The has dumbells that go up to 75lbs and has an adjustable bench, pullup bar, and a pulley machine, with the usual cardio machines so the gym is pretty solid, the breakfast was also great it'll cover pretty everything you need and it's all you can eat from 6-10AM

Front desk staff seemed lost, unable to understand there own system. Were mesmerized by their ciomputer screen while people were waiting fr a quick checkout. Parking in a separate building, with separate elevator was inconvenient. Evan though it was a football weekend, the room charge was exhorbitaant.

This property is so well managed. The staff from front desk, custodial, breakfast was polite and professional. The gym was very well equipped with great supply of clean towels. The equipment was in clean and working condition. The room was very clean and spacious. Thank you all for an amazing stay. Oh parking is a breeze and secure.

Hotel looked new. The person at check in not especially friendly. Seemed overwhelmed by how busy it was. Only negative was parking was very expensive and inconvenient

Hampton Inn at Arsenal Yards is a beautiful, modern hotel with 24 hr coffee and tea and complimentary breakfast from 630-930 daily. I really enjoyed the smart tv and spacious bathroom in addition to the comfy bed. Location was great, too with a nice drop off/pick up area under cover. One thing to keep in mind, no pool.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, very nice exercise and weight room, nice staff, great morning breakfast. It's in a walkable area, and a open mall so nice options for food close by. Everything for our stay was great! The load in was frustrating however. The parking was a additional $35, which, in a suburban area seems excessive. The parking is in a covered attached garage to the hotel. If you have mobility issues, while fully accessible, I don't know if would recommend it as you have go upstairs/elevator to check in/unload everything first and park in the parking garage with the key card - it's a lot of back and forth. I kindly suggest automatically giving 2 sets of key cards and letting guests know you need the key card to park. We had hoped to get my son and I settled in the room while my husband parked, but were surprised he needed the key card to get into the parking, and it was a lot of back and forth - saw others having the same issue. Again - lovely stay besides the check-in! Thank you.

Friendly, helpful desk staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Electric doors to street and parking were broken. Garage elevator was broken. Breakfast was fine. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 8 to clean the room the day of checkout--I asked her to return after I'd actually checked out. Aside from a few glitches, it is a very nice hotel and is conveniently located.

Parking was easy, but distance and information about getting from garage to building was less easy. No signage in basement other than this way to elevators to Hampton inn. Once on elevator you think they open into the building they do not. You need to exit the elevator on ground floor and walk out and across the sidewalk over to the Hampton Inn and back into the hotel. Where the main lobby is on the 2nd floor...

Fast easy and convenient with plenty of EV charging.

Parking was good. Looked like a newer hotel. Wish they had a pool.

Parking garage very busy hard to find a space for $$ daily. Front desk was helpful but slow after a long journey. All common areas were well maintained and clean, coffee was good. Rooms were nice upon arrival but by day 2 bigger black ants semi covered the dresser and desk. They dispersed in a few days. Beds were comfortable. Clean towels and linens. Great daily housekeeping staff, 5 stars. Very thorough and pleasant everyone with a smile and hello. Breakfast was not good. Food tasted overdone or not done enough. Most was almost raw inside and had to toss. Staff not helpful or polite in this area. They did not want to be there, except the one guy who said juice or coffee closing the doors soon. He cleaned tables as travelers ate. The other guy with the glasses who seemed to be in charge of the food area was slamming boxes and food containers loudly. We could hear from the tables as he refilled items. Was not pleasant on weary travelers ears so early in the a.m. Balcony very nice and plants looked beautiful out there. Space could use a look over to adjust the cushions when people exit, they left it in disarray at times but still very pretty design. Overall a nice hotel, great concept but needs proper staffing to fulfill the experience esp during breakfast hours. Three stars due to breakfast only. Everyone else, thank you for a pleasant stay.

The rooms were very nice and quiet. For the most part it was very clean except for the air vent, it was very dirty and covered with dust.

I liked how comfortable the beds were and the convenient bathroom. I didn’t like the stains on the curtain and it was a little dirty, the mini fridge was extremely dirty.

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There were used tissues in the bathroom and the floor was sticky.

The room wasn’t vacuumed when we got there . A handful of hair elastics were on the floor along with someone else’s pen

Room was dirty, sheets were dirty. The area and staff are nice but it’s pretty sad that a new hotel is taken care of like absolute crap.

The room was not that clean, where the A/C blowing air was all dusty, found hairs in the shower and sparklers in our bed, food crumbs behind toilet. Chose that location because room rate was reasonable but were never told that parking was extra per day (30.00 x 2). All in all will not go back.

Although the room is a bit smaller than I anticipated; it was great for a one night stay for two. It can do with a Lyle more wiggle room though. Check in was efficient.

We had good views up on the higher floors, except for overlooking the parking garage.

Like most Hampton Inns, this one was very clean with comfortable beds and good breakfast. Good location in Arsenal Yards shopping/dining center. Arsenal Park is under construction (as of April 2025) but I was still able to walk through to the Charles River running path; the park also has a really big playground. Two small complaints: parking is $35 and the counter staff was not helpful/knowledgeable about free parking options. We parked for free at the Atrium Health building and moved our car at 8am. Also, we did not get free WiFi because I booked under my name on Expedia, but Hilton Honors membership is under my husband’s name. I’d say it’s way past time for Hampton Inn to provide free Wifi to all, like almost all other hotels.

I tried to call to let them know late check in the person o spoke to said they were going to make a note and hung up on me before asking my information so she couldnt actully make a note. We got there and checked in and walked into our room which was supposed to be a King size bed and it was two Queen size beds. I called the front desk and after waiting 20 minutes on hold all they told me was the manager changed it due to over booking but i was never informed of this change. I found hair in the shower before we used it which means it was not cleaned well also found old gross food that smelt awful on top of the refrigerator not even inside it. I am not happy i spent what i did on this hotel with this experience.

We had a wonderful stay here. Breakfast had great variety and the overall stay was cozy, clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful, special thanks to the kind and professional lady working the evening of our arrival! Would definitely recommend this stay & we surely will be returning to this exact hotel.

Rude overnight staff, pleasant only when a manager is around. Feels like they're doing us a favor rather than providing a service we're paying for.

Unusually long check in for unknown reasons, only one staff member at check in desk. In the past 20 years of checkkng into hotels, this is the absolute worse. It took about 1.5 hrs to check into this hotel on Sunday night when i arrived.

I asked for house keeping around 7 am and when I came back in the evening my room was not made up. The front desk staff was wonderful one woman loaned me her iPhone charger (thats above and beyond). Breakfast is good. This is not your typical Hampton Inn this is a very nice property.

The stay was very nice room was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The Breakfast had a large variety and was well stocked and delicious. I would definitely recommend staying her to anybody. We will definitely be back again. The location is centrally located near shops and restaurant s.

We have stayed here a couple of times on trips to Boston. The parking garage is extremely convenient and free. The staff is always friendly and attentive. We will stay here again on a future trip.

It was a fantastic stay. So close to everything you need. We would definitely book here again.

Loved the area the hotel was in - loved all the food and shopping options! Didn’t love how during breakfast, the garbage bins would pile up with trash.

The breakfast was not good. I've been to other Hampton Inn's and the breakfast has been better. This stuff just didn't taste good. After the first day we just went out to breakfast. I booked the Hampton Inn so we wouldn't have to go out to breakfast. This is just scrambled eggs, potato's, sausage patties. The food was just awful. There was Dog Pee in the Elevator, which was cleaned up quickly. I only had 2 interactions with staff, once when we checked in and I couldn't understand what the guy was saying. He had a thick accent. Then when we bought a couple bottles of water for $5 each. There was nothing pleasant about either transaction. The one thing I really didn't like is that the room was cleaned every other day. After 1 day our trashcans were overflowing. On day 3 the cleaning lady asked if we wanted our room cleaned, and we said NO because we were in the room getting ready. She never came back. So we went the rest of the days without a cleaning.

This is a nice, new and clean hotel. The parking garage is very handy and clean. The room is good sized. Breakfast is typical and not great. The area around it has many shops and restaurants.
