The apartment is right in the centre of Old town. Walking distance to most of the major attractions. Shower cubicle needs better cleaning especially at the corners. Mildew was growing. Only thing was, we wished there were some tea towels. But a large roll of kitchen paper did the job. Generally clean and comfortable. Oh there was no English speaking TV channels. Washing machine was useful. We will stay there again if we go back to Zaragoza.

The hotel is very well located in the casco histórico of Zaragoza. The bedroom are wisely situated at the rear of the hotel, away for the street so they are quiet. That was useful since we were there the night Spain won the World Cup! The rooms are pretty spacious, which was a nice change from our previous accommodation. The rooms are well stocked as well. Enough toilet paper and paper towels to live for several days. Nice. Not all apart-hotels do that. My one real complaint was that the air conditioning was set to 26 degrees Celsius (79F) and I wanted to lower it since it was very hot and humid outside. I lowered the setting to 21 degrees and nothing happened. I wrote to the support service (there are no on-site staff) and they replied that I should do precisely what I had already done to lower the thermostat. I told them that I had already done that and it still isn't lowering the temperature. And... they failed to reply. They just went dark on me. That's not really acceptable. I am pretty sure these new "no-staff" hotels won't last. Or maybe some will hang on until they can afford AI robots to work on-site. Who knows. Ah, the modern world.

This was a one bedroom apartment and our kids were on the sofa bed in the living room. It was a great place to stay. Location was excellent. Only a couple of minutes walk from the market and Caesar's statue. There are no reception staff but you are given a code for accessing the building and your room. The apartment was very well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. They also provided detergent and laundry capsules together with store cupboard basics. I cooked two meals and had everything I needed. Communication was through messages and they ensured our apartment was ready as we were arriving around midday. Would definitely recommend this lovely hotel!

Fantastic location and lovely apartment with washing machine and kitchen. Had an issue with the front door code to the property not working which was very hard to resolve since there is no reception on site and we had only minimal Spanish to talk on the phone. We were lucky a very kind cleaner helped us out. She went above and beyond waiting with us for over an hour and talking to the reception on the phone for us. We would have been really stuck without her!
