Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten sind bequem und es ist ruhig, so dass wir gut schlafen konnten. Das Parken ist gut organisiert. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz reserviert und wurden vom Personal mit einem PKW dorthin gebracht. Das Frühstück hielt für jeden etwas bereit. Frisches Obst und Gemüse genauso wie Rühreier und Müsli. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich perfekt. Man geht raus und steht mitten in der Stadt. Klare Empfehlung!

Fint välskött hotell centralt beläget. Stort rum med bra sängar och stor funktionell dusch. Omfattande frukost. Vi fick bra parkering för 10 euro per natt men begränsat antal platser. Krångligt att köra in i gamla stadskärnan med spärrzoner och sms-koder för tillgänglighet.

Tolles Wohlfühlhotel mitten im Zentrum und dennoch ruhig. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und im sehr guten Zustand. Die tägliche Reinigung war perfekt. Auch die Reservierung des Hotelparkplatzes hat sehr gut funktioniert. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Es war bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Hotel Romance.

Bonito hotel muito bem localizado no região pedonal de Karlovy Vary. Tivemos dificuldade em chegar ao hotel pois cerca de 120 metros do hotel há cones na passagem da rua que só podem ser abertos pelo hotel. Desta forma você tem de ter o telefone do hotel e ligar para eles abaixarem os cones. Infelizmente essa informação poderia ter sido comunicado por email previamente e evitaria dificuldades na chegada ao hotel. Após check in será informado para onde você levará o carro, no nosso caso morro acima até a rua atrás do hotel. O atendimento dos funcionários tanto no check in , check out e restaurante foi muito gentil, parabenizando a equipe. Ficamos num quarto muito espaçoso de frente no quarto andar com bom acesso por dois elevadores. Boa cama, travesseiros muito baixos, roupa de cama muito boa. Chaleira, frigobar. TV precisa atualização com aplicativos. Banheiro ok com boa climatização. Boa internet. Bom café da manhã especialmente no primeiro dia de nossa estadia (sábado) . No domingo estava muito movimentado e com menor oferta de alguns itens. O restaurante é muito bom. A cidade é muito bonita e o hotel é uma excelente opção para uma boa estadia.

Hotel Romance andas anor och värdighet. Servicen är fantastisk. Rent och snyggt. Hotellet känns autentiskt och välvilligt. Även om hotellet inte är toppmodernt har det vårdats på ett fint sätt. Frukosten var otroligt fin och den avnjut i en avslappnad miljö. Personalen var underbar. Läget mitt i centrum var uppskattat.

We had one of the best experiences while staying at the Romance hotel! Excellent hospitality! Housekeeping provided exceptional service. The location was great and within the close proximity to various restaurants and shopping options. Highly recommend this place!

Wir waren als Familie über Weihnachten dort. Die Zimmer und das komplette Hotel sind sehr Chic und sauber. Man kann dieses wunderbare Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist top, direkt in der Altstadt gelegen. Beim Frühstück blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, dass Frühstück ist hervorragend, sehr abwechslungsreich. Auch das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr lecker. Unser Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem dem Bad würde eine Renovierung gut tun.
Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, dass Frühstück ist hervorragend, sehr abwechslungsreich. Auch das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr lecker. Unser Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem dem Bad würde eine Renovierung gut tun.

Amazing hotel. Beautiful and very spacious room. Very friendly staff and 24 hour reception. Excellent breakfast, delicious! The location is just perfect, right in the middle of the city center. I would totally come back to this hotel.

The location was very central to everything in the town. We arrived by bus, it was about a 20 minute walk along the river, quite lovely even on a drizzly day. The check-in (and out) with Tereza was simple and she was very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, a nice closet with hangers and a safe. Also a full length mirror. The bedroom is a good size for two people and their luggage. The bed is firm, but I found it comfortable. The bathroom is roomy enough for toiletry items and to get ready make-up wise (including a close-up mirror). The lighting is good and after the incredible shower with amazing water pressure, I found that the large mirror is anti-fogging. The breakfast is truly a big fat five stars for a hotel buffet. Varied each morning, it had many options of fruit, veggies, meats, cheeses, breads, eggs and a variety of little breakfast hors d'oeuvres. Delicious! The breakfast staff was also very nice. I highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.

Hotellet har en rigtig fin beliggenhed, alsidig morgenmad og venligt personale. Vi bestilte et Economy værelse, hvor vinduerne desværre vendte ud mod en slags ‘skakt’ (ikke affald) men med nærmest ingen lys og ringe mulighed for udluftning. Derudover var sengene virkelig hårde og puderne elendige.

An IDEAL location!!! I could walk anywhere and felt like i was in the middle of it all, yet my room was perfectly quiet. The bed was super comfortable, very nice bathroom with a great soaking tub and fantastic view from my window. The breakfast was substantial. We had a wonderful stay!

The location was very central to everything in the town. We arrived by bus, it was about a 20 minute walk along the river, quite lovely even on a drizzly day. The check-in (and out) with Tereza was simple and she was very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, a nice closet with hangers and a safe. Also a full length mirror. The bedroom is a good size for two people and their luggage. The bed is firm, but I found it comfortable. The bathroom is roomy enough for toiletry items and to get ready make-up wise (including a close-up mirror). The lighting is good and after the incredible shower with amazing water pressure, I found that the large mirror is anti-fogging. The breakfast is truly a big fat five stars for a hotel buffet. Hotel romance was a wonderful place to stay in Karlovy Vary. It was a little difficult to get there from the train station as you had to take a bus and then walk down to the hotel. Apple Maps gave us the wrong directions, and we climbed a huge set of stairs and then walk down the street to the same place. However, after getting their list, app could not have been nicer. The breakfast food was delicious and I had a wonderful massage.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Location was perfect, right next to the main shopping area. Attached restaurant was delicious and a decent price. We took the bus up from Prague (about 2 hours) and walked to the hotel (about 15 minutes) all flat and easy to navigate. Fully recommended!!

An IDEAL location!!! I could walk anywhere and felt like i was in the middle of it all, yet my room was perfectly quiet. The bed was super comfortable, very nice bathroom with a great soaking tub and fantastic view from my window. The breakfast was substantial. We had a wonderful stay!
