Guest reviews

What guests think

AI-generated summary based on recent guest reviews

At ibis Bridgwater, M5 Jct23, reviewers consistently praise the friendly, helpful team and convenient location off the M5, while feedback on the industrial-style rooms is divided, with some finding them modern and comfortable and others stark or chilly. Cleanliness is often rated highly, but a number of guests reported issues such as mould, hair, or maintenance oversights in bathrooms. Breakfast and dining draw mixed comments, from very good to short-staffed with items running out, and several guests felt bar/restaurant prices were high. A recurring frustration is the on-site parking fee, and some mention traffic noise or sealed windows affecting comfort. Overall, it suits short, budget-friendly stopovers.

This Ibis whilst in the middle of an industrial estate is ideally located and convenient for a stop-off stay. The hotel is clean, modern and breakfast was excellent. We had our evening meal there and again food was fabulous. The staff were especially helpful and friendly, especially Joel, who was fantastic. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if needed a stop off stay.

Ultra modern but very comfortable and spacious rooms, lovely bathroom. Great to have lemon water available in foyer for guests . Breakfast good too. Food quickly replaced in the breakfast buffet as it ran out. Good atmosphere in bar and quirky design, very comfortable. Could do with better instructions for air con as windows dont open even an inch, but everything else wonderful. And a grab rail in shower would be great.
