There was redecoration taking place in the reception and the main gate during our stay, no signs about fresh paint or warnings. It feels like the hotel is staffed by young, inexperienced people with no overall senior management. At reception we were given inaccurate or incomplete info about cycle hire and time of departure for Rottnest island, which meant we had to change our booking twice. Overall s nice stay, but would have preferred a hotel with better facilities, such as sone communal space at least, not to mention s gym or pool or somewhere to sit.

Clean, comfortable room with modern facilities which had been sensitively restored to retain plenty of character. Excellent central location and a short walk to most places you’d want to visit. We were right next to the Emily Turner restaurant but couldn’t hear any noise from the bedroom. Chilled still and sparkling water on tap, free drinks and snacks in the room and a free drink at the tiny Gimlet gin bar which was worthwhile visiting to try out the extensive selection of gins and get expert advice from the mixologists. Secure car parking is available but is limited so needs to be reserved in advance. Reception is housed in the newly opened Garde Hotel where the included breakfast is also served. Plenty of choice and a good start to the day - coffee, fresh fruit, granola, yoghurt, breads, juices, pasties etc. Barista coffees, tea and cooked items were available but chargeable. The only disappointment was the self-serve coffee machine - only one machine meant there was a queue at busy times and the taste couldn’t compare with the excellent coffees we’d had elsewhere during our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Easy to get secure parking spot near by arranged by Hotel at $30 per day, unlimited entry and exits. Organise it ahead of time. Had a charming and spacious room with terrace. Surprisingly quiet at night. Location could not be better. Friendly and casual staff, exactly what you want on a holiday. Excellent coffee.

We loved our 2 nights in this beautiful new hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet. There were plenty of dining options within walking distance and the markets were close by. Parking was also available in the public parking areas.

Loved this property. The minibar (included in price) was well stocked and loved the still and sparkling water on tap. The room was clean and comfortable though could be improved with a further window covering to provide more privacy without shutting out the light. Staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful.

早朝に到着したため、チェックインまで荷物を預かって頂きました。この日は大雨で、観光できる状態ではなくなったので、30分ほど早めにホテルへ。ずぶ濡れだったので、少し早めにチェックインさせてもらえることを期待していましたが、アーリーチェックインは難しかったです。 コテージの部屋は、フロントから屋根のない道を歩くので、部屋に行くのにも濡れるので雨の日は注意です。預けていた荷物は部屋に置いておいてもらえるかと思いきや、そのサービスはなかったです。 部屋は寒く、暖房に切り替えましたが、暖房の効きが悪く寒いままだったのが残念でした。床がやや汚かったり、コンクリート調の部分があり冷たかったので、スリッパがあったら嬉しかったです。 シャワー室は半オープンになっており、水が浸水しないよう気を使う必要がありました。 スタッフの方はとてもフレンドリーで、英語が未熟な私たちにも親切に接して頂き嬉しかったです。

Sleep wasn’t that great as bed linen average and curtains are either shut very dark or open and everyone can see in. Was interested in some of the history, but reception didn’t know anything. Room wasn’t explained and free mini bar was about 6 items. Water tap was lovely.

This property is in a fantastic location, in the heart of the Fremantle city. The design and vibe of the place was amazing and nothing like I’ve ever stayed at before.I stayed upstairs which had great terrace views. Includes mini bar was a massive bonus and bed was super comfy. The only down side was the loud banging and feet stomping from the floorboard in the rooms next door and below mine. Every time someone shut their door, it would shake the whole room while in bed. Service at the cafe downstairs during breakfast time was slow and they couldn’t remember my order after multiple reminders. Would still definitely stay here again

This is definitely a 10/10 place. Could be one of best place I’ve ever stayed. The service was great. The staffs were all very friendly. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was clean and they provided very high quality shampoo and body wash. Lastly, I love the history of this property. Highly recommend this Warders hotel. If you are visiting Perth, you should stay here rather than Perth City centre.

Hotel was amazing but sadly too close to a nightclub that went till 3.30 am in the morning followed by loud drunks outside and then street sweepers from 6am. Perfect for mid week stays but re-think weekends unless you choose W2 building.

A wonderful place to stay, beautifully designed and well located. We chose a Terrace Room, which was larger than it appeared in the photos and the mix of old and new was lovely. I also viewed the Gus Standard, which was again larger than it appeared in photos and would be a great choice. Comfortable bed with nice linen and three different settings to the shower was great. The included mini bar (mini bottle of wine, 2 beers, chocolate and chips) felt very generous. We also popped into Gimlet for the included G&T and left several cocktails later - great service and drinks! The included continental breakfast had great variety and was good quality fare. We received excellent service from the team at reception who were up for a chat and gave off a friendly 'home away from home' vibe. The precinct itself is excellent. Beautiful design, reasonably priced and definitely recommended. Our new go to in Freo for sure.

We also popped into Gimlet for the included G&T and left several cocktails later - great service and drinks! The included continental breakfast had great variety and was good quality fare. We received excellent service from the team at reception who were up for a chat and gave off a friendly 'home away from home' vibe. The precinct itself is excellent. Beautiful design, reasonably priced and definitely recommended. Our new go to in Freo for sure.

Lovely styled hotel room with great amenities. Close to everything Freo has to offer especially the markets. Next time we will ensure we are upstairs as the beautiful wooden floors weren't great for blocking out the noisy baby elephants stomping around above us at all hours! The main glass door into our room from the courtyard was plain offering little privacy when moving around our room from the toilet/bathroom to the bedroom. Perfectly suited to the uninhibited!

All the staff were very polite and helpful with any queries. The cottages are comfortable and well maintained. The only criticism I have is the bedside shelf is not of sufficient size to put a CPAP machine on so I had to improvise. Other than this all was good with the stay, continental breakfast was a little lacking for choice( we had stayed 4 nights in a Perth hotel and the continental breakfast had more choice) but ok.

This is a very comfortable hotel to stay in. I had a ground level room with courtyard. The complimentary breakfast and coffee was good. You choose from a lovely selection of warmed pastries that were delicious. The location is fantastic and the room was well appointed. My only comment would be around the staff, they were good but not as good as the rest of the experience. My check-in was not welcoming, almost that I was interrupting them which was weird based on such a lovely pre-check-in welcome email. The hotel is a heritage building, which was cleverly refurbished, the premium room we had was spacious and well designed, however it looked over the large town carpark. Thanks to the secondary glazing, this was not a problem noise-wise, but not a good view. The reception is very pokey and the bar next to it even smaller, too small for breakfast, which is odd, as there’s a large restaurant on the other side, which could easily be used for that purpose and to serve a better selection and cooked breakfast, instead of just a pastry and a coffee. Breakfast is only 8-9am and the young staff often arrived late, so we had to rush to be able to grab our coffee before starting our day. It’s really too late for people going on Rottnest Island or leaving early. The reception only opens at 9am! There was redecoration taking place in the reception and the main gate during our stay, no signs about fresh paint or warnings. It feels like the hotel is staffed by young, inexperienced people with no overall senior management. At reception we were given inaccurate or incomplete info about cycle hire and time of departure for Rottnest island, which meant we had to change our booking twice. Hotel was amazing but sadly too close to a nightclub that went till 3.30 am in the morning followed by loud drunks outside and then street sweepers from 6am. Perfect for mid week stays but re-think weekends unless you choose W2 building.

This hotel delivered a stay unlike many others by going beyond expectations in complimentary offers. Included was a welcome drink, all items in mini fridge and an amazing breakfast!! Automated floor to ceiling blinds added a fresh take on finishes which can be found throughout the room, the bath design finish was impressive... And finally I mention one of the best features I wish every hotel offered which was our floor had a water refill station offering both still and sparkling!! ❤️👏😊

Clean, comfortable room with modern facilities which had been sensitively restored to retain plenty of character. Excellent central location and a short walk to most places you’d want to visit. We were right next to the Emily Turner restaurant but couldn’t hear any noise from the bedroom. Chilled still and sparkling water on tap, free drinks and snacks in the room and a free drink at the tiny Gimlet gin bar which was worthwhile visiting to try out the extensive selection of gins and get expert advice from the mixologists. Secure car parking is available but is limited so needs to be reserved in advance. Reception is housed in the newly opened Garde Hotel where the included breakfast is also served. Plenty of choice and a good start to the day - coffee, fresh fruit, granola, yoghurt, breads, juices, pasties etc. Barista coffees, tea and cooked items were available but chargeable. The only disappointment was the self-serve coffee machine - only one machine meant there was a queue at busy times and the taste couldn’t compare with the excellent coffees we’d had elsewhere during our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.
