There was no elevator and the ice machines d didn't work nor the vending machine so i couldn't get anything to drink it was terrible

I didn’t like the fact that there were no luggage carts & had to make several trips back & forth from my car. The breakfast was wonderful.

I stayed here for an overnight stop during my long drive and no doubt that it was a good choice. It's located in a quiet area. Rooms were well-maintained, with ample on-site parking and breakfast included. All good!

This place was really nice The staff was friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable Parking was the only issue as they were at capacity and I almost had to park in a nearby walmart unitl I found someone leaving.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable! Laundry facility on site was a huge plus for an extended trip. The breakfast was simple, but enough variety to choose from. I would definitely use this place again if I’m in the area again! My only “complaint” was the WiFi was down for at least 3 days of our week long stay. Still, it had everything I needed!

The online check-in process was very nice. The front desk staff were not very professional or helpful. I called the front desk to ask what time the pool opened in the morning and the response I received was, "I'm not sure because I never work the morning shift". The room itself was to be expected for a Super 8 motel; stuffy with zero water pressure in the shower. Speaking of the bathroom, the exhaust fan had quite a bit of dust buildup. There was also quite a bit of dust and debris underneath the chair cushion and the spots on the floor where the bedframe met the floor, as if someone hadn't taken a vacuum hose to that spot in a few months. If you're looking for a spot to rest your head and absolutely nothing else, then this place is worth the price. Otherwise, it's worth the extra cost to pay for the nice accommodations next door.

Parking was basically a joke. 60+ rooms and only about 30 spots?!?! We arrived later, but had several trucks with trailers parked across 4-5 spots! Was even a semi parked there RIGHT BESIDE SIGN THAT SAID NO SEMIS!! Most all other hotels I've stayed at have specific parking for trailers and bigger trucks. Not to mention there was plenty of parking across street for them. I was originally told I would have to park in restaurant parking across the street with my truck, but ended up finding a spot after someone left luckily. That was biggest issue here, especially when there was plenty of land to expand.

Room was clean and quiet, even for being near the highway, but traffic noise was minimal, no honking, sirens, at all, just vehicles going by. Breakfast included was good--only apples for fresh fruit, but juice was available, especially liked the gravy for the biscuits, but had to warm biscuits in microwave first because they came out of frig so were cold. Ice maker was not working, outside doors did not open with key card, had to come through office, laundry was not working (not a problem for us since we were just there one night). Staff was friendly and provided ice for us on request. Do not like the automatic $1 fee (plus tax) for the safe we did not use though. Perkins restaurant was easy walk from property and good food.

If you get there later in the day you may not get a place to park. There was one spot left when we arrived.

My bed had bed bugs got bites from them i had leave my room cuz of them . I had to sleep in my vehicle becuase .

Clean room friendly fast service

This property is easy to locate and affordable. The room was SO CLEAN! Staff was also nice.

The staff at this location were truly exceptional (possibly the best hotel team we’ve ever encountered). Every interaction was warm, genuine, and personal; they greeted us by name and made us feel sincerely welcome. Unfortunately, the room itself told a very different story. Room 100 had an overpowering stench that’s hard to describe...a heavy, chemical-like odor that seemed intended to mask something unpleasant but instead made the air nearly unbreathable. Three days later, I can still smell it. The odor permeated everything: our clothes, my skin, even my CPAP machine. I had to replace my filters (over $100), and the scent still lingers faintly inside the device. The bathroom showed clear signs of neglect. The shower grout was crumbling, and visible mold had taken hold both in the corners and around the shower. The floor tiles inside the bathroom were beginning to lift as well. While there was a faint smell in the hallway, the intensity in our room was something else entirely. We didn’t report the issue that night because we assumed all rooms might be the same, but in hindsight, I wish we had. The staff truly deserve praise, they were outstanding, but management needs to address the serious maintenance and odor problems in Room 100 immediately. I cannot recommend staying in that particular room until it’s been properly remediated.

Its been years since I was on the road and stayed at a Super 8. This property has a most amazing housekeeping staff compared to any witnessed in my last 5 years of hotel stays! The cleanliness here is outstanding! Thank you all; from Front Desk, Breakfast, Housekeeping and Maintenance for you dedication to making this an exception property to visit. We will most definitely be back to enjoy this Super 8.

Hotel was dirty. Stayed 3 nights and room never cleaned. Vending machine was out of water. Desk clerk told us to go gas station for water. It was midnight. Won't stay there again.

Samantha at the front desk was amazing. So friendly and helpful. Dislike my room was not cleaned on a daily basis. Only once in a week was the room cleaned and bed made. Last night stay room next to me was extremely loud.

The room was actually clean, which is rare in the hotel industry. The sheets were cotton, not that horrible polyester. The staff was friendly. We had a very good experience! The only negative was the highway noise.

It was a nice place to stay. The biggest complaint we have is the pillows on the bed- they were actually 4 throw pillows🙄 not actual pillows. They were horrible!

I was in town to run a race. The location was very convenient. The room was better than I expected for the price. The bed was comfortable. There was some traffic noise, but this was expected with the proximity to the highway. It did not disrupt my sleep. The only thing that made it less than perfect was the height of the showerhead. I am over six feet tall so this is a common problem in hotels. It was certainly not the lowest showerhead I've encountered. I would stay here again.

Staff was accommodating. Bed was very comfortable. Room was reasonably quiet except for the a/c. Very dissatisfied with the TV..too few channels, remote was not working properly, and there was no station guide in the room. Definitely worth the short drive from Olathe or even KC for a reasonably priced room. If you want soda, bring it with you, vending machine is very temperamental. No maid service during 2 might stay, but they may have provided upon request..not sure. I would stay again.

The room was super big and clean. The beds were comfy and we appreciated the continental breakfast. We had lots of dining options close by. The best part was a 4 minute drive to our volleyball venue!

Beds extremely comfortable

Property was clean however it is dated. Mini split in the room was extremely loud so everytime it kicked on it woke me up.

Waffles and coffee are always a welcome part of a hotel breakfast. We got 2 king deluxe rooms for our family. My hubby loved the Jacuzzi tub and I loved how comfortable the bed was.

For a super 8, its clean & has oversize bathtubs & a killer bed. Wow the bed is nice

I reserved a room for one night only to be told on the way down to the hotel that they had messed up my reservation and I wasn’t going to be able to sleep there. Terrible service, and they were not helpful at all. STAY AWAY

When I got there Friday afternoon the lady said my reservation had cancel by a third party. Well this a nightmare for,I give her a phone number and she call a fix my problem. Well I was thankful and relief,

I was disappointed when we came back to our room to find my personal belongings had been gone through. I zipped up everything before leaving for the day. My bags had been opened and gone through. When I mentioned it to staff they didn’t seem shocked or to really care.

We reserved a 'king suite' for our baby to sleep undisturbed from tv etc. when we checked in we were given what was advertised on the website as the 'deluxe king'. When we asked the front desk, the lady told us we were in a suite and wouldn't offer any assistance all while continuing to text on her cell phone.

A person, it would be hard pressed to find a better hotel. Everything was easy and carefree from the very beginning. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and made check-in painless, the rates that they charge do not cover the amenities that they have. It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in

Checking in ahead of time on the phone is nice, speeding up the process once we got there. My only complaint is the service. Person checking me in was nice and gave good instructions and information, however it sounded like she either had someone on her speaker phone on her cell or was on FaceTime. I don’t want people hearing my business and you are at work. Take some pride in your job. Otherwise the hotel itself was clean and quiet.

I received a call telling me my reservation was being cancelled because they over booked. They claimed Expedia and there computer systems were not communicating with each other. I called back to ask why my reservation was being cancelled when I placed the reservation 2 months earlier and had received a confirmation a few days ago. When I asked what they were doing to accommodate the rest of the people attending the wedding. Once I mentioned wedding everything changed and they were able to accommodate my reservation. Then when I checked in they only charged me for one night when I booked two, so back to the counter I went. Finally got the room I reserved. The next morning I went down for the continental breakfast only to find biscuits with no gravy, bagels with no cream cheese or peanut butter. Everything else was gone. Breakfast was supposed to be served from 6:00 to 10:00 on weekends. I arrived at 7:30 with very little left and was told they ran out. Knowing they had every room booked I found it ridiculous they did not plan for the number of guests they had.

convenient to shopping and freeway

It was clean, quiet, good breakfast, close to where we were visiting, and most of all it was very, very inexpensive compared to surrounding accomodations.

Nice facility, close to highway

Really liked how close and conveient this Super 8 hotel was in relation to I- 35 interstate. I drove down from Des Moines, Iowa to attend a family wedding and my stay here worked out perfectly. Thank you. Sincerely, Tommy Rea

Very good stay! Hotel is clean and provides fast service. Not far from Kansas City and many dining options in Gardner. Hotel is not far from the best BBQ place in the KC area: K&M Bar-B-Q in Spring Hill.

I liked this place very much. It's close to restaurants, the highway, and to a big event at the time.

The room was very nice and the staff was friendly! Very quit stay even on a graduation weekend! There is a Walmart as well as eating and coffee place near by. Even though it was close to the interstate we never really heard the traffic and it made it convenient for travel!

The breakfast was horrible. Waffle mix was watery. Gravy tasted soured.
