This hotel saved our vacation in the area. We had to cancel another reservation at a terrible cabin. Great staff, newer and clean hotel for the area. The only thing I would recommend to the hotel is to heat the indoor pool. Had a great time their.

Stayed for one night while passing through. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Check-in was smooth, and the room was comfortable. The only downside was the pool—it was freezing! Would have been nice if it was warmer. Other than that, a solid stay for a quick stop. Would consider staying again!

For a new hotel it seemed to be run down a little already, couldnt go in the front door, one of the elevators was down. The floor in the shower was all scuffed up.

Stayed here for Bonnaroo and was super happy with our experience. Room was comfortable, staff was VERY kind and helpful. Always had a good parking spot. Will definitely book here again.

This hotel was fine for sleeping and had a great breakfast with a cozy dining room. It was quiet and safe. The only negative was the swimming pool … it would be hard to stay with kids there because all they want to do is swim … and the water is kept very very cold ! If you are going to advertise and have a pool. you really need to keep the pool warm enough for kids to use it

We got there late and left early the next morning so we don’t know if the WiFi worked well and didn’t check out the common areas of the hotel. The room was clean and quiet, parking was easy, and breakfast was adequate.

Elevator out of order and when I asked for a room on 1st fl, was told none was available. I said that will not due because my wife is handicapped with two bad legs and a heart condition. Receptionist said, in a matter of fact attitude, that there was nothing she could do. When I began to ask for options, she repeated there was nothing she could do and do I want the second or third floor. I became angry and told her I did not appreciate her attitude and what would she do if she had a family with this handicap. She only repeated what do you want me to do there is nothing I can do for you. Long story short, we did not visit the city as expected and my wife walked up the 27 steps to get to the second floor. Did not pick the 3rd floor as suggested by your receptionist. Training or re-training is needed for that staff member.

The property itself is beautiful however, the shower to my room was not cleaned properly at all. Still had dirt & soap scum on the walls. Room 214. The bathroom truly needs more cleaning especially the few dirt marks on the floors & around the toilet. That made me feel the rooms are not cleaned properly. Called front desk several times and went down no one at desk. I finally gave up. The rest of the room was nice & nicely decorated. Please know they allow animals and woke up at 5am to two dogs barking both Friday & Saturday morning.

We really enjoyed our stay there. The place was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was wonderful, and the room darkening blinds made sleeping easy. Will definitely be back at that hotel if we are in that area again

Husband and I just passing through. Stayed one night. Nice staff. Bed was comfortable. Shower had some mold and needed a good scrub. Breakfast was a bit lacking. Overall not bad.

Place was absolutely filthy. Our room had pubic hair and stains all over bed I asked for new room and it was even worse so asked for another room and same thing. Will never stay here again or recommend anyone to do so. Staff was horrible in addressing the issue. Last thing I wanted to do is room search after driving 14 hours and couldn’t get a refund.

cockroach ..was told they were coming in because they were cutting trees down.... and he told me.no big deal breakfast was not good. at all. got locked out of room twice becauelse he put we were staying for one night.

While the front desk feels somewhat inviting, the room was not. It was not cleaned properly. Needed vacuuming and you could tell the floors weren’t cleaned in the bathroom. I also had to clean the night stand and desk as there were soda stains from the previous guest. Hopefully the sheets were changed and the beds were not just made with dirty linens.

Very clean room. The whole hotel was clean and fresh smelling. Very well taken care of. My only complainr would be the bathroom mirror is the type with lighting around the edges. They do not produce enough light for your use.

The WiFi does not work. Television selection is very limited. The security lock on the room door does not work. Staff seems unable to solve any problems with the room. I would not recommend this hotel and I would be very reluctant to stay at any La Quinta outlets in the future.

I booked a 1 King size bedroom for 3 people and expected a role away bed in the room. However, the room didn’t have a role away bed and my son who is 5’ 8” couldn’t fit in the length of the sofa. He had to sleep on a tiny sofa and make use of a foot rest to extend the sofa. The hotel manager said that it is an Expedia issue for me to resolve. I am not sure whose issue this is but the room is good for only 2 people and not 3.

Expedia advertised that the room would sleep 5, so I thought there would be a sofa, but there wasn’t. There was not even a cot available. Other than that, the room was wonderful! Clean and spacious with 4 pillows per Queen bed. Fridge, ironing board, iron, 2 dressers with large drawers,blow dryer, plenty of towels, extra reading lights for each bed wall plugs at bedside table level and extra plugs available on the clock. Easily accommodated everyone’s phones and devices.

I am picky ok? Just gonna say that. I loved this hotel, it's new. The only thing that sucked was that we could hear the people in the bedroom above us talking...they gotta work on that. Other than that, it was great!!!! Super clean and modern.

Property is kind of off by itself next to other hotels, but this is preferable rather than be on top of the busy street considering this is an area where everything is easily in driving distance. Staff all were kind. Breakfast options were limited but always stocked and seemed fresh. Rooms clean and nice. Only complaint, not a smart tv in the room. But I wouldn’t call that a deal breaker.

Hotel was nice and updated. Only complaint was that we were told the room would hold 5 people, but there was not a sleeper sofa or anything for the 5th person. There may have been a roll-a-way bed option but we arrived so late I didn't want to bother staff with getting one. Nor did I know if there was really room for it. Otherwise, beds were comfortable and everything was clean . Front desk lady was friendly and quick.

AFTER A TWO HOUR TRAFFIC JAM IN CHATT TN WE ARIVED AT THE LA QUITA AT AROUND 2:15 THE DESK CLERK WOULD NOT LET US CHECK IN UNTIL 3:00PM. THERE WASN'T ANOTHER CAR IN THE PARKING LOT. SHE HAD TO HAVE AT LEAST 1 ROOM CLEAN. SHE WAS VERY RUDE AN ABUSIVE... I ASK HER NAME AND SHE WOULD ONLY GIVE ME JAYNE. NEVER AGAIN. THE MOTEL WAS FINE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS POOR.

Due to airline delays, it was well past 3 in the morning before we arrived and Jennifer was waiting and ready for us. Check in was a breeze and the entire staff made sure all of our needs were met. They went above and beyond my expectations.

Meets expectations- had a pleasant stay as the place is nice and clean with no disturbance. Breakfast included is adequate. Able to checkin about half hour earlier than scheduled time upon request with no addon fees, which is great. Wish the check out also can be little late but we understand 11am is general industry standard. Plenty of parking available and Starbucks is right next to it. Close to I24 exit so location is convenient

We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were amazing and made us feel like we had known them our entire lives. The hotel was up to date, clean and accommodating with all of our request. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Chattanooga and or Nashville because it is located between the two.

This is a great motel. We have stayed here several times and will continue to make it our place of choice in Manchester, TN. The front desk is always very helpful and friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the area is nice and quiet. It is very close to the highway but you never hear any noise. Breakfast was excellent (great coffee).

Breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about, but they rarely are. Had waffles, sausage, hash browns, all the usual options. Staff were always helpful & the room was comfortable. I will say at home La Quintas are often quite run down, so I was pleasantly surprised by this stay.
