Staff was VERY friendly!! Check in and out was a breeze!! Clean and comfortable… pillows could have been softer but loved the comforter on the bed!! Kitchenette was great to have although utensils and plates (even plastic and paper) would have been nice to have. Overall…I’d definitely stay again and recommend this hotel!!

We liked the kitchenette, full size refrigerator. Did not like hair in drain, one pillow smelled of body odor. The shower does not have good water pressure. Other than that the staffing was wonderful and very helpful and informative.

I liked that there is a very complete kitchen. Which is convenient for people on long stays. I did not like that the sheets had hair from the previous guests. That the check-in is SO late. And that the elevator seem to be malfunctioning. Also, the lobby is not very good appealing. And that there are a lot of constructions workers staying in this hotel.

The property is great the things you buy to take up to the room are overpriced, though I even didn’t even go down to breakfast cause I didn’t want all these little instant burritos and stuff. They do have a stove but I’m glad I’m only staying overnight because they don’t supply any Silverware, plastic or pots and pans if you do want to cook and have a cooktop stove in addition to the microwave wave and the full fridge if you’re not going to leave implements for somebody to cook with because most of us come on the airplane and cannot be carrying all that kind of stuff there was a toaster and I thought that was odd. Otherwise I would come back here again it’s clean it’s noise free and people are nice here however, you could see the hotel off the road and I learned to take a different road to get into it because the road that the GPS took me on was kind of broken up and being repaired. Otherwise it was great and that’s not the fault of the hotel at all.

The location was close by to other stores, restaurants and gas stations. The rooms were so clean and like new furniture. Kitchen is included with the room, which is a nice place to especially if you have children. Utensils are not provided,but we didn’t need it because we weren’t needing to cook in the rooms. The staff was accommodating for the connecting rooms I requested. The only thing missing is continental breakfast. They have breakfast options but it needs to be paid for which doesn’t come with the room reservations unless you pay for it. Other than that the stay was great and I recommend renting if anyone is ever in the area.

Front desk staff is great! Excellent service. Nice big room. Bed was OK. Big frig was a plus as we had a lot of drinks. Little kitchen is handy and I was glad I'd read that no plates, glasses, silverware, pots or pans were included. Still perfect for our needs.

This hotel is exceptionally awful! The room smelled strongly of dog pee. There is a huge puddle in middle of the carpet. Sticky to walk on. Disgusting. The room was just dirty everywhere. Something had dripped down the mirror on the bathroom door, and was not cleaned off. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I travel a lot! The fridge ice maker is very loud and kept waking me up until I got up in the middle of the night and turned it off. This had been left on by housekeeping. It had an option for customer to turn it on, not run continuously.

Started in a room on the first floor had to request a new room due to noise. My checking had an $1100 hold in addition to the $1400 stay for five nights. Second room had blood on the sheets. I would recommended not staying here.

We had never heard of My Place Hotel so before we booked we drove there and asked to see a room. This hotel is brand new! The outside property was perfectly maintained and close to restaurants and stores. The staff was so friendly and accommodating at check in and check out. The room was beautiful and clean. It was very modern looking and had a full kitchen with a large refrigerator. There is an area where you can purchase cereal and snacks in addition to free coffee and tea. Excellent hotel!

Nice, clean modern hotel. Near interstate but quiet, shopping and restaurants are nearby. Our only real complaint is that housekeeping service is available only every fourth day: guests need to make their own beds, pick up clean towels/bath tissue/soap etc. from the front desk and find a way to dispose of their trash. That policy seems really misguided. After a couple of days there the room becomes somewhat unpleasant.

This is a wonderful no frills hotel. It is conveniently located near shopping and the freeway. The rooms were large and had basically a fully equipped kitchen. The room was very quiet and we didn’t hear those staying in the other rooms. My only complaint was that the beds were very low and hard. The bathroom and shower were large and featured soap, shampoo and conditioner. We would definitely stay here again.

Really cool idea and super convenient! For a long stay and/or with kids, awesome concept! A studio apartment. Staff weren't very friendly but not unpleasant. Hotel and room were very clean but felt 'well used'. But totally comfortable and definitely something we will look for and hope to find during many of our future, casual vacations. Road trip heaven!

Upon check in we found that our extra day had been cancelled out of system and was due expedia and hotels.com Hotel manager corrected issue but informed me that our refund from hotels.com would take 7-10 days so we are out our original payment of $250+ The room had some cosmetic damage around window and ac unit; the window covering did not go all the way down so the parking lot light shined into window and sleeping was inhibited; the clock on microwave shined into sleeping area all night; towels were rather small; beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff front desk person on duty 1/13 at 5p needs to get an attitude check and attend some hospitality course; staff front desk on 1/13 at 2a was outstanding as was the general manager. I would stay here again even though there were some quirks

The staff was great. We needed to have our room switched, our only issue with the stay was Expedia listed this as a Queen sized room and our first room had a full sized bed (Expedia has the room listed wrong). Talked to the manager and they were so accommodating and switched us right away to another room. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very clean. The area around the hotel is safe and within walking to a couple restaurants and east access to get on I-10. We come down to Buckeye every January and will stay here again!

We stay here when ever we’re in Buckeye they have very friendly staff. It is convenient to walk places to get stuff to eat. They also sometimes have a food truck on Saturday nights. There’s a Dutch bro right in the same parking lot Cracker Barrel right down the street grocery store catty corner from the hotel Walmart across the street. It is very convenient for a lot of shopping.

We stay here when ever we’re in Buckeye they have very friendly staff. It is convenient to walk places to get stuff to eat. They also sometimes have a food truck on Saturday nights. This room was way too expensive compared to the other places we’ve been staying. For $238 a night. I think you should at least get some kind of breakfast. And bars of soap in the bathroom. It was definitely not worth the money.

Very clean. Staff were very pleasant. Room had a kitchenette the I didn't expect but was nice full size refrigerator. Google maps did not show the correct driveway. It took us to the next driveway of a different hotel.
