Only one person working the front desk which left the bar area unattended. We had to wait for the staff to bounce between the areas to get service at the bar area. Dosent make since to have to service areas for hotel guests to have only one person to service both.

We were greeted by a very friendly, accommodating staff. We could not have asked for a better stay. This was a very well managed property. Everyone seemed to go out of their way to make us feel welcome. It was amazing how clean and well maintained every area was. Really good work out area.

The pictures on the Internet are great, however, they do not reflect the true condition of this hotel. Required a $100 deposit for incidentals which is absolutely absurd! I’ve stayed at five star hotels brand new with excellent amenities and customer service and I have never been required to put $100 deposit for incidentals down. If it wasn’t for the fact that my payment was already nonrefundable, and my grandchildren were exhausted from the car ride. I would’ve went somewhere else, but I made the decision to stay. The elevator doors were filthy, and upon inspection of the room , I determined it was clean, however the carpet was stained and the AC made a squeaking noise every time it shut off. Walls were thin and we could here neighbors on both sides until we’ll after midnight. The children did enjoy the pool and it was a good breakfast and convenient to restaurants and mall. Overall, I’d give it a 6 on a scale of 1-10. I’ll never stay there again.

Proximity to Texas Tech is convenient, which is why we picked it ultimately in addition to value. Neighborhood wasn't great but parking lot was fenced. We walked into a clean lobby and wish that was the case when we walked in our room. Room had dog hair on the carpet, hair in the shower, and overall not clean. Also front desk staff throughout our stay was more interested in playing on their phone than assisting people. Will not stay again.

Had issues with checkin - had to use an additional card with an equivalent payment hold which I already made, did not receive the 2 Queen beds I reserved; the shower was not cleaned and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months - you could see the dirt; soap dispenser empty not changed or replaced; key cards didn’t work. Will never stay here again.

The stay here was really good. Convenient location to the Texas Tech stadium. What I didn’t like was that I wasn’t able to watch a big college game on ABC because the hotel had some service in which you couldn’t get the channel in your room! Extremely frustrating because we paid too much per night for us not to have the very basic channels.

noise from road was very loud. Air conditioner squealing all the time. Door was super hard to open and had to be slammed to close. Less than a Hall roll of toilet paper when we first got the as well as the tissue. Breakfast was not good and nothing available for gluten free.

I had the little king suite with the wet bar. It was a very comfortable and quiet room. There was a lot of space. The bed was big and comfy and the tv was really nice with lots of options for streaming or live tv. My only complaint is when I was showering, the shower door kept on sliding open.

Very well maintained property and great breakfast. The worker who maintained the breakfast was awesome! Our room remote and tv did not work very well. I had to unplug the tv to reboot and then it would work for awhile. The barn door that is used for the closet and bathroom is not practical for a senior citizen or young kid. No handle on the door to exit the bathroom.

There were not any employees anywhere. When we came in the lobby we had to wait literally 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to greet and check us in. The room was clean, however there was not a hair dryer. When we came back to the hotel in the evening there was not a single staff member anywhere. There were 2 guests standing around wondering what to do because they wanted to purchase snacks. I also wanted to get a glass of wine but there was no one anywhere again. Usually there are complimentary water bottles on the front desk but there were not any last night. This hotel could have been better staffed/prepared considering it is TTU move in weekend.

The hotel was very nice. Our Kleenex box was empty and we only had one hand towel but the room was nice. Our check in was the worst. It was late, we were tired and the woman in front of us wanted to cancel her corporate reservation and rebook. They discussed all the different ways she could book and then she signed up for something needing her email which they kept getting wrong. We waited for 20 minutes. All the desk person had to do was give us a key but she made us wait. The clerk never apologized for keeping us waiting or even acknowledged that she kept us waiting. She did apologize to the woman changing her reservation for taking so long!

Tv and internet not working, spent 35 minutes calling the front desk and no answer, went to front desk to report issues and the girl at the desk had ear buds in and did not notice me for several minute, was looking down at her phone, reported issues and was directed to go back to my room and unplug and plug the tv back in and everything would work, I did not work. Went back down to report it and when we were walking away the desk individual stated that there is nothing else available so they will have to call someone. When we returned to facility, 2 hours later, we were told that it was fixed, nope! We went to bed and decided that this was not a facility that we would return to for further visits to Texas Tech University.

This property is very nice. We would definitely stay here again. It’s conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. We didn’t have a rental car but Uber was always close by so we never waited long for a ride.

Even though our room faced the Highway, we didn’t hear any noise. From the hallway, I could hear the people in the room next to us, but it was silent inside the room. The location was the perfect spot to go to a Tech football game. There is a walking bridge. We spent two nights and never once had to use our car. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choices.

Overall, I would recommend staying at this hotel. The hotel location is difficult to get to due to it being on a one-way road that can make it easy to miss the turn into the entrance. The hotel room had a faulty (dim) light that needed replacing, and there was a residue on one of the tables. Finally, do to the hotel's proximity to the highway, it can be a little noisy. Nevertheless, despite these issues, the hotel served its purpose well. The breakfast was really good. Coffee was served on the first floor beyond breakfast. And the price was decent; though, the pet fees were steep. Hence, I would stay here again.

The room was so comfortable and bedding and towels smelled so clean and fresh! The staff were all so friendly! The breakfast was out of this world! Those ladies hosting totally knocked it out of the park! They had hot, fresh, delicious breakfast items constantly full! They had the biggest smiles and made it a point to greet all of us and offer refills on our drinks. I would highly recommend this hotel! Thank you for making our trip so much more enjoyable!

Breakfast provided left much to be desired... Came to breakfast 2 days at 8:30am and they were already out of yogurt, bread & waffle mix then had to wait on eggs and sausage to be replenished. Potatoes were undercooked and unseasoned. The juice bar was so watered down you couldn't tell which juice flavor you were drinking. The following 2 days, completely out of waffle mix which was pretty much only edible thing there. Had to eat toast and cereal... so disappointing.

Check in was easy. Employee there was nice. Pillows were literally the worst I’ve ever had. Dirty area where you walk in the back door. Staff we encountered in different areas of the hotel were nice and friendly. The breakfast employee was not doing her job. No milk. Waited for 20 min.
