Fiz a reserva de última hora devido a um problema no hotel que eu havia reservado anteriormente. Fomos muito bem atendidos neste estabelecimento. Hotel antigo,mas que de última hora cumpriu seu papel, pois estava limpo, era silencioso, com bons atendentes. Quarto pequeno, mas com uma boa cama , ótimos lençóis e travesseiros. Banheira de imersão com bom chuveiro. Café da manhã sem surpresas, mas com o básico e de boa qu alidade. A noite tomei no restaurante uma sopa que estava boa e o atendimento bem correto do garçon. Piscina pequena com água a temperatura ambiente. Garagem subterrânea ok e sem custos.

O Hotel é antigo, porém confortável e muito bem localizado numa área bem residencial de Providência, o que proporcionou beleza e silêncio principalmente. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos e atenderam de pronto todas as demandas. Como ponto de atenção, as fotos não condizem com o quarto (que é mais antigo e não tão bonito quanto nas fotos) e eles tem uma escada na entrada que pode ser um problema para pessoas mais idosas (tem um elevador para pessoas com deficiência). Nada que fosse um grande problema e certamente me hospedaria lá novamente pelo custo benefício, pela localização excelente e pelo atendimento e simpatia dos funcionários.

Deberían informar al resto normas de buena convivencia y que durante la noche el personal recorra los pisos para frenar situaciones molestas y no esperar que los mismos pasajeros las informen.

The area is very residential but not far from restaurants.The hotel is nice, but we stayed in a very small room. Pool is outside and not heated. Breakfast buffet ok. Perfect for our one night stay in Providencia.

Gute Lage, aber mit kleinen Abstrichen beim Komfort Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, sodass man die Stadt bequem zu Fuß erkunden kann. Die Umgebung wirkt sicher, was besonders angenehm ist. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der späte Check-out bis 12 Uhr, das ist wirklich praktisch. Das Frühstück ist zwar recht einfach gehalten, aber absolut in Ordnung. Das Mobiliar wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, und die Betten waren für Hotelverhältnisse recht schmal und etwas durchgelegen. Zudem war unser Zimmer (1. Etage, Nähe Rezeption) sehr hellhörig – man konnte das Telefon an der Rezeption sowie Gespräche aus dem Foyer und von vorbeigehenden Gästen deutlich hören. Für Menschen mit Gehbeeinträchtigungen ist das Hotel leider nicht geeignet, da viele Stufen zu bewältigen sind und es keinen barrierefreien Zugang gibt. Trotz dieser Punkte haben wir uns insgesamt wohl gefühlt.

Em geral o hotel tem uma estrutura boa, café da manhã bom, estacionamento gratuito, mas a limpeza dos quartos deixou a desejar, poeira nas prateleiras, no abajur e chão mal varrido. Ar condicionado barulhento e em um dos quartos com cheiro de poeira. Havíamos solicitado com antecedência quartos conjugados ou pelo menos no mesmo andar e no check-in não haviam providenciado nem mesmo no mesmo andar, conseguimos no mesmo andar após reclamação.

Overall very cute boutique hotel in a very safe area. We had an updated room which was nice. Two areas of improvement: the bathroom - more specifically the shower - definitely needed a deep clean. There was a lot of bathroom grime in the shower. Also, the AC unit (which may be a thing in Chile in general) made very loud clicking noises so it may need replacing. I still rated it a 5 because our overall stay was pleasant - staff were very helpful, the breakfast was ample, and our room was nice.

We arrived quite early and they were able to accommodate us into our room. We ate several times here, breakfast lunch and a dinner which was quite nice. Breakfast was filling and dinner was as well. The room was high up and quite warm for March. We had the a/c going full blast - very thankful for that. The bathroom was sadly not clean when we arrived. The shower and floors in particular. Other than that we thought the location was great to walk about Providencia and catch any train or uber. The little cafe outside was wonderful reminding us of a Parisian cafe we used to stop at a few years ago.

I’m thinking that maybe because we booked through Expedia we got a room on the 5th floor. The elevator only goes to 4th. The stairwell was gross. Dirty dishes on the landings between 4th and 5th floor. Mold in the bathroom shower. But truly the people were so wonderful to us who work there! It made it worth every minute!

The hotel is designed quite poorly and its rooms need updating. The beds are old and sink in the middle. The pillows tired. Toilet blocked, non-smoking room had been smoked in with all materials smelling of it. Some staff didn’t really care maybe because nothing could be done about it or maybe because they didn’t want to do anything about it.

Quarto grande, aconchegante e silencioso e cama é confortável. O banheiro é grande, o chuveiro é muito bom. Os funcionários são super simpáticos, acolhedores e eficientes. O café da manhã é muito gostoso com opções de pães, frios, doces, sucos e frutas. O bairro é ótimo, porém o hotel não fica perto da muvuca, o local é bem residencial, seguro e silencioso. Tem ponto de ônibus perto e estação de metrô relativamente perto também. Tem alguns restaurantes próximo ao hotel. Vale a pena pelo custo benefício.

The hotel is designed quite poorly and its rooms need updating. The beds are old and sink in the middle. The pillows tired. Toilet blocked, non-smoking room had been smoked in with all materials smelling of it. Some staff didn’t really care maybe because nothing could be done about it or maybe because they didn’t want to do anything about it.

Ar condicionado barulhento e em um dos quartos com cheiro de poeira. Havíamos solicitado com antecedência quartos conjugados ou pelo menos no mesmo andar e no check-in não haviam providenciado nem mesmo no mesmo andar, conseguimos no mesmo andar após reclamação.

We arrived quite early and they were able to accommodate us into our room. We ate several times here, breakfast lunch and a dinner which was quite nice. Breakfast was filling and dinner was as well. The room was high up and quite warm for March. We had the a/c going full blast - very thankful for that. The bathroom was sadly not clean when we arrived. The shower and floors in particular. Other than that we thought the location was great to walk about Providencia and catch any train or uber. The little cafe outside was wonderful reminding us of a Parisian cafe we used to stop at a few years ago.

Horrivel! Cordialidade e presteza zero! Os funcionarios do hotel nao faziam questao nenhuma de facilitar as coisas e ainda eram extremamente ríspidos. O cafe abria as 7h... estavamos saindo para um passeio e faltava 3 min para o horario da abertura . Perguntei se poderiamos pegar uma xicara de cafe e a recepcionistas Camila me respondeu "nao podemos fazer nada". Esquecemos um moculos na recepção, disseram que nao acharam pedidmos nque olhassem as cameras pq percebemos muito rapido que haviamos esquecido e foi jogado no esquecimento. Ninguem falou nada. Foi uma ótima escolha! Ficamos com o quarto casal superior, que é na verdade um pouco diferente da foto pois não tem o sofá e nem a cozinha, mas a cama é extremamente confortável. O quarto contava com ar condicionado que também aquece que nos ajudou muito nessa época de calor ao dia, frio a noite. O banheiro conta com uma banheira, não pudemos usa-lá cheia pois estava sem tampa, mas a água estava bem aquecida na ducha. A localização é outro ponto positivo. Caminhando - 12 minutos de uma estação de metrô, 5 minutos de um Oxxo, 30 minutos do Sky Costanera, além de outros lugares pra comer fast food.

Great property, the staff was courteous however they lacked variety.in the breakfast. The room didn't provide an iron and the restaurant on property was horrible. I ordered soup and it was so bad I gave it back. Another person also complained of he meal being uncooked while I was present. The beauty is there are numerous options to eat within walking distance.

Staff at the hotel are a bunch of snobs.. this is the first time ive encountered such people; in Chile of all places. They were the least friendly demonstrated zero warmth and humaness. What a shock to our systems.. and we are visitors to Chile; yet born in Chile. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Breakfast was great.
