The Kent was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The employee working the check-in was incredibly welcoming and made sure we understood all of the nuances of the location. I had never been to this property in its prior incarnation, but the renovation looks to have been thorough and done with a lot of thought. The room was clean, bright, and comfortable. The balcony was a wonderful place to have my morning coffee. The location is so quiet and relaxing. The pantry is a great amenity and has nearly anything you would want from plates and silverware to coffee and tea. The same woman handled our checkout and was just as pleasant as before. We grabbed a quick breakfast in the cafe before leaving which was also very good. The only thing I would change is putting a second garbage can in the room for convenience when having snacks or cleaning up before leaving.

It is a no contact room access was prompt and cordial. Very quiet location about 15 minutes from Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-lake. Too bad we were there too early in the spring and the week as we could not enjoy the lounge. Lovely quiet stay.
