Staff was fantastic. A lot of airline crew arrived at check in which to me means they stay often at this chain. Bed was comfortable. The back door to the parking lot was broken and didn’t close all the way so I was a bit concerned with security but I had no issues. Property could use some basic maintenance but overall it was a good stay.

Staff are super friendly and helpful, room was very clean, breakfast was good, fresh coffee and tea stocked in the lounge all day! Excellent stay and highly recommend! Only complaint is parking isn’t as abundant as expected.

Door kept getting stuck on the carpet making it difficult to get into the room. Got in the shower and after about a min had no hot water for the rest of the shower. Had to get to work so had to take a cold shower. It was 34 degrees outside and had to take a cold shower. Went to make coffee and only had decaffinated. Had to hurry and get ready and go downstairs just so that i could have coffee while getting ready. Staff was vwry friendly at check in

Very nice but there is not enough light in the rooms. It was hard to find switches for lights next to the bed and we never found how to turn on 2 of the wall lights. Very dim throughout.

But i still think it is more than worth a stay as it is still close to downtown Conway, airport, The Market Commons etc. You will also need to order dinner for delivery if you can't go out. My wish: water in the room. Dinner served onsite or options to buy something other than salty snacks.

Great stay for a long weekend to visit friends. Our flight was delayed and we arrived around 2am. We ere greeted by Tammy. She was absolutely delightful and obviously lives her job! She couldn’t have been more helpful. Tammy finished her night shift and stayed to help with breakfast a couple days we were there! Says a lot about a company when your employees are happy! Clean and convenient, too! Will stay again!

Staff were amazing. They checked the waffle batter for dairy because I have an allergy. I am also a partial paraplegic and am about 3 1/2 feet tall in my chair. They opened doors helped me unpack and reach the extra pillow from the cabinet. I felt so welcomed

The front desk staff at check in (Quisha) was phenomenal! The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds ever which was great. We did have a leak in the bathroom shower, but the staff took care of it right away. Internet was spotty due to construction outside. Will stay here again for all future Conway Trips to visit CCU.

I really like this hotel but I would like to complain about the racist attitude of the hotel staff towards me because I am Asian. I know my English is not good but I do not think the hotel staff has the right to shout at me. I hope that the hotel will take action to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and with respect. Although we did not get the type of room we reserved, the staff was polite and found us an alternative. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable! Breakfast in the mornings we were there was fantastic! My compliments to the kitchen staff!

We like the fact that we are close to CCU for parents weekend. It does appear that they increase the room prices significantly for this weekend which is unfortunate The pillows are awful - they do nothing for you. The mattresses are not comfortable. This is our second stay - with making reservations no the in advance - and when we check in there are always issues with our reservation - despite us supplying our confirmation informations.
