Originally booked mobile access room but needed to change departure date by from the 5th to the 4 but It wouldn’t let me keep the same room so opted for hearing accessible room as it listed handicap bathroom …it did NOT have HC BR. I was in so much pain I just wanted to lay down so I did not contact front desk about this. Ice machine was not turned on and we waited 1 1/2 hrs for machine to make ice and finally called front desk and a very nice person brought us ice. When we had called before they just said they didn’t have any other ice machines to get ice from. The room was very clean and bed was comfy. HC parking was not convenient and twice we encountered pick up trucks backed in to regular parking spot next to ours with the trucks backend over the sidewalk and we couldn’t get wheelchair around them.

The room was one of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in. It had so many amenities for an affordable price. It's one of the only hotels that accepts both cats and dogs. Perfect for a family trip. It has a stove top and a full-sized refrigerator! It does not have any utensils or pots and pans but it's right across the street from Walmart so you can get anything you need. The only thing I wish it had was a pool

My Place succeeds where other suites fail! Most notably, a regular-sized, usable trash can in the kitchen area of the room. I can't tell you how tired I am of hotels that offer livable suites with kitchenettes, and yet have a single trash can the size of a lunchbox in the room. Everything was immaculate. Nice spacious shower, well-stocked, full-size fridge!

Room was clean and stuffed with amenities, including an electric cooktop, kitchenette sink and full sized fridge. The hotel was very clean and didnt have any weird smells. My only gripe is that at the price i paid, i somewhat expected an included breakfast. Sadly, they only offer a selection of frozen breakfast items delivered to your room for an additonal charge. The front desk clerks i experienced were exceptionally nice and outgoing.

Super friendly, helpful staff. Nice, large rooms. I particularly liked the recliner. Too often I end up either sitting on the bed or in a straight back desk chair. The recliner was s super addition making the stay comfortable. Great kitchenette area for those staying more than one night. Very clean. Very quiet.

Room was very clean and well equipped. Issues I had was my key cards quit working after 1 day even though I had reserved 2 days. The Air Conditioner was loud as was the refrigerator. Other than that the room was quiet, no traffic noise or noise from the hall. Would visit again as I think the refrigerator and A/C was unique to this room

Was there at 3:45 to check in. Was told rooms were still being cleaned. Tje lobby and guest lounge was completely full of people waiting for rooms. Had a concert to go to near the hotel that started at 6:30 and didn’t even get into the room until 6:30. Missed the first act completely! Very unorganized staff. It was beyond frustrating!!

We had to change the date of our stay at the last minute. Hotels.com didn't help us at all. Nothing but robots that couldn't help us. But we called the hotel and they were very accommodating and helped us in ways that were very difficult for them, but they were fantastic the whole time and met our needs. I would stay there again in a heartbeat, but I would book directly through them and not through hotels.com

We checked in (2 hours early), but when we got to our room it was totally unmade. The supervisor or manager got right after it, and immediately found us another room, apologized profusely, then offered us anything we needed in the lobby for nothing! It was an honest mistake and we were 2 hours before stated check-in, but she still went above and beyond. The rooms in this hotel have a partial kitchen, but when we looked for a knife to cut a line, we found there we no cooking or eating materials. I went down to the breakfast area to find a plastic knife and there were none, but I did find a table knife for sale in the lobby along with other cooking and eating materials for sale. I took advantage of the supervisors earlier offer about anything we needed for free, and picked up the $1.50 knife for nothing. It would be helpful to understand beforehand that the kitchen is not equipped. Seems odd to offer a kitchen with no cooking or eating materials. I also learned there is no breakfast provided, but that was a miss on my part. The hotel is in short walking distance to the Ford Center (just across the parking lot), and that was so convenient. If I go to another event at the Ford Center, I’d likely stay in this hotel again, but would come prepared.

Waited quite some time at the front desk for someone to show up to check me in when they finally did arrive there was no apology for the wait and was not very friendly. When I checked out, I requested a receipt. The person told me that because I booked through Hotels.com I would have to get a receipt from them. I have always gotten a receipt from the person at the desk and I am still waiting for a receipt for my stay. The toilet paper had not been replenished but housekeeping in the hallway provided a roll Otherwise the hotel is very neat and clean. Nice location.

Very clean! Beds super comfortable. Roomy & nice to have kitchenette. Mike was helpful on the phone the morning of 5/20. The receptionist who checked us in a bit early that afternoon was not. The evening receptionist was lovely. Would have given a perfect 5 all around had it not been for the one mid-afternoon front desk person.

The room was everything you would hope for! Clean, comfy beds and pillows, the full kitchen with ice maker was nice to have but the location was our biggest seller. We chose this location because it is across the parking lot from the Idaho Center and it was so worth it! Our event had a lightning intermission and we were able to wait it out in the comfort and safety of our hotel room instead of our car. We will choose this hotel whenever we return!

This place was great. Clean, roomy and comfortable with good AC. Our only disappointment was I thought we got breakfast but I must have read something wrong. There’s a kitchen area in the room to make your own though. It is super close to an events venue and would be worth staying there if you were attending anything there!

The amenities at this location were on the slightly less cheap side of the Hotel Chain business, but it sure wasn't 'high class'. Easily a 3 Star Hotel. The only down side was there was no continental breakfast. Yet for some reason, the rooms all have a functional kitchen, stove included. I don't know many people who travel with pots/pans and canned or frozen meals. Seems like a waste to me. If anyone from corporate reads this, get rid of the 'kitchen' and provide a 'Continental Breakfast' option instead. Of the 4 places I stayed, this was the closest to the asking price, but still far to expensive. Lower the price of admission and provide free breakfast, and I'd give this a 4 star. Until then, it is what it is. Average at best, when it comes to corporate hotel chains.

It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet. While we were there (1 night) they did not have a continental breakfast. But had a choice of 3 items to get for like $7. I didnt mind because of the cheaper nightly rate. We would definitely stay again! 😊👍again!
