Clean, quiet, very good amenities. This place really impressed us - best hotel we've stayed at in years. Spacious room and bathroom, larger than average fridge, with freezer (a step above the tiny 'college dorm fridge' you more often see), large microwave (like your home has), comfortable bed. Good room layout, everything in great working order. Only reason not the highest mark available is the stuffy elevator (lack of ventilation/AC) and average breakfast. Still very worthwhile, will stay here again.

Very modernized hotel. Room was incredibly clean with comfortable mattress and nice cozy bathroom. Room had refrigerator, sink, microwave and dishwasher and appeared to be new appliances. Pool looks amazing and the gym looks like a health club inside. Very nice hotel overall. Will be staying there again in a couple of weeks.

Very nice location. Very clean Friendlynstaff They were repaving the parking lot and accomidated guest and helped them park in locations usually not allowed, due to them nit having half the parking available. Very clean pool. Did i mention nice and helpful staff?!

The bellboys and cafe staff were very kind and lovely, but the staff at the front desk in the afternoon were extremely unfriendly. I regret not noting down their name. After finishing my day, I returned to the hotel around 5 PM and tried to open my room door, but it wouldn't unlock. I went to the front desk to exchange the key, but even after the exchange, the door still wouldn't open. I went back to the front desk, and they explained that the door lock needed a battery recharge and said they would send an engineer to my room. After waiting for over 20 minutes and no one showing up, I asked again and was told they’d come soon. I waited longer, but no one came, so I inquired again. This time, they said they had recorded the wrong room number, despite already having confirmed the room number during the name verification process. When I complained, instead of apologizing, they responded with "anyone can make mistakes," which made me feel extremely upset. The cleanliness of the room was also disappointing: I found red lipstick stains on the replaced towels, and the replaced water bottles were already opened and filled with used water. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I have no intention of visiting again.

This is the 2nd home 2 home I've been at that I have been bit by fleas, didn't experience the last few times but wow 2 different locations and sane problem fleas, can't relax on sofa when getting bit by fleas. Very sad coming from a Hilton property or partner. The fleas are makingvthe stay miserable.

I loved our suite at the hotel. It was comfortable, clean and very bright, - modern and stylish, not your usual dark boring room. The kitchenette was a nice touch, Breakfast downstairs was excellent and staff couldn’t have been nicer. The pool area was great! We would definitely stay at this hotel group again.

New hotel so condition is excellent. Stayed in king bed suite. Had full size comfy pull out couch and very comfortable bed. Large fridge, full size dishwasher, powerful and large microwave. Pretty much any kitchen cooking utensil/item needed to cook was in room. You can even request a counter cooktop to have a full kitchen experience. Large tv that can swivel between bed viewing and kitchen/dining viewing. Microwave fan drowned out any outside noise (if there was any). Powerful ac that can go loooowwww temp. Good free breakfast. Free parking. Close to Miller’s Ale House. Didn’t use pool or fitness center but both looked nice. Loved the body wash. Only minor thing was that I wished it had an amplified makeup mirror in the bathroom and that’s definitely a minor thing. If you’re seeing a concert at The Ranch venue, I’d stay here.

Everything was good until our second to last night. We booked Friday to Friday and on Thursday when we got back to our room we were expecting our room to be clean because they clean every other day but we were not happy to come back late to a room that was not clean. We need to take showers and had no clean towels. Took towels off a passing maid in the morning of check out. When a made a comment a check out I was completely dismissed and did not really care about my opinion. Just told me to have a safe flight. I don't know if it was because we booked through a third party and they saw that but was really disappointed at how our vacation ended because the rest of the time it was great.

Did not care for style of breakfast items, premade no flexibility for people who don’t like eggs. Room was nice, clean, very comfortable bed. Coffee was good. Hotel smelled very well clean. Staff was excellent, friendly, helpful and would definitely recommend this hotel.
