En general bien. Solo que esta vez me toco mala suerte ya que el sanitario estaba dañado y tiraba agua del deposito. Si lo arreglaron en cianto sali de la habitación. Me faltaron toallas, las solicite pero hasta el siguiente dia las llevaron. Y compre una promocion pero no la respetaron como decia. Lo que no le gusto fue la entrada del estacionamiento ya que si vas con el gps te envia por otro lado y hay que rodear para llegar y esta un poco solo y le falta iluminación tanto en la entrada como en el estacionamiento mismo.... Haaaa la alberca ya por la noche no se ve bien por falta de luz, si llevan peques mejor estar atentos por que no se ve bien .

No me gustó que nos cortaran el agua y que tardaran en reparar la situación. En el área del restaurante está en mal estado el techo y debido a que llovió se filtraba el agua y caía cerca de los alimentos. Fue muy desagradable. Por el resto nos pareció aceptable.

Hubo una fuga de agua y llegó hasta el otro día 11:30am, se disculparon y dieron una cortesía de una noche y bien, pero finalmente esto no debe pasar en este tipo de hoteles porque cambia todo tu itinerario.

The pool and grounds at the Gamma Plaza are very nice. We were a party of 5 in 3 rooms. All rooms experienced cool, sometime warm but never hot water. All rooms had toilet seats that did not fit the bowl therefore sometimes giving pinches when seated. In one room the electrical plug did not work in the bathroom, no problem in the other 2 rooms. Excluding these issues the rooms are comfortable and I would give the hotel a rating of 3 stars.

It was very nice. Large pool that separated kids from adults. Friendly staff willing to learn English as well as help speak Spanish. One down fall was they only served breakfast and dinner no lunch. But there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. And super market was only a 20min walk away. You have ac in rooms as well the hallways had ac. Comfortable beds nice bathrooms. No fridge in room, but said we should have. All and all I would give it an 8.5.

No wifi that works anywhere. Stayed here 3 days and couldn’t connect any of my devices to their multiple internet options. Constantly overhearing other frustrated customers asking if the internet works. Finally walked to Starbucks but only stay here if you completely want to unplug from the internet. It’s too bad because the hotel has nice gardens, quiet rooms, parking, and is decent value. But the internet doesn’t work ever, was very frustrating as staff would try and help but still wouldn’t work. They said hotel was full and too many people trying to get on, and their engineer would fix next day.

Everyone went above & beyond and were so genuinely nice and helpful!! My Housekeeper, Rose was amazing. I loved being surprised each day with the towel animals she left for me. She even made a butterfly out of my sheer blinds. I will return!!

Electricity went off during the evening, staff member (lady) kept misleading guests telling us that maintenance was “on it “ and will restore power in just “a few minutes “ other staff said there was a bigger issue with the city, We could have understood the situation it she could just tell the truth but she became rude and unpleasant when people became anxious. The Power out lasted close to 2 hrs. No big deal except for the stuff member lying and misleading about the situation.

Me he hospedado en otros Gamma como en Campeche y excelente hotel el de Campeche pero mucho que decir de la atención al cliente en Ixtapa. La atención al cliente no es la mejor. Falta mucha comunicación entre el personal y desconocimiento de sus propios reglamentos. Por ejemplo: No me dejaron entrar al gimnasio a las 10 de la noche pero el reglamento en el gimnasio decía que era hasta las 11. Me cobraron el buffet completo de mi hijo porque decía la mesera que debia pagar por su edad, sin embargo en su promoción impresa decía que si alcanzaba el buffet de niño. Y en general poco es el personal amable y cordial. No regresaba a ese hotel, hay mucho más opciones no tan caras.
