The staff at this hotel are fantastic and it’s very clean and comfortable. My only issue is with the water pressure and temperature. The cold water doesn’t seem to work consistently and the water pressure is very weak. Otherwise, I highly recommend.

Huge room with everything i need including an almost full sized fridge and microwave. Breakfast was generous and hot. The hot tub was actually hot even though the jets didn’t work. Ill definitely be staying here agin.

Room was excellent with one exception, there was a coffee mug with lipstick on it what didn't appear to have been washed. There were others to be used so not a big deal. Totally would stay there again.

This is definitely my go to hotel for Salem Oregon. The staff is amazing, check in is a breeze and it always smells so clean with no chemical smell. Just so clean it always smells fresh. Beds are amazing and the entire room is always fantastic.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but had several large stains in the carpet. Cleaning staff were very nice but never cleaned our room during the stay. They did provide clean towels. Breakfast was good. Overall 4 out of 5.

Ithought the staff was nice. The rooms are pet friendly, but not enough airflow and it was hard to breath due to allergies and asthma. I was told they had an air cleaner,but they did not have one. I could smell that dogs had been there. I sat on the couch and started itching and sneezing. Hard to sleep because I got instantly stuffy. There was noise at loud noise after 930 at night and slamming doors. Kids yelling and running in the hall.Hotel was basic

Everything was fine, except for the noise. This is one of the loudest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing, even just watching TV or talking. And really loud footsteps from people above/ in the hallway. This hotel has a lot of potential. Excellent staff and service. They just need to invest in sound proofing.

Room was spacious, well appointed, and super comfortable. The bathroom was large and nice. We didn't need it, but it is well appointed for anyone who is mobility impaired. Bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

The property and staff were fine. The bathroom however was way too small. The shower was horrible, if its going to be that small at a minimum put a shower head with a hose on the wall. Hated the shower. Breakfast was there but it was all cold. Just not worth the money spent.

I enjoyed many aspects of my stay at this hotel, particularly the exceptional staff, convenient location, and solid amenities. However, I encountered a few issues that impacted my experience. The lack of a shower door meant dealing with a wet bathroom floor daily, an inconvenience that was supposed to be addressed during my stay but wasn't. Additionally, the noise from the room above due to children running around late into the evening was quite disruptive despite the staff's efforts to manage it. Thankfully, this issue was resolved after a week after the family checked out. On a positive note, the staff was incredibly accommodating to both me and my service animal, and the breakfast bar was consistently enjoyable. We always enjoy staying there. This time we seen homeless people outside the hotel and some coming in, I have nothing against the homeless people as some are that way at no fault of there own, but the paid staff there works hard to keep it safe and clean. I think they should protect the customers first as there the paying ones

This hotel really surprised us. The staff were wonderful, our suite was spacious and really comfortable the decor was great. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our take out dinner in the living room area. The complimentary breakfast was great and included hot breakfast items. We really enjoyed the hotel hot tub as well. Fantastic stay at a really good price. I will definitely look out for more Home2 Suites by Hilton in other places I stay now that I have experienced this hotel.

Clean, modern, good amenities. My son was very well pleased with the pool, spa and video treadmill in particular. The breakfast sandwiches were quite good and check-in was very quick and efficient.
