when we arrived at this hotel, which I got reservations for, the check-in lady asked me if it was ok if fridge did NOT work...what? If u rent a hotel w/fridge, isn't it usually because u were planning to use the fridge??? So I said we needed it to work, so she switched us to another room. We go into a really warm room, & immediately start trying to get the A/C on.

I’m in the fire protection business. During check in I noticed that the fire protection system was completely shut down. I questioned the owner about the system and she tried to tell me that the system is fully functional. I told that her that her system is not functioning and she needs to have it checked but she continued to convince me that it is. I didn’t tell her that I was in the fire protection industry and didn’t want to argue with her about it. I don’t feel safe staying at a property that has no fire protection.

Owners did not want pets staying at their property. The first room we were given was horrible - urine and mold smell, air fresheners sitting all around. We complained and were moved. Entire hallway reeked of cigarette smoke, and the breakfast had extremely limited selection. Ice machine had no ice. We were told it was due to construction workers staying at the property using all the ice and breakfast.

Our high school softball team stayed here for a state game- probably would not have stayed if we knew ahead that the pool was closed- we lost so that would have been a nice thing to have had

There was 1 towel for the 4 of us, we had to go ask for more and they gave us small hand towels. The pool was closed. Beds were old and uncomfortable. Blankets were thin. Room was very hot when we arrived and took some time to cool down. Crickets everywhere. Breakfast was awful, stale bread and cereal.

We did not get a discount due to internet down. Had to drive and get cash, breakfast was only donuts, and it had mold in the ice machine. The smell was unpleasant in the room and hallways.

They did not clean my room for 3 days and they say free breakfast they had a honey bun and cupcake and a banana for their breakfast and it was on a Saturday the rest of the 4 days I was there they had nothing.The place smelled like mold I would never stay there again.

It’s now 4:25am. I woke up around 3:25 itching all over. I felt raises on my skin. I informed the front desk. He gave me a room upstairs. Went to store to get Benadryl. Not sure if the other room has bed bugs also. I’m pissed. I want a refund plus!!!!! I have a video with a bug crawling in the bed.

The hotel needs a deep cleaning. Dust on top of mirrors,headboards,lamps by the bed window, telephone and ac. Bugs in the window. Mirror, tv dusty and dirty. The front entrance windows and shied on front desk. Breakfast was very meager not even protein like yogurt.

As soon as you walk into the hotel, it smells dirty. Then you get to the rooms hallway and it smells even worse like cigarettes everywhere :( The room was very dirty, Carpet smelled and had Crumbs everywhere. Worst of all the bed sheets were dirty , bed uncomfortable and more disgusting were dead cockroaches in the bathroom. We didn’t even want to use the restroom or the shower

Night desk attendant was very rude. Implied that 2 men needed a room with 2 beds. Also saud we had to wslk our pet out a side door and not out through the libby. I called several times to ensure this was a pet friendly hotel. It is not.

Stopped into town on our family's way to Houston. Got in aftet midnight but the owner was very welcoming and accommodating. Our kids loved the cereal for breakfast and there was plenty of green space at that exit for our dogs to roam 🐕

They need to keep food available during the time they say their breakfast hours are. When we went for breakfast around 8:00 am there is very little food available. We ended up going next door to McDonalds for breakfast which is not want we wanted to do.
